He was very cocky and snobby, said he has been doing sales for 15 years and he knows how it all works (yeah... right) after going back and forth arguing with us he told us to come back once we make more money? 1. Don't argue with the customer or you've lost the deal. 2. Be a little more professional other than boasting about your years of experience 3. You need more practice in sales. I can tell.
