When we were eventually helped, the waitress made a significant issue out of the ID requirements and explained that we could not sit at the bar without one. I completely understand that there are guidelines and policies that employees are required to follow; however, it was the way the situation was communicated that made the interaction feel unnecessarily negative and unwelcoming. Overall, the service and customer experience were disappointing, and unfortunately, it left a poor impression.

We ordered the "haymaker" which includes hash browns, two eggs , biscuits and gravy. We ordered an extra egg and coffee. We learned while waiting for our order via a table brainteaser that the flower of Indiana is the peony and the bird of Minnesota is the common loon. Another interesting fact is our waitress's Apple Watch counts her step between 6-7 thousand a day and they don't charge for another plate. These alone required an update review.

Ambiance is fun and everyone is always happy. Joanna's Scramble Skillet - Steak, chorizo, onions, peppers, eggs, cheese, jalapenos. - Everything was good and perfectly cooked. Seasoned well too, did not need extra salt. 5/5 stars. Meat Lovers Skillet - Sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, eggs. - Also delicious. Everything cooked well and no need for extra salt. 5/5 stars. We both did a side of pancakes (it comes with your skillets, but we would have ordered some regardless). Very good, very tasty, not dry like sometimes it can be. 5/5 stars. Go here and get the skillets. I've tried the omelettes and blueberry pancakes before, and they were fine, but the skillets are by far superior in every way. Highly recommend this place!

Gracie was a friendly face, kind personality and a very attentive bartender. Summit Grill Kitchen & Cocktails - jumbo onion rings and supreme pizza…read more I love onion rings so I had to try the "jumbo onion rings" on the appetizer menu. It was the least expensive appetizer option at $12...and the "jumbo" sounded attractive. So why not? The rings are "jumbo"-lly bigger than most others offer. The ring is made from a large onion. The onion piece was rather thin. I was expecting a "thicker" piece - perhaps two layers thick given the size of the ring. The onion was sweeter and mild. The batter was very thin, flakey and a touch oily. It has a nice seasoning to go along with the chipotle sauce. Definitely worth a try if you like onion rings. The crust is a hand tossed style and baked to a soft crispy crust. It has a slightly sweet flavor with a mild flour taste. The sauce was not very prominent to the flavor - mild tomato sauce taste. The sauce was hidden by the pile of fresh toppings. There was a nice amount of delicious mozzarella cheese to hold the toppings together and give it a moist pizza flavor. Cold Pizza Test - the pizza was still soft and moist 24 hours later. It seems like the ingredients "marinated" and enhance the Italian flavors. The mozzarella cheese flavors tended to "pop" more. Delicious cold pizza! Overall a pizza. Dinning in is a nice experience. Beautiful facility. Casual and relaxed...though it's pretty loud. Professional and friendly service.

You have to add some salt to your food though, so slight deduction. 4.5/5 stars. The drinks are wildly expensive, even for airport standards. $5 for a gatorade, and prices for the drinks weren't listed, so it's a fun surprise.
