We hired Rick to sell our home and Shelby to represent us to buy a home and they went above and beyond, which to them is probably just "doing their job" but to us as the clients, the process can be scary. We hit a snag in the process with our initial buyer having to pull out of contract for medical reasons, We were terrified to say the least! We were already in contract to buy another home! But both Rick and Shelby assured us that things would work out, always keeping calm and letting us know they had a plan A, B, C & if needed a plan D! It all came together and we closed on the sell of our home and closed on the purchase of another home all within 24hours from eachother! Who does that!?!? :) Rick never once made us feel alone going through this process and that's what i appreciated the most! always answering our calls and texts- we had conference calls at least once a week, what he likes to call "Monday check-ins" and we totally appreciated that! Shelby always took the time to check in with us, sending us endless listing, once we found our "dream home" she worked relentless and remained cool and calm the whole time! I probably texted Shelby over 500 times during this process and she responded each and every time with confidence and professionalism! Thank you Shelby, you Rock! If you're looking for a professional and open-book realtors- contact Rick and Shelby! You wont be disappointed!

I sold my Brentwood home with Shelby Seeley (Rick Fuller Inc.). Her brokerage's commission was more…read morethan ten times our combined net proceeds, and in my experience I did most of the actual work: buyer and lender paperwork, the Tesla solar transfer, inspection repairs, and the pricing plan. During escrow, I spent five hours at the house on repairs and walked into a smell that nearly knocked me over. A massive pile of human feces had been left unflushed in the master toilet for an unknown length of time, and the AC had been running full blast. Shelby apologized, noting the water had been off. Fair enough, but I'm the one who found it. If you were a buyer walking through that house, would that smell make you want to make an offer, or walk out? Shelby was also dual agent on our first offer. It collapsed over a $5,000 gap, she offered $2,500 of her commission, and the buyers cancelled. We lost weeks. Sellers: get fee, agency, and property-check routines in writing. I would not use this brokerage again.

We first met Michael and Haley at an open house where we were so impressed by their warmth, knowledge and professionalism, that we knew we had to work with them. As first time home-buyers, we had a lot of questions and didn't know where to start. Michael and Haley were so patient and took to time to provide us with invaluable education so that we would feel confident in navigating the home buying journey from start to finish. Even with our crazy irregular work schedules, they made themselves available to answer our many questions, concerns, and requests via phone and text.   Michael and Haley worked seamlessly as a team to ensure that we had all the information available for our list of prospective homes so that we could make informed decisions. The duo was so detail oriented and responsive, that we felt like we were in good hands. We never felt pressured to make a decision and they genuinely wanted us to find the home that we would love and not settle for anything less. Looking back, we could not have imagined going through the incredibly stressful process of buying our first home without the expertise and authenticity of Michael and Haley.   To our surprise, we were able to close on our new home in just over a month and with our first attempt at making an offer. If that isn't a testament of their expertise, I don't know what is. But even more amazing, is that Michael and Haley both continue to check-in with us after we received the keys - to see how we are doing and to ensure we are taken care of because there's so much to home ownership beyond walking through the door. We are so thankful to have found Michael and Haley with One80 Realty and can't recommend them enough! Thank you for making our first home buying experience a positive and memorable one!

This is perfect agent for you if you are looking for an agent with an attitude…read more "The relationship ends when the deal is closed". That is what you get from the agent who you give 2 home to sell. Not any more for sure. I am real estate agent but I hired this company due to the fact that I live in San Jose and want to be fair to this sale. Big mistake. Big mistake. Could have done better remotely. What I have learnt all these year in sales is that the relationship starts when the deal is closed but these guys are different. No wonder all other agents in the area are not too excited to work with this company. Results: you don't get what the home is worth in the market. One of the buyer who became a friend confirmed after the sale that he would have paid another $20K for this beautiful home but his agent got him a great deal. Another buyer's agent confirmed that no correspondence from this company even though the offer was sent. Not sure if it is even legally correct. Anyways, sellers (or even buyers) not a good choice to list with company. My 2 cents.
