Chicken was prepared two ways , soy garlic and kalbi( k-bbq). Kalbi was delicious. Soy garlic was just ok. The drumsticks were huge. We also got an order of beef dumplings. We booked a karaoke room for an hour for 6 people on a Thursday evening, and while the singing was fun, the service was below subpar. When we arrived, we did not have a full menu available to us in the room, so it took a few mins to get our order in. Our server kept close tabs of every minute in karaoke, but not the food. It took over 60 minutes to get our wings! Apparently there was some sort of mix up in the kitchen & while we were understanding, what threw us for a loop was that even though our wings were DELAYED, our server was hesitant to offer complimentary time in our karaoke room while we waited. Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. Never in my time in hospitality, have I ever behaved in the way they did.

I dared to try the cauliflower wings (half & half), which actually wasn't bad. Both flavors was good, although I personally like the spicy better (just make sure you can handle it, although it won't be too bad if you're used to spicy food). Garlic fried rice was okay, but not the best. Also seems like they don't give you a side of pickled radish at this point, but maybe that's because we're in Jersey. Also the kimchi fries weren't what I expected. What the fries were crispy and tasty, they just give you a tiny cup of kimchi cheese sauce. Maybe I'm spoiled, but I expected the fries to be way more loaded. I ordered for pickup and it did take a lot longer than expected. I also felt sorry for the hostess, who was running around trying to help. There also was 5 people just standing around chatting, but the music was just a tad too loud to hear anyone trying to get their attention. I'm sure dining in would be a chill vibe, but can still have that and have it all together yk? Last thing is I definitely asked for bacon mustard sauce and heard them confirm over the phone, a bit annoyed they forgot that!

The restaurant is full of customers, my order gets marked off as ready while I'm in the store. No one ever calls the name, and I wait patiently for my turn in line to ask them about it. They prioritized in store orders over the mobile pickup orders which kind of makes sense but it's building my dissatisfaction. It takes an extra 45 minutes before I get to the front of the line and am able to speak to someone. First person heard my order and went back to work without saying anything. Another worker came by, I believe it was the manager, and said "oh I had that order." I made a comment that I've been waiting so long and no one ever called the name, I can hear the frustration in their voice where they're sorry it was buried. I didn't want to ruin their day by making it a big deal. But i only had 2 items, some nuggets and fries, and I waited an hour. I understand the workers are understaffed and overwhelmed but this was on a level that I think this location should not even be open. Food is great - delicious chicken and ribs, and this time we tried the salmon, which was also very well prepared (albeit not as bountiful as the chicken and ribs), and the sides are great too. By default, the sides are usually rice or fries, but we ordered vegetables the last time, and it was also really good. They also offered and served a garlic sauce to go with the meal, which was really tasty - an oil-based sauce with minced garlic in it. They seem to be doing a lot of take out, but there is a dining room with 6 or 7 tables. We were greated and served by Alexandria, who was friendly and attentive. She made some recommendations that did not disappoint. The sauteed chicken with garlic sauce had tons of flavor. We tried all the empanadas : chicken, beef, and spinach-cheese and they were excellent. Super-flaky and big and tasted great. We also got the beef short ribs and they were tender the way i needed. The bbq chicken and pork rib combo is another great dish. The Pork cubes dish has plenty of chorizo with loin chunks and sauteed veggies. Everything came with a brocolli, cauliflower and carrot medly that was cooked perfectly. I hate overcooked veg, and these were just right. The rice side dish was large and fluffy and I kept going back for more of the black beans side. This place is worth a return, the standouts being the garlic chicken and crispy empanadas.
