I've come here multiple times, and it seems like one of the few places keeping this mall in business lol! No matter when we come, this place is always packed, and there is usually a wait as well. Staff does a good job of keeping the place clean. They are constantly cleaning behind the counter as well as in front. I love how they bring the food to your table when it's ready. I did have a slight bad experience last time. We kept telling the guy large meals and he gave us small ones... I had 3 kids and realized after we sat down the order size was incorrect. Also it seems they their oil might need to be changed. The chicken nuggets were a tad dark rather then the normal golden brown it should be. I mobile ordered a drink to go because I was still thirsty... they didn't bring it to me I had to gi and get it. No worries, I needed a to go bag anyway. Same dude that got my order wrong... the cup was behind him, wow is all I can say... Other than that thr food is always great! I've never gotten any food from here that I did not like. Went for lunch at the mall after all the walking. We were hungry and stopped by this location to have some chicken. Plenty of available seating and the counter line was not very long on MLK Jr Day. The service was friendly enough. The seating area was clean and they had plastic ware + sauces available for grabs. The key lime lemonade was delicious and a good size since it was pretty sweet. I spoke to the manager at the Woodbridge shopping center. She offered to give me a new fry, I said This is horrible , you should refund the order. The only compensation was a new fry. I love Chick-fil-A. I Google mapped Chick-fil-A and started out. I have no idea why these roadways are laid out to be so complicated. You could drive by something three times before you figure out how to actually get there. But yeah, I definitely agree that the customer service at this Chick Fil-A is exceptional! Everyone here greets the customers with a smile, and there's one blonde cashier in particular who answers all of my requests with a "It's my pleasure!" The cashier even delivers your food to your table if the wait is too long. Now, to the food: I love their chicken salad sandwich! Look at the pic I posted and you'll be convinced too. One time I went here for lunch and the cashier told me the cook is still making the chicken salad, so it may take awhile. She brought me the freshly-made sandwich a few minutes later, with the bread still warm from just being toasted. Imagine that, "fast food" that's not pre-made the day before, or deep-fried to a burnt crisp. My 2nd favorite food item here is their chicken nuggets. This Chick Fil A is located inside the Wood bridge Mall. They have good friendly service and they seem to always get the line moving if one should develop. The place itself is small comparing to the standalone stores you see on the highway. There are about a dozen tables inside the store and there's some room just out of it. It's too bad they close on Sundays. Kids always enjoys coming to CFA for lunch. I usually order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich deluxe with the waffle fries. Their salads are also very thought out well. The avocado ranch dressing with their Cobb salad is a must try. My kids hates eating salads but they will eat Chick Fil A's Cobb salad. I always like the fact they sometimes come to your table and ask if you want a refill. Other places like BK and Wendy's does not. I guess this what separate Chick Fil A and other competitors. Love this place! Located inside Woodbridge Mall I the 2nd floor next near corner of a Boscov Department store. Two items must order, their crispy chicken Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing and their waffle fries. I can never get bored or tired of having it. This place is clean and the restroom is inside the restaurant. There's a few tables in and out front of the place so most people tend to place the order to go during rush hour because all tables are occupied. The customer service is great and friendly. First, the service is quick not like some other fast food competitors. These employees actually move and move quickly to get your food to you. If you place a large order to stay, they'd tell you to be seated and shortly, someone will deliver your food to you. While dining in, an employee would go around tables asking customers if they'd like a refill. Honestly, if any fast food employee needs to be rewarded for their services and work of $15 an hour, it's chick fil a. I'm not the biggest fan of malls, period. Strange for me to say, since I live in New Jersey, the official state of the Mall. But sometimes, if I need to get something I need to goto the mall. And yesterday, I needed to get a new set of earphones for my iPod. And since my mum and sister were already going to Woodbridge Center Mall, I figured I'd hitch a ride. So I'm walking, just killing time, when to my utter amazement I see a virtual oasis in the mall: Chick Fil-A! As far as I knew, the only one in the immediate Tri-State area was at NYU. But I had no idea there was one in a mall in New Jersey! And from what I've been told, it's actually in a few malls in New Jersey. Jiminy Crickets! I wasn't too hungry so all I could muster up to eat were three chicken breast strips with honey mustard AND the waffle-style fries. Wow oh wow oh wow. Truly delicious it was. The chicken strips were very fresh and none too salty, and they weren't overcooked. So it was very easy to chew, and dare I say it even melted in my mouth? Now the question is, will I drive all the way to Woodbridge again, or even to Paramus, to try Chick Fil-A? My answer: probably not. But if I ever find myself shleping to either mall, you can best believe that I'll be eating at Chick Fil-A. And to those who live in the area, they'll soon be adding home delivery. Oh boy, Chick-Fil-A, which is now one of my favorites, oh where do I start to begin with? Chick-Fil-A was a place I was willingly wanting to try before, but because of something awesome about them, I begged my friends to go, and they finally did! August 1st was Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day. We went that day and boy it was better than I thought it was! It was a long line, but because I highly recommend and support them, I didn't care how long we have to wait, I could've seen that a lot of people was there compared to it's neighbor (Nestle Tollhouse. We didn't go, and probably won't go, but some people went there). We took 3 other of our friends too, and boy the food was awesome! The fries, the chicken sandwich, of course, and the lemonade all tasted homemade and real, and they looked real too! I loved how they came up with the idea of the fries being shaped as waffles, and they beat McDonald's for being the best fries! We also had some candy packages I suppose, like those small peppermint candy stuff or something, and the ketchup package was shaped like a ketchup bottle! Loved that idea, and that's something other restaurants should do, too! In conclusion, the store became better than Auntie Anne's (which was my other favorite store, but don't get me wrong, that store rocks too!), and this was the 100th review on my review site! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had at a "fast food" join in a long time!! The cashier helped us decide what we wanted and answered our questions about their chicken since some of my group had never been there. The cashier was even kind enough to carry our tray all the way to our table for us when she noticed we were carrying a few bags. We received our meal quickly, hot and with mints :) There was a woman who was cleaning tables and checking on us to see if we wanted free refills on any of our drinks. She was super polite and sweet! She even gave us free samples of one of their new shakes. At the end of our meal , we received hand wipes and told to have a great day. There isn't one bad thing I can say about this place. Chick-fil-A is absolutely the BEST fast food restaurant; not just because they share the same belief as I do, but because every time I go, the staff is ALWAYS the BEST !! I truly love them so much. Like today's experience was so amazing. We enter the nice facility and are greeted with smiles. They take our order and helped us with every question we had about our food; like whether or not we should get cookies and cream smoothie or chocolate and if we can do an "uptown" which is a mix of ice tea and lemonade. AND after all of that?! They gave us a free cookie because it was my little's birthday yesterday! Super sweet. Yesterday was my first ever dining experience at a Chick Fil-A. Unfortunately it was in the $#*&@ mall. But I was greeted at the "entrance" by an employee with chicken on a stick, I helped myself. The service was fine, a little slow but that's fine. There's a nice little setting area inside the "restaurant" which is different from the "food court" experience at most malls. As a larger review of Chick Fil-A however, the chicken sandwich isn't bad. I know why people like it now. It tastes like something you can make at home. The waffle fries? Nothing to write home about. I take everything back...from the service to the food were great!...first time there and the line was out the door, which im really not used to for fast food! The spicey chicken with the chicfila sauce...nom nom nom...real good!...their version of potatoe skins are awesome and im a potatoe freak, i love my potatoes!, grilled nuggets were good, now lets get to the shake, i went with the number 4 which was the grilled chicken, potatoes skins and a drink..i subsituted my drink for a shake...it was only $1.47...only part that i didnt like was no free refill on the strawberry shake like the soft drinks ...all in all place is awesome, i take all my shit talking back lmao read more
