Best real estate agent ! Beverly did a fantastic job helping to sell our home . It's quite stressful to sell, but she helped ease that stress by always helping at a moments notice ! If there was a 10 start review - this R/E agent would be a strong 10 ! Highly recommended Mia & Beverly team for all of your real estate needs ! read more

Beverly is a professional and our experience selling our Townhome in April 2021 was exceptional. She understands the area, priced the property to perfection and we received multiple over asking price offers and accepted one all in just one day. She had our place cleaned and staged and communicated through out the process. Finally, anything we asked of her, she promptly responded. We don't do this for a living and she clearly is a subject matter expert. Go ahead and sign her up...she's one of the best. read more

Beverly was great! She helped us find a great home in Brentwood. She was patient with our ever changing desires on what we were actually looking for. We must have looked at over 30 homes before finding the one that we liked the best. While we were not first-time home buyers, we were in California. She helped us navigate the different rules here in this state as well as made sure the solar was transferred properly. read more

Mia and Beverly did an amazing job in selling two houses (primary residence and single family home rental property) for us. Their professionalism and thoroughness are second to none. We sold our primary residence during a very weak period in the housing market (as a result of a job transfer out of the area) and Mia and Beverly were right on top of the approach we needed to take to maximize the return on our sale. Their ability to assess the market and develop a superior marketing strategy (from first rate house staging, brochures, and open houses to recommendation of a price point) was absolutely amazing. We were so impressed with them that when it came time to sell our second property (our rental property), there was no question of who we would go with - Mia and Beverly. We were living on the East Coast when we decided to sell our rental property. After a short conversation with Mia and Beverly, we turned everything over to their very capable hands, which included the final walk-through with the tenants, repairs to the property, and then execution of their comprehensive marketing effort, which led to multiple offers, above the asking price, within a week of the property going on the market. All of this was done remotely for our part and Mia and Beverly kept us informed every step of the way - they even sent us a CD with all the pdf documents for our records after the sale was complete. Their communication is absolutely exceptional. Working with Mia and Beverly for our recent home sales was the best real estate experiences we have ever had. Our only disappointment is that we probably won't have the opportunity to use them again. read more

Beverly was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the area and really listened to our concerns and our wants in finding the perfect home in our price point in a very tough market. We moved from Minnesota so a cross country move was very difficult but she made it flawless and stress free. She kept us up to date on upcoming homes, the market, etc. She was very fast with all of her responses and we felt extremely comfortable in the work she provided. If you're looking for an OUTSTANDING realtor our family would highly recommend her! read more

I had a wonderful experience using Mia & Beverly to sell my house. There were several factors that were not in my favor: the housing and financial markets had just tanked, I was competing both against my home builder and a couple other houses in the neighborhood that were in foreclosure. Reasons why I recommend Mia & Beverly: Marketing: They had an excellent marketing strategy Service: They helped me every step through the sales and escrow process Sales: I received multiple offers for my house which made all of the difference to my family. Mia & Beverly actively searched for a buyer which puts them in a league above other Realtors I've worked with. Mia & Beverly have so many return clients because they are simply the best Realtors in Dublin! read more

Initially, we had a very straightforward purchase in Livermore as part of a business relocation. Beverly was recommended by a coworker and she helped us find and negotiate on a beautiful house for a great price (multiple offers, counter offers and all). Our transaction became much more complex as one of our family members (and a title holder on the property) got sick shortly after we opened escrow and passed away before the close. Through it all, Beverly was responsive, supportive and on top of things to keep a very fluid situation under control. Beverly went above and beyond to be our local presence to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible...even after the close of our escrow. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Beverly again for our real estate needs in the tri valley area. read more

Beverly was great. She helped guide me through the process of selling my first house. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and always had sound advice. I'd highly recommend working with Beverly. read more

Beverly guided us through every step of the selling process. We were able to sell our home after 1 weekend of open house, in spite of the COVID-19 situation. Beverly's experience in this area found us good and reliable contractors for painting and other services. If dis-satisfied with anything, she went to bat for us. Just before closing, we found a significant leak in the drip system main valve; we were already scheduled to leave the next day. After 1 failure on my part to get it fixed, she took over, found a guy (on her list of contacts) to come out and fix it over the weekend. No impact to closing. There were also other ways that she went above and beyond to make the experience go well. She kept us well-informed of the status. We definitely recommend her. read more

We moved to Dublin by buying a foreclosure several years ago, and while our previous agent worked diligently, she wasn't terribly familiar with the neighborhood and eventually, relocated to a different region. So, as we saw our home value recover and eventually rise to a point where we could think about moving to a larger home, we started talking about who we should work with. At this point, we were familiar with the neighborhood and our options. There is no lack of advertising, and while some promote their great sales and offer free use of a moving truck, we felt the Mia & Beverly Team really added the most value to the Dublin Ranch neighborhood. Having grown up in older neighborhoods that had block parties and where neighbors actually talked regularly, I really appreciated the fact that Mia & Beverly make a sincere effort to put on events where people can come out of their holes and meet one another. They host an annual Halloween party and parade in the fall and an Easter Egg Hunt in the spring, and they organize a neighborhood garage sale at the beginning of summer. These events are free to the community and are well-attended and well-run. During this year's garage sale, I was at a friend's house and a neighbor who lived across the street for the past five years came across and said hello for the first time. Back to our purchase... we contacted Mia and Beverly even before we were quite ready to buy a home, but they were really helpful, explaining how they approach the market and giving us a better sense of the demand for our old house. We were still working within a budget, and while there was nothing available at the moment, they made us feel much more comfortable with the prospects. A few weeks later, we got a call saying they were in touch with a previous client who was being relocated. By having a few extra days really helped us get prepared for financing. They put us in touch with a mortgage person who helped us finance the purchase when the house went on the market even before we had listed our old house. We were able to beat out several other offers, and then we had to sell our old house. Again, with their knowledge of the market and help with staging, we listed our old house, got over 15 offers, and ended up selling for $50k over asking. The house was listed for about 2 weeks, and only required one weekend of open house. The open house had over 100 people visit, and I feel their efforts in marketing and staging really helped get the house sold quickly and for a price that we were happy with. Carrying two houses was a bit of a nightmare, so we were quite relieved to have been able to sell so quickly. Thank you, again, Mia and Beverly. We love our new house, and will come back to have you with our next purchase and sale. read more

I've witnessed Mia & Beverly the past 18 years at work in Dublin, California . These ladies are the most experienced and devoted team I know. They will answer your questions at any time of day, network for your needs and support the community in any way, shape or form. I know dozens of neighbors who have successfully bought and sold homes with Mia & Bev. When it is time for me to purchase or sell again they will be the first number I call. I give this Team a 5 star rating not only for their work ethic, but also for their kindness and volunteerism in the community. Kerrie Chabot Dublin Resident since 2000 read more

My husband and I could not be more satisfied with Beverly and Mia on the sale of our house. Their knowledge and experience in the real estate market made every step of our selling process painless, efficient, and stress free. Beverly and Mia was always available through text, email, or a phone call away when we had any questions or concerns. My husband and I have a busy work schedule and we were not always available. Mia and Beverly were always available to make our house accessible to the contractors. They did an amazing job staging our house. We only needed 1 open house and received multiple offers. The house sold over asking. I highly recommend Beverly and Mia. We will definitely use their services again when we are ready to buy. read more

If you are a first time home buyer, your search for a realtor is over! Beverly was absolutely amazing and patient with us as first time home buyers. She has been supportive in every step of the process. She knows the Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore area very well, and she made herself available on the weekend to show us some houses or answer our constant stream of questions. It was a long journey, but Beverly helped us pin down what we were looking for and we ultimately found an absolutely charming house! Beverly's support continued during the escrow period and she's still continuing to help us even after we've moved in! I can't recommend Beverly enough! read more

If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional realtor in the Tri-Valley area, look no further than Beverly Herrera. We worked with Bev to sell our home in Dublin, while looking for a new home in another state (with a different realtor). This means, we were able to compare the working styles of two different agents and I can tell you this only highlighted the talent and experience of Bev. She has the important skills of knowing the market and how to price your house to sell or to help you get the best deal as a buyer. Staging of the home is included in your contract to sell with her, meaning, it gets done and you don't have to arrange or pay for it. As someone who hasn't bought or sold a house in 20 years, I'd forgotten the minutia. Bev walked us through it carefully. This stood out to me when our realtor in the other state didn't review contracts with us at all, whereas Bev went through everything to be sure we were comfortable, and did it in a way that wasn't patronizing or dragged out. She communicated with us regularly and made many visits to our home during the process. One of the most important characteristics of Beverly is that she is honest. With such a big purchase as a home, you don't have to worry that she might not be on the up and up. She is ethical, and working for YOU. We trusted Bev implicitly and she got us a great price on our house. read more

There aren't enough stars on Yelp to accommodate my gratitude to this team. I cannot imagine another team working as tirelessly for their clients as this team. After watching their utmost professionalism over the years, I cringe when I encounter the hard sell, used car salesman pitches of other realtors. We first met Mia & Beverly when they helped us purchase our first home 9 years ago in Dublin Ranch, and we soon knew they would be the only team we would work with in the future. We decided about 3 years ago that we wanted to move to a new home. Yes, they patiently sought out homes for THREE years that would meet our near-impossible standards. Well, we found our dream home early this year but it: (1) was bank-owned, and (2) required a super-jumbo loan, the unique challenges of which necessitated having an expert team on our side. The process would have been an absolute nightmare if we didn't have this incredible team advocating for us. Here is what Mia & Beverly did for us on the existing home: immediately prepare and market our existing home, which sold on the first day of the open house; coordinate all discussions with the buyer's representatives; and coordinate all repairs to our existing house. On our new home: they secured the original blueprints of the house; inventoried and oversaw several pages of internal and external repairs; navigated our strict HOA rules; handled all negotiations with the out-of-state REO bank owner; handled many of the never-ending discussions with our lending bank, which was just brutal; coordinated the interstate closing process; and kept us sane the whole time. They were even able to convince the REO bank to let us move in before the closing! I honestly don't know what we would have done without them guiding us. read more

As first time homeowners, we know we could not have done this without the support and expertise of Mia and Beverly. From the first conversation, I knew that we were in good hands. Mia was extremely friendly from the start - even giving me the comfort of texting her if needed. She went through everything with us; what to expect, all of our home preferences, and was so patient with all our ridiculous questions as first timers. We trusted her completely with every decision she made - and I'm so glad because here we are, sitting in our beautiful new home! Once Beverly took over for the financial part of the transaction, she was just as amazing! She explained every detail and made the rest of the process go as smoothly as possible. Both Mia and Beverly were there for us EVERY step of the way - meeting us at the house for all inspections, walk through's and were there for us the day we got our keys! They even went above and beyond and helped make our first time home buyer experience THAT much more amazing......it was so important to me to get a picture in front of our new house, with the kids, with the "sold" sign. However, the sellers agent took the post down and did not put a "sold" sign up - so Mia and Beverly had a post ordered for us, put it back in the front yard and ordered their OWN "sold" sign for us!! I was so touched by how much they CARED about making our experience the best. And that right there is why THEY are the best. They actually care for you! They become like family! When friends have asked which Real Estate Agency we went through, we PROUDLY tell them The Mia & Beverly Team :-) We hope this isn't goodbye - just a "we'll see you soon"...and we THANK YOU for everything! - The Taylors read more

Beverly and Mia are quality through and through. They are extremely knowledgable, thorough, honest and a pleasure to be around. They began months ahead and led my husband and I through the preparation, staging, marketing, negotiations and final closing of our house. They were both readily available at each step of the way and always responded quickly when we had questions. They have a tremendous cache of contractors and workpeople on hand to refer as needed for up-grades and repairs in preparation for selling. Their marketing signs, flyers, and photography are the best we've seen, and lent a very up-scale appeal to our property. The point is, they do it all and do it well, providing the complete package of everything needed to score a successful sale. We highly recommend this team; cannot imagine doing better. read more

Our first time meeting and working with Mia and Beverly was in 2004, when we were looking to sell our first home and move into our second. Our experience was seamless and both Mia and Beverly not only worked hard for us....but we had a lot of fun together too. So much fun in fact, that we became close friends and still are today. When it came time almost ten years later to sell our house there was no question about who would be there for us. And again...a seamless experience. The only hard part was that we were moving out of state and would not get to hang out as often. Another important part to mention about Mia and Beverly is that they are not just realtors, they are long standing members of the community. They are active in the schools and invested in making Dublin an incredible place to live. Mia and Beverly make sure there is a Halloween parade, an Easter egg hunt and a block party for the 4th of July in Dublin Ranch, which made me feel like I really belonged to a neighborhood. Having people who really care about where you live, because they live their too, makes all the difference. I wish there were more stars on Yelp...it seems like 5 just isn't enough! read more

Working with Beverly was a great experience. She helped us sell our condo in Sept 2020, in the middle of all the Covid craziness! She was especially diligent about wearing a mask when visiting our property, and provided hand sanitizer, foot coverings and posted signs for the appointment-only open house days. She listened to our needs and made a special trip over to help give us advice on a challenging repair situation. One thing that particularly impressed us is that she provided a list of action items and dates so that we knew exactly when various deadlines were taking place. We texted with Beverly a lot over the weeks of the sale and closing and she was always excellent about follow up, even later in the day. She also helped us ensure our home was show quality by setting up a professional staging with a local company. Beverly was always professional and true to her word and we greatly appreciated her expertise. read more

We knew Mia and Beverly from all the wonderful things they've done around the community. But we were blown away by how hard they worked selling our home. As soon as we met with them to talk about selling, Mia immediately began making calls to her team to get the house move in ready. She made the whole process stress free, and our home looked stunning when she was finished. Beverly does not miss a beat. She was in constant contact with us, keeping us informed every step of the way. We had multiple offers well over asking price after showing the home for only one weekend. These ladies were sweet as well as aggressive and well connected, and they went above and beyond all of our expectations. I have worked with Mia and Beverly through three real estate transactions. They are and always will be my Realtor of choice. Everything gets handled in a professional manner. Why cap @ 5 Stars? Maybe I should dupe this review x 4 to account for the additional missing stars this team actually deserved. A personalized & caring experience from start to finish. Mia & Beverly were there through thick & thin, & even at times when things felt down & out in this insane San Ramon housing market, they assured me "We WILL get you into a house..." This reassurance didn't just feel like an empty promise or something relayed in a sleazy 'used car salesman' kind of way. It felt genuine, put me at ease & gave me something to grasp onto & utilize as ray of hope throughout the entire process. Was it stressful? Absolutely, but it was entirely this crazy housing market to blame. I honestly believe in this cut-throat market that finally getting into our dream home (Whoo-hoo, SRV School District!!!) would not have been possible without this "Dream Team" behind me. Being that they were a team, not once did I ever feel neglected or ignored. Email updates, phone calls, text messages, etc..., they were always there. Even when escrow closed, they followed up on how we were doing & were STILL there to answer questions, particularly on our personal inquiries in regards to providing contacts for painting, carpeting, renovations, etc... 5 Stars is simply just not enough... Bottom line... If you want to get into a house, look no further. As I was told just a few short months ago & I am relaying to you now, "They WILL get you into a house..." read more

We were under a time crunch to list our home and get it sold. Plus we were running off on a long-planned trip to Italy shortly after the house was listed. And Mia herself was in the middle of a move. But even with all of that, Mia & Beverly did a wonderful job. Great marketing, lovely brochure, and staging that was right for our home. And their knowledge of our neighborhood market was spot on. Their contractors were responsive when we had a urgent need (carpeting that needed stretching the night before the first open house ... yikes!) and reasonably priced. We purchased a town home in Dublin Ranch Courtyards several years ago for investment. I had a wonderful experience with this Team. I would rate them as very conscienscious, caring and specific about what needed to be done in making my home look presentable to prospects. I have worked with several Realtors over the years in the Bay Area and in Central California. Some were good and some not so great. I'm happy to have found such a great working experience with the Mia and Beverly Team. They made suggestions and I agreed with them as to the detail of what would be appreciated. This is all done from a remote location. Uncomfortable? No! I felt completely at ease. I had a few requests and they were immediately considered and implemented. I was very happy with how my property was handled and will be using this team again with my next sale. They are trust-worthy, friendly and expert. I would give them a very high rating! Mia & Beverly really are the dream team. My husband & I were lucky enough to meet them when we bought our first home (they represented the seller). We were new to Dublin and started to see a lot of Mia & Beverly around the community. They work hard to bring the community together throughout the year with special events like a Halloween parade, Easter Egg hunt & neighborhood garage sale. After my husband & I had kids, we really needed a bigger home but wanted to stay in the neighborhood. We knew right away that we wanted to work with Mia & Beverly. We had seen a lot of the team around Dublin, participated in their neighborhood community building activities and much more over the first 7 years of us living in Dublin. We contacted Mia & Beverly and they were able to help us find the perfect home for our growing family and at the same time put our first home on the market. They staged our home beautifully (we were in awe of their expertise), and acted fast as we were selling and buying at the same time. We got over asking price and a solid offer after our first open house weekend. It's so important to know you have realtors you can trust & who always have your best interests at heart. Mia and Beverly are an outstanding team.. When we purchased our first home, they were the sellers's agent. When the time came, they assisted us in selling our first home and buying our forever home in a new development. They are knowledgeable about the market, the neighborhoods, reviewing and explaining documents, and went above and beyond their duties to make the process as stressless as possible. They were trustworthy and communicated well in answering all our questions, calming our nerves, and assisted when we hit a bump in the road. Mia & Berverly sold my house a few months ago. I found them to be really fantastic and highly professional agents. In addition, the people they worked with to prepare and stage my house for sale were great. The entire sale process was smooth, organized, and without any surprises. Whenever I needed to sign documents, Beverly gave me plenty of advance notice and explained everything to me in detail. Here are some of the highlights of my experience: - Wonderful brochures - professionally printed and beautiful. - Nice description of the house - Mia & Beverly had sold other models like mine in the neighborhood. I really liked their presentation. It's one of the main reasons I chose them as my agents. - Great photography - two of my friends who are real estate agents commented on that, and sent their complements to the photographer. - Wonderful house cleaner - she cleaned my house all day, and after she was done, the house was gleaming like it was new. If I still lived in Dublin, I would hire her (and I actually enjoy cleaning). Incredible organization - the entire sale process was very organized. To name a few items that come to mind: * Beverly had a spreadsheet of the comps we used for pricing along with house details and background story for the sale; * She e-mailed me a schedule of events like house cleaning, painting, staging, open house, etc. I knew exactly what was going to happen on each day down to the hour, and could plan accordingly. * She created a spreadsheet of the offers with detailed attachments. There were quite a few offers, but the spreadsheet make it easy to compare them and to weigh the various offers against each other. I am very pleased that I chose Mia & Beverly to sell my house. They are seasoned professionals, and they did a great job for me. read more
