I always knew this location was busy. I had gone to this location because I had a coupon. So I place an order online, the app says 5-15 minutes. So I get there at that time. The restaurant is full of customers, my order gets marked off as ready while I'm in the store. No one ever calls the name, and I wait patiently for my turn in line to ask them about it. They prioritized in store orders over the mobile pickup orders which kind of makes sense but it's building my dissatisfaction. It takes an extra 45 minutes before I get to the front of the line and am able to speak to someone. First person heard my order and went back to work without saying anything. Another worker came by, I believe it was the manager, and said "oh I had that order." I made a comment that I've been waiting so long and no one ever called the name, I can hear the frustration in their voice where they're sorry it was buried. I didn't want to ruin their day by making it a big deal. But i only had 2 items, some nuggets and fries, and I waited an hour. I understand the workers are understaffed and overwhelmed but this was on a level that I think this location should not even be open. This KFC location was one of the nastiest fast food places I have ever stepped foot into. The customer service was horrible. Every single person working in the restaurant looked and acted like they hated their job. The only business during my visit was food delivery services coming in and out at a very steady rate. Seems like most of their customers order for delivery and have probably never seen the restaurant in person. When I walked in the door there was a lady on her phone standing close to the food line in the back and decided to ignore me standing at the register ready to order. She never looked up from her phone even after saying excuse me and making myself known. I wanted patiently before trying to get her attention. It was over a minute later when another employee decided to take our order. The only good thing was the food was handed to us almost immediately after we ordered it. The dining area was destroyed and totally flooded with water from a leak in the ceiling. You can look at the pictures on this review regarding the water leak. A small bucket with the word "sanitizer" labeled on it was placed under the leak on the floor but was not catching the majority of water leaking from the ceiling. The restaurant was disgusting, with trash all over the floor. The bathrooms looked like they were cleaned once a month. Trash was all over the floor and everything was caked with filth in the bathroom. I never like writing one-star reviews but this was one of the top worst establishments I have been to in a very long time. Avoid this KFC location at all costs! read more

But we didn't know what to have for dinner and this location s convenient, so I gave them a chance. My order was simple, an 8pc extra crispy meal, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Simple order, or so you would think. Well, to start the large mashed potatoes container was maybe 2/3 full. Not the worst, but not what it should have been. The real issue was the chicken. The 8pc consisted of 2 wings, 2 drumsticks and FOUR thigh pieces. No breasts pieces. I'd like to write it off as an understandable mistake, but it ruined dinner for my family members who don't like dark meat chicken. This is how they've messed up my order before. Worst of the worst. I rarely come here but every time I do there's a problem. Not with the food itself - that's standard KFC quality. It's the employees including managers and the complete lack of service and worse, lack of food ready to be purchased. Tonight I waited for 20 minutes online before I got to the ordering speaker. I was totally blocked in between other cars so there was no way to even leave. I had no choice but to wait. Finally there, I sat another 3 minutes with nobody inside the store even acknowledging I was there. I honked. Nothing from anyone. Waited another minute and this time held my horn down hard. Someone came on and asked me to wait. No explanations. And that was that. Waited yet again. Cars are piled up behind me. Oh and it's raining, and I need to leave the window open because when closed, you can barely hear their scratching, screechy speaker. The person came back, I bitched, he took my order and as I drove around the building to pay, I see the car before me STILL there. I sat yet another few minutes. Finally get to pay and asked to speak with the manager. My food took forever and the manager got there at the same time. I voiced my annoyance and she had the nerve to get huffy with me! I told her above and beyond all else, including them running out of food as usual, was their lack of communication once you get their attention at the speaker was totally unacceptable. Anyway, 1/2 hour later I was home. FYI I barely live 1/2 mile away. There's no point complaining to KFC itself because I have, and nothing improves.
