Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. After receiving our check, I noticed we were overcharged by about $9. When I politely questioned it, the waiter tried to explain it away as "tax," which made no sense since the amount was far too high to be tax alone. He said he would bring an itemized receipt, but we waited another 15 minutes with no updates while he stood near the computer apparently trying to fix the mistake. The whole situation felt very shady and poorly handled. Eventually, he came back and claimed the original charge was voided and that I would be charged the correct amount instead. However, when I asked for proof or a void receipt, he told me they "don't do that." I even showed him the pending incorrect charge still on my card with no sign of a corrected charge or void. The manager came over and tried to explain things, but while I was calmly asking reasonable questions, the waiter suddenly started scolding and yelling at me in front of my daughter. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The manager did apologize for his behavior, but the damage was already done and we left. To make things even more uncomfortable, earlier during our meal the waiter actually sat down in our booth and said, "Do you mind if I sit? I'm very tired." I understand people get tired, but that felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. I've never had an experience where I was yelled at by restaurant staff simply for questioning an incorrect bill. My expectations for a restaurant like Buffalo Wild Wings are never high but my recent experience was very disappointing. Friends and I stopped in for a quick lunch. Our server was friendly but lacked a sense of urgency. We did recognize that the restaurant was slightly busy upon arrival, however even when the place cleared out, she continued to neglect our table. What should have been an hour long lunch turned into 2 and a half hours. Within that time we barely were able to get a second round drinks. Most of us decided against ordering a second drink because of how long everything was taking. The few of us that ordered a second drink waited 20 minutes. We wanted to cancel them since we were asking for the check by the time they got dropped off, but didn't. The food was good. If you're looking for a good burger this is the place, I recommend their burgers and sandwiches over the wings. However again, half of us received food while the other half didn't get theirs for another 10-15 minutes. My suggestion is to sit at the bar for a faster service. Tons of tv's and some specials during the week if you're looking to catch a game and some bar bites. At one point we couldn't find our server and tried flagging down a group of 3 servers who were nearby by talking, but was ignored. The only saving grace was that the food was good. As much as we love being able to grab wings from B-Dubs, it seems like it's always a hassle at this location. We never order to go anymore because the order is always incorrect or missing something.. Which is unfortunate when you don't want to be at a loud restaurant to eat. That being said, we always dine in, but it seems like they're understaffed and it takes a very long time to be served. During our last visit it took 25 minutes to have our drink order taken and it took 45 minutes for us to receive our appetizers of which came out with the rest of our food. :( While I enjoy their extensive list of sauces for my wings and will continue to go, I hope they'll consider being properly staffed to benefit both the customers and employees. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to stop by for a quick bite. When we arrived the host told us there was a 30 minute wait. I have been here couple of times the experience was good before today. The ambiance is good with the outside seating. Today I visited the place with couple of friends. We ordered 12 traditional wings , small cauliflower wings and potato wedges on the side with couple of sauces on the side. However, I'm noticing the last few times I've ordered takeout only one side of my wings were coated with the rub, while the flipside is naked and flavorless. I can't imagine this happening with a sauce. So why does the dry rub come out half seasoned? Anyway, going forward I will ask for heavy rub and verbalize that I want it well coated. I've been to BWW maybe twice in my entire life, and that's simply because they don't cater to vegetarians...until recently. First off, my group and I (6 in total) arrived yesterday afternoon around 1 pm. Shockingly, for it being a game day, we got seated pretty quickly. We came on a Sunday night after honestly years since our last time here.. anyways with the NBA playoffs on TV and BWW was understaffed. The food is decent bar food. They are particularly known for their Wings which I would say are pretty descent. I had a drink called the Buffalo Zoo which was pretty good. What I really like about this place is that they don't give you a hard time wen you ask for all flat wings; in addition, they have dry rub wings as well as wet sauces for the wings. I generally sit at the bar so I can charge my phone using power or USB. For the sports fanatic, this is a great spot because they have more than enough big screen TV's. I gave it 3 stars because its just wings, there's nothing so great about the food, its just good and in terms of wings I personally like Hooter's wings better (sorry, just being honest).
