Scam scam scam. This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Where to start. We were lied to from the very beginning. Tried offering half what KBB was until I sat there and looked it up myself on my phone. Forced a third brake light pulser that flashes the brake light for $399. These are not DOT approved. I've read that Mercedes asked DOT for a rule change on these and were denied. A call to Ford confirmed that these are not covered under warranty and any damage caused by them isn't either. Lied about the pay off on my car (my fault for not confirming this before my visit). Didn't realize until in finance and it showed negative balance on trade. That they added back into the price of the new car without saying a word. That was enough. Had to walk at that point. I can promise you that if you bought a car here you were probably lied to. They seem to depend on their customers being ignorant and unable to do basic math, or have any understanding of how auto financing works. read more

If you are considering a purchase from CORWIN FORD, PLEASE READ this somewhat lengthy review because this is important information that affects everyone that purchases a vehicle from CORWIN FORD. Yesterday, we purchased a pickup from Corwin Ford Tri Cities. What was seeming to be a positive experience in the beginning unfortunately left us with a bitter feeling at the end that will not be soon forgotten. After several hours of back and forth negotiations with an admittedly very pleasant salesman, BOTH PARTIES finally AGREED on a purchase price; all was well until we were sitting down in the "signing room" finalizing the paperwork. Corwin Ford had added on approximately $1,000 to the agreed upon price for 2 "accessories" on the vehicle. FYI...these "accessories" are not optional, we were told that Corwin Ford chooses to add them to EVERY car/pickup that comes to the Corwin Ford lot and then the expense of Corwin Ford's decision to add them is then passed onto the buyer without any option to have them removed if you didn't want them. The deceptive part of this is that the accessories are apparently not considered a part of vehicle when negotiating the purchase price, they are considered "accessories" that are added on to the price after the deal has been made but this information is not disclosed to you at the time.. Here is how it worked.....Early in the process, after both parties agreed to a purchase price, initial paperwork was shown to us stating the agreed upon price with different options of monthly payment plans were listed below. We REPEATEDLY told them throughout the negotiation process that we were solely interested in the purchase price of the vehicle, not what our monthly payments would be. After several hours of negotiating and waiting, now back in the "signing room", we noticed that the purchase price of the vehicle had increased by almost a $1,000 even though the monthly payments had stayed the same. When we questioned them on it, it was then that they pointed out on the initial paper, in small print, it states that the cost of the "accessories" are included in the monthly PAYMENTS shown but what they fail to tell you is that the costs are not reflected in the written agreed upon price. WHAT???...isn't the point of negotiating a mutually agreed on price is so it can't be changed? We assumed we negotiated a price for the vehicle "as is" and Corwin obviously assumes that they can add-on the cost of THEIR choice of accessories on top of the agreed upon price after the fact. We were told that, unfortunately, the #3 salesman neglected to point this information out to us. REALLY?? We feel that this is a very DECEPTIVE PRACTICE and was only caught by us at the signing of the final papers. So just be warned....if you're only focused on the monthly payments that are initially shown to you, you'll never notice that these "accessories" are added to the actual agreed upon purchase price. In the end, it could be said "shame on us" for not walking out after catching this deceptive tactic but the circumstances of needing to replace our previous pick-up that had been totaled in an accident a week ago, made walking out not an option for us. What is more appropriate is "shame on Corwin" for not having the integrity to honor their word when negotiating a price. We left with a pick-up that we will enjoy but with a bad feeling that Corwin Ford uses practices that compromise their integrity. This review is just to make all buyers aware. If integrity is important to you, we would encourage you to check out Jess Ford of Pullman (www.jessfordpullman.com). Jess Ford is where we have done business before but unfortunately, due to limited supply caused by the current pandemic, they didn't have a vehicle that fit our wants and needs, so we were forced to look elsewhere. I was very pleased with the purchase of our new truck from Corwin Ford. Our salesman, Curt Watson, was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty for us. However, I would never bring a trade in to Corwin again. I believe we were lied to. They gave us $3,100 for our trade and a few days later have it listed for $8,885. We were asking middle trade value of $4,500. The dealership is disjointed. The salesman couldn't answer why the payments were not calculating correctly and said the finance department would have to answer those questions. A simple calculator online was all that was needed to calculate the payment correctly. We asked to talk to the Used Car Manager about our trade but was denied. The business is compartmentalized and plays it to their advantage. I will never bring a trade back. Please check into actual price of vehicle to get onto lot. It was not $3,000. If your honest about it you had the room to give a fair price on the trade. That is the difference between a 5 star experience and a 2 star experience for the customer. read more

Tiffany was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We bought from Corwin a week after our first visit there. Tiffany said she would keep us in mind for any used vehicles that met our criteria, and she did! We had been to eight other dealerships the day we first went to Corwin. We gave our contact info and our criteria for a used vehicle to each sales person we met. No one from any other dealership called us back. Just Tiffany. That made our decision to work with Corwin and Tiffany a no-brainer. The only negative is the amount of time it takes to get paperwork done to purchase a vehicle. On the plus-side, Corwin has a great kids' area where they can stay entertained while parents are busy with paperwork. I would buy from Tiffany and Corwin Ford again. Bad experience I will not leave names but I will never return. Long story short first dealership I visited after moving to Tri cities. Daughter paid cash or Automobile first off the girl in the finance department messed up the paperwork twice mostly spelling errors, never did return our 5 calls to her. Had been talking to one of their sales guys earlier about purchasing F350. I told him about our experience with daughters car, he was going to talk to the Management lol silence from them too. I had my tuck scheduled for a recall for 3 weeks now, they are saying Ford is telling them not to perform the recall because it can cause more damage to the transmission to fix it? From what I can tell they do not have enough mechanics to fulfill customers needs. I will reach out to another Ford dealer to ask about the recall. Never again Corwin Ford. read more

Service apartment doesn't know how to schedule appointments. I had a recall on my 2011 Ford Escape and they said drop off at 7:30 in morning and couldn't tell me when or if my car will be done. Now my wife and I are out a car for the day. And try to make it to 5 Duffy appointments. With only one car. The service guy didn't even have any knowledge of anything. Even when he was on the phone with another person he didn't make no sense with them either. Don't know where they find some of there workers. I called Corwin Ford on a Monday, as I only had one day to find an alternate vehicle. Cameron was a great Salesman, not pushy at all. He helped me through the process and I was able to find a used Focus. The only complaints that I have, are due to the sensor on the panel where the odometer reading should appear. The message indicates "Driver door ajar: and "Driver door open". The door is neither ajar or open, thus something is messed up with the sensor. You would think that the Service Department would have cleared that message; I have no idea what the odometer mileage is at this point. Additionally, the Finance Manager will try to sell you the entire dealership before exiting the paperwork process. This was a turn off. Otherwise, Corwin did a decent job with the selling process. read more

I got a call from Corwin Ford to schedule air bag replacement due to recall. Told her have tried to schedule several times but since I live about 40 miles away have been unable to due to it being an all day job and I could not sit there all day waiting. They were unable to offer me a car. So the lady that called said it would only take 3-4 hours not all day and so set up appointment for 9:00 AM. When I showed up I'm told that it would be an all day job due to the make and model of my car and that the person who called had made a mistake. Needless to say I was upset after driving 40 miles to be told they would not be able to do the job. They did apologize and offered to get me a rental car if I wanted to make another appointment for another day. Getting this airbag recall done has been an impossible situation. read more

I called twice trying to get an appointment and was told they don't take appointments but while I've been here they scheduled 4 appointments for others. Never again! Purchased a new truck at Corwin. Everything at first was easy and no issues. A few days after my purchase I was contacted by the dealership informing me they put the wrong Vin # on all my paperwork and I needed to come back in and resign. So after making an appointment I showed up with my wife to resign, they did not have my paperwork ready, we were there almost an hour for what we were told would be really quick. They did replace my fuel used to drive in and after making me wait gave me a free oil change after I asked for it for my Inconvenience. Then a few weeks or so later I get more paperwork again that needed to be signed, because they messed up again. Overall this is the worst experience I ever had making a vehicle purchase and I will not be back. I do not recommend Corwin Ford, save yourself the headache. read more

BUYERS BEWARE... By far the worst car sales attempt I've ever been involved in filled with empty promises. Multiple emails were passed back and forth with a "five star salesman" who has "never received a complaint about fair trade in value".. well here it comes. After a few weeks of back and forth trying to understand trade in value from a far We made a 7.5 hour drive through multiple snow storms crossing a few mountain passes to attempt to purchase a used truck and trade in a 1.5 year old SUV. Once at the dealership we get a trade in value that is $10,000 less than other dealerships have offered us.... But of course we were told to use KBB and NADA for ballpark figures. What a joke. After expressing our displeasure they come back at us with numbers on a NEW truck. We came to buy a used truck. Of course playing the salesman "let's see who we can snake today".... We are not playing this game. So then they send out short man, arrogant, Mr. My poop doesn't stink GM Chris. The guy thinks he walks on water. He was the most unprofessional car GM I have ever dealt with talking to us with his chest puffed out. I'd be embarrassed to have him working for me. We should have saved the 14+ hour round trip drive, hotel expenses, food, a day off of work, and few hundred dollars in fuel to get to this high school dealership instead of dealing with this clown show.. The salesman who was helping me wanted to go home so he got the deal approved by his sales manager and asked me to come back the next morning to complete the paperwork. I agreed to this for his benefit. But when I returned at 8:30 AM the morning, as agreed, I was told the car was sold to someone else after I left. My family and I went in on a Monday afternoon to test drive a vehicle that had just been listed. The vehicle had not yet been detailed or reviewed by the shop at that time; that's ok. During the test drive, we noted a few concerning mechanical issues and extreme odor of cigarette smoke. We had also paid an independent shop to inspect the vehicle and provided the inspection to Corwin, as a show of our good faith interest. As such, we verbally agreed with both the salesman and manager together that they would not take a monetary commitment from us until the vehicle had been cleaned of the cigarette odor and inspected by the shop to look at the mechanical concerns. We were verbally granted first right-of-refusal at that time. We were then to wait for a call back, so we could test drive once more following cleaning and inspection. We received a call the following Thursday with an update that it should be ready by the weekend. Great! After not hearing anything further by Sunday, we reached out. It was at that time that we were told by the salesman that the dealership had sold the vehicle out from under us, and that he had tried to contact us on Saturday at the same number twice, but the call "went straight to voicemail". However, the phone was in service the entire time, and no missed calls nor voicemails were ever received. Why not leave a voicemail, in that case? This is what someone tells you when they need a way out of a previous arrangement. The message to us is clear. Corwin Ford lied to us and sold their integrity to make a quick buck. Now we're out the cost of our independent inspection, and our time pursuing the purchase. We will not be doing business here, ever, and advise others to do the same. Easiest car buying experience ever - price was good - Sabryna was great and I left very happy with new car.

I purchased my car 44 days ago and the dealer called yesterday to let me know the original deal did not work (0% interest and no payment for 90 days) and I needed to come in to sign paperwork and my payment would be due tomorrow. Or I could give the car back but they already sold my trade in. I told them that did not work for me and they said they would make my payment. I asked for something in writing saying they would make my payment and they told me they cannot give me anything in writing because there not allowed to make my payment saying it was against the rules. This has left me feeling like I have done something wrong when there the ones breaking the rules. I have called and they have assured me that it is not illegal or bank fraud. Please shop elsewhere there is no reason I should feel this way. read more

One of my best car buying experiences ever! I had been searching for a 2016 Super Duty, hoping to find a good deal on a leftover before they all sold out. I actually prefer the previous Super Duty style to the new 2017s. Living in Spokane, WA, I searched everywhere within a reasonable drive to find what I wanted. It turned out that on the internet, Corwin Pasco had one of the the best selections AND the best prices posted on-line. I hooked up with their salesman Josh Keller and spent a couple weeks chatting with him about several trucks while I continued my internet shopping. Josh was supremely patient and helpful (with suprisingly ZERO pressure) as I narrowed to a choice. We worked up a fair price for my trade which I was able to confirm as quite good as I also worked on local deals. Josh kept a regular contact and in the end, I made a last minute shift to move up to sweet Platinum packaged truck on their lot as I could not find a better deal anywhere. I was able to drive down on Friday night And close the deal and drive home in my new truck. In signing the deal, everything went very smoothly--thanks Nico--especially the part where you usually get the hard sell for warranty packages. I stated no and we just moved to the next form. No drama and no claims of how stupid i was to pass up on the extended warranty etc. Additionally, there was an honest mistake of a couple hundred dollars in the calculations vs. the agreed upon price. When pointed out (actually by Josh and not me!) that was swiftly resolved too. Bottom line... very pleased with Corwin Ford and especially pleased working with Josh Keller, my new favorite car salesman. read more

Unfortunately, I attempted to purchase a car on 9/22 but was told that I am a "ghost". They said I couldn't purchase a $5400 vehicle unless I paid cash for it due to my lack of credit (not poor credit). I have NO DEBT! BUT...they were willing to sell me an $11,000 vehicle that I didn't even want and get me financed. Tell me how that all makes sense! As usual, they played the old bait and switch game. The car I wanted to buy stunk from cigarettes and had cig burns in the seat and a sizeable dent on the right side. Thankfully, due to their jacking me around, I went out Monday, found the same exact vehicle in MUCH better condition at another dealership and it was $400 lower. They were able to get me financed with no problems and my purchase was completed in just 2 hours from start to finish. Don't go to Corwin for a used car purchase. If you are in some serious debt and looking for a new vehicle, this might be the place for you. Be prepared to spend the whole day getting it done though. read more

Called today telling them, that the Key to my dad's car wasn't working properly and I wanted to inquire how much it would cost to get a new one made . Service department said it would cost $120 just to diagnose whether I needed a new key or if something more was wrong and needed fixing. It had scam written all over it. read more
