    I traveled from out of state on 9/6/25 to pick up a 2024 Camry XSE with 26K miles (Vin 4T1K61AK7RU240287, Stock # 4240287) for $27K, after being assured that it was in "excellent condition" and that I would "love it." However, after spending over $600 on flights, Ubers, and a hotel, I walked away empty-handed due to undisclosed paint issues. There was a large 12-inch scrape on the rear passenger door, damage to the trunk lid that I would describe as embarrassing plus others (see attached photos). Corwin Toyota should be ashamed to offer this car for sale on their lot. I was also told that the GM would be back on Monday to discuss possible solutions, and that I would hear from someone on Monday afternoon--it's 4 days later and this never happened. It's a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. It seems like Corwin Toyota might be so focused on new car sales that the used car division gets neglected. Used car buyers, be cautious and thoroughly inspect every inch of the vehicle to avoid any hidden issues.

    No matter what you hear around town, Corwin is still upholding the service tradition of all past owners of what we still refer to as Boulder Toyota. Paul is the last of the "old guard" in parts and can "find anything" even if not made new anymore. And service staff has been known to find a way to even install an upgrade on a vehicle of this age. In our case, we had a tailgate that was inoperable, so they found a salvage part for us. When it arrived, it was visually unacceptable to have been rated by the supplier as higher than its actual condition. The service staff called and asked permission to spend a little bit more on price to have them disassemble and take out the parts needed to make ours operable again. It was the best case scenario as we now have a working tailgate that looks original from appearance. Give them a chance and being kind to staff in such a fast paced workplace is beneficial to all concerned.

    Not a good experience at all. Do your research on this place and you will see all you need to know. For me I found it very hard to get any communication from them. Long story short; I bought a car from them they messed something up. When I took it back to get fixed I was given the run around and left waiting for 30 minutes until I decided to go to different people for help. Upon leaving an original bad review, I was contacted by the manager Mark. He told me he would not fix my car even though they were the ones who messed it up....Unless I took down my bad review, even though they were the ones who emailed me asking me for my honest feedback. He was aggressive, unprofessional and a poor representation of what a manager is supposed to be. They kept my car for another week to fix their error and as luck would have it I'm still having the same issues post them working on it. And of course made it a little worse. Buyer be aware of this place.

    Still waiting on someone to call me about selling me a car with cigarette holes all over the front seats which you covered up with seat covers. Is this acceptable business for Corwin Toyota? Does no one there care about customer service? What a joke

    I had an appointment at 4:45 with Kim and didn't get to test drive the car until about 5:40. I was kind of irritated but at the same time it was not necessarily their fault as Kim's customer showed up to their appointment 45 minutes late. I ended up working with Lucas. The test drive and sales interaction with Lucas went well! Even though I didn't walk out with a car, I appreciated their thoroughness. He really went above and beyond addressing my concerns about the car.

The main attraction is they evaluate your vehicle and send you a walk around video that highlights thier inspection points and an evaluation of your vehicle and its condition of your particular issue. They told me I needed multiple services adding up to $1,500 and then $7,000. This is a fairly new vehicle. 2023, three years old, and 45,000 miles. No accidents and I'm the sole, single owner. Bought brand new. There is no way in hell I needed the bullshit service. I went to two separate mechanics and they both said I actually didn't need any of the services they mentioned and that none of those items were an issue. They told me I needed new spark plugs but both mechanics said those weren't due until 60,000 miles. They said I needed new break pads but both mechanics said my break pads were fine and had at least 40% of life left. Fucking disgusting. My service rep is Ethan Lee and I've requested multiple times to change him because he's obviously a complete scumbag! My new car will be ready for trade-in next year and when I go to upgrade you'll be 100% sure it will not be at Gebhardt and I will make the extra drive to go to another dealership for service.

When we stopped by, we found that they were out of stock. We checked back several times over the next several months to find them always out of stock. Today, I had to bring the car in for a recall service, and when I asked, the adapter was in stock! But alas, the sales manager says that there was never any promise of this adapter being provided to me with my lease, and will not comp it to me. The sales person no longer works at Fisher, so I guess I have no witness to the discussion. GRRR. I must not be the only customer who was offered this tenuous promotion by the salesperson, and I believe offer should be honored by Acura. Also, be aware that the Fisher service center is going to charge 2% for using a credit card there. While it is becoming more common for business to try to recoup these fees, I thought I would mention it so customers will not be surprised.

Even after being very clear that I would walk if they changed the numbers, they tried to drop my trade-in value by $3,000+ the moment I arrived. Before I even got there, the salesperson, Lorenzo, sent a rude text refusing to even "look at my numbers" unless I showed him a full evaluation from another dealer first, then called me later on and blamed his manager and said it was him sending the texts. Despite having a quote and a check in hand, they still tried to play games with "hidden codes" on my vehicle. I walked out and went back to South Colorado Springs Nissan, who honored the $7,500 trade without question and got me a better rate. Don't waste your time or gas money here. They don't respect your time, their own written word, or service members.
