I already had a tenant but since I live across the bay, work full time and have a family to take care of it's been a hassle to maintain the condo on my own. Ben has already handled a couple minor repairs and a stove replacement - all with no hassle for me. And he is very careful to check with me before spending money for repairs. I did consider One Rent which someone recommended to me but really what I saw from reviews etc is that the renters get short-changed with shoddy service there. So I wanted instead a place that charged a fair amount for the work involved and provided great service. I would recommend Pacific Elite.

From the beginning, Ben has been responsive to all my questions/concerns and has always been honest and upfront about what I needed to do and what I should expect from him as far as costs and services. He was able to find tenants within a few weeks and kept me updated on what was going on every week. His costs are reasonable and comparable to the other property management companies in the area. If you need an honest property manager with no BS, I would recommend Ben. I've been on the east coast for 2 months and everything has been great.

Over the years, we've bought three houses, and sold two, and Trang Dunlap, is the best realtor…read morewe've ever worked with. We originally engaged Trang and her assistant Marlene in the summer of 2019 to sell our house so we could relocate and be close to our grandchildren. Life circumstances delayed our plans, but Trang never pressured us to move until we were ready. Finally ready to move forward, we engaged Trang in late 2024 to help us plan a complete update of our home and bring it to market in the summer of 2025. Putting together a plan within our timeframe, and at a reasonable budget, she project-managed the whole process, transforming our home, and making sure whatever we put into the house would return two or three-fold. Always personable and professional, she was attentive to our needs; answering any concerns and helping us with key decisions at each phase of the process. Her tireless efforts came through as we met our expectations for both the timing of the sale and the price we received. We're so grateful for the work Trang put in to help us finally achieve our relocation dreams. We've never had a realtor work so hard for us before. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Trang Dunlap as your next real estate agent.

She made what could've been a stressful long-distance purchase feel effortless. I'm beyond grateful we found her, she's definitely the best agent for anyone buying remotely. Professional & efficient. Highly recommend

This was due to my husbands company closing in California and moving us to Arizona , completely out of our control. The agent failed to let her manager or the owners know this, despite us telling her 6 months before we were going to move. Not only did we have to deal with the fact that they refused to fix the master bathroom until we moved out ( the floor was rotting and the toilet fell through), they have reported us to collections. The condo was rented shortly after we moved out, however the new tenants could not move in until the repairs were completed. So they property management wants to make us responsible. I was the only customer in the shop as the lady and guy worked to solve an inventory issue completely unrelated to me. Afterwards I was hustled out. My most recent issue, Friday, involved a phone call asking if they had a 2X vest in stock. Johney confirmed they did and I asked him to pull my size and I'd drive from Berkeley ASAP. Showed up, Johney handed me the vest. I paid with my card and left. In the parking lot I put the vest on. Too small. I thought I gained weight and went inside to explain. I opted for a larger size since I expected that Johney gave me the right size initially. He did not. The receipt showed it was an XL and not the 2X I asked for. I sized-up to a 3x and was told that they would refund my money to my card. i made it a point to look Johney in the eye and have him confirm to me he would personally correct the issue.i got an email within an hour and a call from Johney. The email had a receipt exactly the same as the one for the initial charge. The call was to tell me the refund was done. That was Friday. Today my bank shows over $450 for 3 charges. I called Johney, he referred me to "bookkeeping" who then referred me to someone in Sacramento who told me that she couldn't fix it but would call Johney. By any stretch of the definition this is not convenient. Here is is Tuesday and I am still out $450 for a $150 vest.
