Happy Friday Junior Adventurers ! This is the closest Taco Bell to me and it's generally a lot nicer. This was their bad day :/ They had fueling work being done inside the dine in area so you had to go to the drive through. They should have locked the doors or at least put a sign. I get to the drive through and I have to report my order at least four times for the girl to hear me. Maybe bad mike or speaker, not sure. However I was yelling so loudly the guy behind me was cracking his ass off. Mind you I have a soft higher pitcher voice, so this was comical. Also very frustrating because when I finally get the window she's not nice or pleasant. Either her bad day or because I was snippy about yelling. I drive off with my lovely meal and low behold they didn't put sour cream! I paid for the supreme and I was home before I even checked. (Always check your meal) I usually have a great experience here but I was beyond mad about dry tacos :/ read more

I have tried this location before and have continued to have the same experience. Orders are never right and you wait 20-30 minutes for a simple taco meal. I've been here at the location for 27 minutes exactly and watched the girl prepare 1 order in that time. There's no sense of urgency and they take a year and a day to fold a taco up. Even during the busy times the line backs up and they move at the same rate. 0MPH Ordering in advance does not help. I will have to travel 25 minutes away from this location for now on. Change in management is needed in this location. read more

SUPER SLOW SERVICE. The drive through line is very long and moves slow. And the lady on the speaker for the drive through had trouble understanding us. Also I ordered 2 Chicken Crunchwraps and they charged me for chicken (extra 60 cents) but when I got home and took my food out turned out both Crunchwraps were beef. I don't eat beef. Very upset and I will call and complain. Slow service Very poor customer service Got my order wrong. read more

very annoyed with the staff that worked here nov 26,2021 around 8pm EST. 2 of the boys working were playing with a pool noodle( YES YOU READ THAT CORRECT ) while people still ate inside and had all the doors locked. The drive through line was at least 10-12 cars waiting which I wasn't trying to do. I tried to open the doors and not once did they even acknowledge me because of the foolery these immature kids were doing with zero supervision. read more

I'm sure we've all seen Taco Bell's commercial introducing their newest item, the Naked Chicken "Chips." Is it a glorified chicken nugget? A chicken nugget someone took a hammer to? Well, you will soon find out. Background I read online about newest addition and I knew I had to try it out. Two things I thoroughly enjoyed growing up : chicken nuggets + Taco Bell. If they're getting married, I would like to be the first one to know about it. When you order it, you have an option of getting the 6 pack ($2.59)* or the 12 pack ($4.59)*. Along with your chicken pieces, you get a "warm" nacho sauce. What's the deal? The chicken chips is similar to a thinner version of a chicken nugget. You have equal proportions of chicken to breading. Since the breading is very thin, that's what makes it crunchier similar to a chip. When you're out the door and you don't have time for something fancy, this would be your go-to option. The nacho sauce comes inside a plastic container and isn't warm however I'm sure it varies on the location you go to. I'm sure its the same sauce they provide with their other dishes however I swirl in my favorite Fire Sauce and BAM takes it up a few notches. Overall If I'm craving something on-the-go, this would probably be a good option for that time. It's enough to take away the "hangry" version of yourself and function normally. read more

I've been to other Taco Bells during Covid, many actually (Springfield, Wayne, Edison, Watchung). They seem to all have done the same as pre-Covid. The Taco Bell of Woodbridge is a disgrace. They've always skimped on ingredients and taken forever, whether it be drive-through or carry-out. I've been a Woodbridge customer since 2009 because I work in the area. Tonight, I did DoorDash and ordered two Grande Stackers because I was excited about the new product. Sadly, they had my driver call me and tell me they ran out of ingredients for my order, which sucks, but is understandable. I told them to cancel and lo and behold they found these said missing ingredients during the call. I said okay, then let's keep the order going. I get the order and this premium product I was forced to accept, came in half-made, no filling, making me furious. Whoever owns this franchise should be forced to sell by corporate. Absolute worse Taco Bell location in NJ. I recommend their Edison location on Inman. read more

If I can give this a 0 star rating I would. The service is HORRIBLE the employees seem like they don't care about their jobs at all. The managers, forget it, they yell at you if something isn't right. I always get a quesorito and it BLACK. So I can't even eat it without tasting burnt. When I went back to the restaurant and showed them the burrito I ask them would you eat this and they told me yes and that's how it's made!! . They never fill up the tacos! Stopped at this Taco Bell to grab some lunch on my way from Edison to upstate NY. They had one of those $5 box deals with a drink so I just got that. This location has a drive thru. The employee was nice and I have no complaints. My burrito was nice and hot. My 2 tacos weren't hot at all. It almost seemed like they had been made awhile ago and just sat there. The bottoms stuck to the wrapper. On the one taco I tried to separate the taco from being stuck to the paper and the taco was so wet is just fell apart. I get Taco Bell at my local location I never have this issue. I really have a feeling these were made awhile before I had arrived. Ooh well. It's always hot or miss with any fast food establishment. Uhhh I've been going here for some time now, and last night I had to pick up a late dinner. Something has gone terribly wrong to this taco bell ... We went inside because the line for drive thru was long and boy o boy that was even longer wait. So the lady that till my order looked like she couldn't keep her eyes open. Kind of slurring her words. Missing some teeth. I told her grilled chicken and I got salty shredded chicken. My husband got the burrito and asked for steak. We had 2 pieces of steak and the rest ground meat. The tacos tasted old as did everything else. No pics because we ended up just throwing everything out immediately. Meat look like spackle Wait time: 15 min! The other people in front of us which was 3 waited about 15-20minutes because they kept messing up their orders and the girl trying to fix it kept rolling her eyes. Everyone back there looked all messed up like they were on something. Seriously. Fumbling around, everything was all over the place. Do not go there. Go to another taco bell! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell you will ever visit. Use the picture I've posted as a reference point. The problem is that the people that work there don't care at all and that starts at the top with management. The owner should consider overhauling the people who are in charge. Before Covid I would see off the clock employees just stroll in and make their own food while customers were waiting 30-45 minutes for food. Ordering through Ubereats for delivery is awful, the food is always incorrect and horribly made. Go elsewhere if you have options. You've been warned. read more

As a local I come to this Taco Bell pretty often . The food quality is usually really good and I'm tired of seeing negative reviews. So here's a good one. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star and not 5 star is because the lines get reaaaally long and so there can be a wait as they get backed up but for me my food experience has been nothing but good. read more

Drive thru is the slowest ever. They literally take the order of the car in front of you, make their food and hand it to them before they ask you for your order. It is incredibly inefficient. I came here last night and when I went up to order the lady says it's gonna take 30 minutes for the cooks to make my food and for people who have the app and already put in their order to get picked up that it was gonna take 30 minutes for them to get their food too and she just walked away before I even had a chance to ask why it would take so long to get my food when it wasn't a soul standing in line but everyone else sitting at the tables were eating smh absolutely unacceptable......don't think I'll ever go to this taco bell again and will find another location because what I went through was totally ridiculous 30 minutes to wait for your food and for the people with the taco bell app they would have to wait 30 minutes too knowing they put their order in already to just get it picked up when they got there.......they will lose a lot of business and I hate to see this happen because I love taco bell smh this is crazy read more

I was told at the drive thru that they do not take Apple Pay. I went inside, it was around 7:30pm, there were 3 people waiting and the place was empty. When I approached the register I was told right away that it will take 30-45 mins to get my order ready before even taking my order. I asked why is that, the guy at the register said they were backed up with online orders. I walked out! Two weeks ago I was turned down because they were out of tortilla bread. I walked out! Homemade tortillas, onion, cilantro, a little salsa verde, and a little salsa Rojo with flash fried green onion on top made for a great lunch. My wife loved her lengua tacos. That meal along with enjoying it on the waterfront during perfect weather turned it into a wonderful afternoon!
