We took a family outing to Dave and Buster's. While the teens were going around to have fun. My Cousin and I decided to get something to eat there. We figure just something to hold us over till later. The menu has a great selection of food, beverages and alcoholic drinks. We ordered the Triple Play which was Pretzel Dogs, Bar Burgers, and Bone-In Wings with choice of sauce or dry rub. Served with honey By our surprise the food was Amazing!! Everything was fresh and done to perfection. The burgers was juicy, the pretzel dough wrapped around the small hot dog was handmade taste like came right out oven and the chicken came right off the bone. All the food we saw coming out looked delicious and really good sized portions. We finished our dinner off with their Banana Fosters Pie dessert and we asked for a scoop of vanilla ice cream on side. It was so tasty! The ambiance is sports oriented.If don't want the bar area which is very large. You can sit away from there in the family area that has the seating that's where we sat. They also had seating away from the tv's in a more secluded area. We liked where we was ,It was very nice with all the big screens around with all the different sports playing. I can't wait to go back and try other menu selections. *to anyone whom seen my original review it may have shown only four stars, but it was meant to have FIVE STARS and it was truly an error. Dave & Buster's is usually the same everywhere, but this location really went above and beyond. We went this past Sunday for a friend's birthday party, and we all really had a blast. The kids played games, we got a table in the bar area, the bartenders were on point and we really had a great time. Our server in the restaurant area was great and the food came out quickly for the kids. We ordered a bunch of appetizers for the adults and they all were spot on. We ordered some drinks at the bar and the bartenders were really great. The kids had a great time on the floor playing the games and the employee, Shawn really helped us out! We had such a fun time! The staff was friendly, the games were clean and well-kept, we were seated and served our food very quickly on a Saturday night too. It's the perfect spot for both kids and adults bc there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is upbeat without feeling overwhelming. Really have been enjoying this place lately! Aside from the games, food is pretty delicious, although a bit too pricey (a Chicken Caesar salad is about $20). I have noticed they do offer some good deals during happy hour, some which give credit for the games when you order a specific plate, so that's a plus! Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but the servers we've gotten have been so kind so far. Would definitely go back for those deals and a good time with friends. :) read more

I really enjoyed the garlic Parmesan boneless wings, they were so tender & juicy with great flavor. My side salad was really delicious too! The flatbread was ok- reminded me of Costco pizza. The raspberry iced tea was awful, they made it homemade which I didn't realize upon ordering. The service was great our waitress was a sweetheart!! She also asked if my partner and I were D&B members because food was half off due to a promotion!!! I would have never known if she didn't ask. Overall my dining experience was great. The games section however is extremely crowded and this location isn't big I feel it is very small. I wouldn't return because of how crowded & busy this place is. My partner and I barely played any games due to how crowded it was. Went here on a date and it was a lot of fun! The pricing isn't that bad. It's dim lighting but the game lights make it easy to see everywhere. The staff lets you just do what you want and are posted by desks so they help immediately when you approach them. Many of the games were broken. I would scan my card and the game wouldn't start. I went to D&Bs on a Saturday night around 6pm to eat and play some games. We put our names on the waitlist for a table and was told it was be a 45 minute wait. The wait ended up being about 10 minutes. The waitress was nice and had other people running our food so that we wouldn't have to wait on her since she was busy. We ordered: - the very berry remy, a new drink. It didn't come with the lime or sugar rim as pictured but it tasted ok. D&B isn't the place to come if you want alcohol content in your alcoholic drinks. - kale Caesar salad with salmon. I asked for my salad to be served as a wrap which is an option offered on the menu. The wrap consisted of a salmon filet, a ton of tomato and barely any salad. The salad was on a plate, not in the wrap. I ended up taking the wrap apart so that I could eat the salmon with the lettuce. The wrap was also very hard. - classic buffalo wings. These were great, everything you'd want in wings. No complaints! - The mushroom burger. Came as expected, and was good. It was extremely crowded in the arcade area. Sometimes you have to wait for games, and there will be a short line. But this time, it was so crowded that there were just people standing in the walking areas trying to figure out what they could even play. Therefore, we left without playing (I'm not a fan of lines or overcrowded space). The kids seemed to be having a blast though. With D&B's, there are many games to play and win tickets with prizes, and that's what it's all about. Be prepared to wait in long lines while picking up their power cards, which enables the games. Service was unremarkable, we did get refills and the server did come and ask if all was ok and provided items as requested. The burger was a little small for the bun, cooked ok but was a sloppy mess. The pork belly was so minute it melted into the bun. The fries were so so. After a few minutes they tasted like they had been reheated. My companion said the ribs weren't bad so not the worst but also not the best she's eaten. I tasted a piece and wound up with a mouth full of cartilage-YUCK! To pay our bill we scanned the Wes code In the table several times and came up with no open order message. Had to wait to pay our bill manually. Between food and games - the atmosphere was great. We got the boneless wings and cauliflower and both were a bit oily. The wings were a little bit too saucy but the flavor was great! The cauliflower was delicious but as we unearthed the huge pieces there was some raw batter. The staff was very kind and maintained great service despite it being a weekend night! We did not expect this today, especially my birthday. We had a dinner in this place and used 2 D&B gift cards to pay for the meal. Even after adding the tip, We were supposed to have remaining balance on 2nd gift card considering that we used "half off on food coupon". When we asked our server "Freddy" that how much will be remaining balance on 2nd gift card, he said he does not know and asked us to check at the front desk. so, we brought that receipt he gave us to the front desk and checked...and found out both of my gift cards had ZERO balance! We called for an assistance at the front desk, Area operations manager Kristen Gutierrez came to us and she was very rude with awful attitude all throughout the time she attended to us. She was not trying to solve the problem nor listen to us. At first she was insisting that we used one gift card but later she corrected herself as 2 gift cards with ANOTHER receipt she brought from that restaurant. It looks like that server gave us only partial receipt because what she brought had more information. Also, Kristen said that the new receipt shows that tips were taken twice from each gift card and accused that we tipped him that much enough to empty our gift cards! WE DID NOT because we were told to select tip only ONCE prior to provide our 2 e-giftcard information to our server. We DID NOT authorize to tip him twice and that was way more than the amount my husband chose to tip. Even with our explanation, Kristen was saying "Well I don't know, Computer tells the truth and I can't do anything about it! You can call the customer service or whatever". What an awful attitude!!!! When we called the customer service, it said it is closed because it was past 5pm(of course we had my "Birthday Dinner!!!!!") This is NO way to treat ANY CUSTOMER!!!! I just can't believe what this area operation manager said with that attitude!!! (If any) New or current Customers, Do not use 2 gift cards for food onsite because someone will empty it without your knowledge(basically stealing) and please please please ALWAYS take a closer look at your receipt. The entire time she seemed as if she was in a rush. We had to tell her three different times that we needed water or refills because she rushed off each time before we could even finish the request. This all of which could have been avoided if she just stopped for a second to hear us finish the first time. Some of the games have damaged buttons, but that's an inconvenience that is resolved easily. My only disappointment was the price of recharging the power card value. Horrible service from the moment you walk in. Sarahi, the girl in the front was so nasty. Told me I could split the credits between three cards but then sells me 4 cards with credits in all cards. Went to have dinner, was told could order thru the app, once I was almost done our server came and told us that we could order with him. So we did. We had the absolute worst experience with this place last night. First of all, they don't take reservations which is insane. Second, I went there with a party of 7 and was told there would be a 20 minute wait to be seated. As we were waiting, we saw dozens of people with either no masks on or wearing their masks incorrectly (under their nose or on their chin). On top of that, there was no one ensuring people were following covid guidelines. Everyone was literally on top of each other and it was beyond filthy in there. I'm not entirely blaming the staff on the absolute chaos in there because they seemed to be extremely understaffed, but it was disgusting. Going back to the wait time- we had expected to wait a little longer than 20 minutes based off how busy it was in there, however after 45 mins of waiting, we asked how much longer it would be, and they told us another 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes passed, we asked again and they said they were just waiting on a table to open up. A few minutes after that, they led us to a filthy table that had not been cleaned off and had crumbs and food on it. Stopped by Saturday night to watch the Pacquiao fight on PPV. We played some games to pass the time while waiting for the main event. Always love a good game of air hockey and shooting some hoops and those coin pusher games are slightly addictive...lol Anyway just before the main event we got a table and ordered some drinks and apps to snack on. We got some buffalo wings and fries and the pepperoni pretzel pull-aparts. Then when it was fight time they put the main event on every tv and turned off the music.
