If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband went to get a "famous" bowl and they said, we have no food. Well then shut out the lights and lock the doors! Never had a good experience here. Orders incorrect constantly; long wait for any food items and they only have TWO trays. I don't know how they stay in business! read more

The worst KFC in the world they close at 11pm I show up at 10:15 and want to order a 12 piece tender tender and they tell me they only have three and will not make more not only that but the have no sides what is wrong with this place read more

This place needs to be shut down. Every time I've been there it was horrible. The staff seem like they don't care and have no idea what's going on. They are always out of something. The wait time is always long today we ordered ahead and still waited a half hour. They still messed up our order! Ordered a Nashville hot sandwich and got two TENDERS on a bun with a glob of what I think was barbecue. Ordered Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes. How hard is it to read an order and fill it appropriately. As a place that mainly sells chicken why are you always out of it? If your out of something don't replace it with something else and not even say anything to the customer. Honestly from my experiences at this location I hardly doubt they are out of stuff the staff says I think they are incompetent and lazy and don't feel like making a new batch. The inside is filthy always. I have seen multiple fights take place here. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN! read more

Literally waited a while for my dinner, they messed up my whole order for me and my family, the manager is rude and doesn't care about good customer service, the workers are new and untrained and don't even know what's going on, and they forgot certain items I brought, don't even think about going to this place, it need organization and it's extremely filthy. read more

The place is a mess - floors are sticky and everything looks like it could use a good brillo scrubbing. Ordering anything takes a VERY long time even though they're not busy at all. You could be first on line and for some reason, you still have to wait. Then after you place your order, you still have to wait some more as if they're de-feathering the chicken still in the back or something. It's supposed to be fast food! I ordered 5 hot wings. What I received were 5 super miniature drumettes about 1.5 inch or less in size each! Were they serving up baby chicks??? And overpriced too at $4.29 for 5 ridiculously sized tiny drumettes! Not to mention they didn't get my orders in correctly at all despite the fact that my niece and I were the only ones at the counter at the time. read more

Worse KFC around. Always get order wrong and man working counter had on TONS OF RINGS ON EVERY FINGER ETC AND NO GLOVES. which is totally unsanitary and probably filled with bacteria. Very Dirty and Horrible Customer Service. Board of Health Needs to visit read more

We all know that being American is believing that an accent is a bad thing, but has American ignorance spilled into food choices? KFC's grilled chicken can't light a candle to even the worse of the small Spanish/Portuguese Churrasqueiras, Oprah's endorsement notwithstanding. Try your local Churrasqueira. KFC's grilled chicken - overpriced, boiled chicken taste. read more

Don't even waste your time ever going to this KFC. Your time will be much better spent driving a few miles out of your way to another location, and you'll probably get your food and be on your way much faster too. Not only will you wait FOREVER at the KFC on St. George in Rahway (right by the train tracks where 27 meets 35), but there is a 99.9% chance they will get at least one part of your order wrong. Of course by the time you actually get your food, you'll probably be too angry to care anymore and just storm out as I have done. The majority of the employees can't understand a word you're saying and those that can are incredibly rude and lazy. If you decide not to idle in your car for half an hour in the drive through line, be prepared to stand on line for a while, and then stand around for a long while before you actually get your order. Also be prepared for the dirty un-kept inside of this restaurant... flies make regular appearances. Despite the extremely close proximity to my home and fabulous KFC mashed potatoes, I refuse to go here anymore. read more

this place is a joke don't ever go to KFC in Avenue they get your orders wrong the chicken is soggy the skin on the chicken was very soft and soggy it was disgusting the other day the guy messed up my order when we said mashed potatoes for two sides he gave us three big things of coleslaw and the managers suck they're very nasty and rude on their phone read more

never again. counter person had an attitude that she could not have cared less. no spoken words. no eye contact. the place overall is shabby. torn seats, peeling wallpaper and cold. the music (which I realize is subjective) was awful and not appropriate. it was some kind of new age adult alternative genre. a very unpleasant dining experience. i will never return. read more

Omg I had chicken today and after finishing I can't stop going to the bathroom. I'm not sure about the food today at all. Something definitely wasn't right. The biscuit wasn't fresh and the cookie tasted strange. I ordered original recipe and I received a surprise because I got one original breast and one crispy dried up wing. I'm regretting not taking it back now because now I'm sick. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, what a disgrace to KFC. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Just stopped for lunch but no one even came to the counter, I waiting 10 mins like an idiot, no one showed up. read more

They never have food. The people that work there don't know what they are doing. They have a drive-Thur for nothing especially in the night!

It's really sad when a place whose main focus is chicken can't tell the difference between a thigh and a wing. I love wings, thighs not so much. Counter guy was pleasant and friendly but he's also the one who filled my order and screwed it up! Of course I didn't realize it until I got home. Filled out their online survey and no one contacted me either. I need to find another KFC where hopefully they have a clue and know what the various chicken parts are! read more

This is the worst KFC I've been to. The service is terrible. The employee just stand there looking at you rolling their eyes. As if we are bothering them for coming in and placing an order!!! I will never go back to this location again until they replace all employees. read more

Don't come here. Waist of time. Waited 5 min in the drive thru. No answer. Come to the front and she says she forgot to turn the drive through voice box back on. Then they don't have anything you want. It's Friday and you don't have any potato wedges. Come on people close this place down read more

Was there today for take out order. Place seemed understaffed and very disorganized. Cashier spent more time putting orders together than he spent on register so those on line waited forever to place orders. I'm sorry I didn't check my order before leaving the store and found when I got home that I had wrong pieces in my combo order and my 5 piece hot wings were only 4 so the young kid who put my order together needs to learn chicken parts and also how to count. I was too tired and hungry to pack up my order and drive it back to complain about my order. What makes me laugh is that it's these kind of fast food workers who protested to be paid $15 an hour. read more

Worst customer service..there was no other customers when I walked in..and still cashier showed absolutely no interest in taking my order..I just don't get it why do such people work at food joints when they have no interest in customer service.. the tables were not clean and not was the floor..one of the trash can was overflowing with trash..no wonder this place has 1 star..I would give it zero if I could..shame on you.. read more

I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but this particular location could be improved. It wasn't well kept (tables not wiped down & floor grimy) The workers were pleasant & the original chicken was good but I wondered about how clean the cooking area was judging by the dining area. Parking somewhat difficult. In my opinion the flavor of Popeye's chicken is no where as good as KFC. If only they would clean the place better. read more

This KFC does not honor coupons even though they take them from you. There was a coupon for a 12 pc meal, 3 lg sides and 6 biscuits for $23.99. The cashier indicated people get confused with the coupon and the deal was rung up at $30.99 which includes a discount of $6 off. The original recipe is good but the chicken came out dark probably because it was fried in old oil. I keep thinking if we don't try it for a while, maybe their service will get better but after 5 years, nothing's changed. We will never venture here again. Popeyes is way better quality and value. I don't know anyone who would buy 12 pcs for $36. read more

I went to this KFC this past Saturday, the dining area wasn't even fit for pigs to eat let alone people. The bathrooms were filthy. Toilet paper was on the floor, sink was dirty and no soap. This place should be shut down. read more

I really don't see a problem with this KFC location. I will agree with the drive thru being a little slow. I had a craving for some fried chicken after my class, so I came to this location. There was one car ahead of me when I pulled in, and by the time I pulled up to order, it was gone already. The man I'm assuming the manager placed my order and was very nice. I did wait a little long for my food but I wasn't in a rush. When it came, he had a big smile and said go enjoy the rest of my day. Food is always good. Give them another chance! read more

I've been here before during the day and wasn't bad.. with that said I just left there 9:51 pm 6/7/18 worst service ever!!!!! Will not come back, employees acting like children behind the food warmers, took forever to get 1 order and wasn't even what I really wanted the 5 things i tried to order before they were sold out!!!! It's a chicken place with no chicken!!!! read more

Worst experience! Dry chicken and the person at the window had an attitude. Will not return.

i put my order in .... then my server excused herself and said she needed to use the restroom and the only way to get there was over the service counter. I was extremely disappointed to see the employee who needed to use the restroom needed go over the food counter by sitting on it an swinging her legs over. she told me The door to go out of the kitchen area to the restroom wouldnt open therefore she had to jump over the counter. Now this is not her fault but the KFC for having the door that wouldnt open. Just the thought of someone sitting on a food counter is not a good picture, sanitary, etc. I also had to wait for her to come back from the restroom before my order was filled. I was the only person in the store. I'M not looking to run back to KFC read more

I love Grilled Chicken from KFC. This of course is a great location. I usually visit here twice a month. The Business usually recommends to call ahead if you need Grilled Chicken. Fried Chicken you can get anytime. Couple of times I went there in the night when they ran out. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes. They gave me free drink and additional grilled chicken. Great Customer Service. read more

The floors counter and general appearance of the store was grimy. The men's room was out of soap. None of the employees were particularly courteous other than one woman who at least smiled and spoke in a friendly way. I asked a different woman at the register for three piece grilled chicken meal. She walked away, came back and told me that it would be a 10 minute wait to get the grilled. So I asked for the regular chicken. I waited about 15 minutes. While I waited - I watched numerous people return their orders because their orders came out wrong or had missing items. Other people waiting with me in line complained about the terrible service and wong orders. I found that the ice machine had no ice so I asked an employee to put ice in my soda cup. She took my cup by grabbing the inside of the cup with her bare hand. The girl from the register put my order in a box but from around back where I could not see her - I thought this was odd. She was out of view for some time. When she came back around - she handed my meal to another employee who asked her if it was a white meat meal. The register woman said yes. I was given my meal . My order was for a three piece white meal to go. When I got home and open the box - I found three thighs. I threw out my KFC dinner. . Because of this incident - I am even suspicious of what the register woman was doing with my meal when she was out of my site. She absolutely knew it was dark meat when she told the other employee that it white meat. read more
