Khrista Jarvis Team is one of the best realtors in the Bay Area and well regarded. Nicole Jung has been in this business for a long time and knows the market very well. Nicole is amazing. With Nicole's help, I was able to purchase a beautiful home in the Danville area. She made the process seamless and ensured we got the best deal. She went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and made the best decision. I have two little kids so wanted to purchase a home that met their growing needs. She is very patient. I could really tell that she was not trying to make a quick purchase but she really wanted my family to select home that we could see ourselves living in for a long time as well as a home that could appreciate in value if we decided to move. Nicole's knowledge regarding the market is extremely valuable. Having assisted thousands upon thousands of buyers and sellers, she has expertise and knowledge that only comes from years of experience. She is amazing at what she does and can literally perform her own visual inspections of homes. Nicole also has a large network of professionals. You can trust her recommendations and I highly recommend speaking to her if you have any other concerns (escrow, lenders, contractors, repairs, etc). read more

I am forever grateful for Nicole Jung and her team! Nicole is the hardest working person I know. She is very responsive and patient and will do whatever she can to help her clients. She is so knowledgeable with all neighborhoods and different floor plans. Everyone from lenders to realtors to contractors all know her! She noticed things that I did not and was so honest about each home we looked at. She held our hand throughout the journey of finding our home, closing on the home, and also helping me visualize and design our new home. I truly believe our family would have not been able to do this without her, and everything she has done for us has proved why she's known as the best in the area! read more

Professional women throughout the team, personal touch, and proven experience. We were encouraged to update several features we didn't think we needed, but we were gently and consistently guided. The work was all organized and provided through Nicole and Esther and the costs were not only competitive, but proved to be well worth it, with a greater return in selling price and without the house sitting days on the market. Our home sold in two weeks and looked amazing! read more

We recently engaged the Khrista Jarvis Team to sell our home with Nicole Jung as our agent. I do not know where to start.... from the beginning when we first met Nicole and Laura we already had a good feeling that they will help us find us our home. They are just so knowledgeable and have so much connection that I knew I can trust them. Laura was our main contact person and she was with us for the past six years. Yes yes.. took us 6 yrs to actually find THE home. Laura has been very patient with me and she has been so responsive. Might I say, Laura has an exceptionally good memory! she can remember what we talked about from when we first met and she pretty much watched our children grow up from toddlers to big kids. We did have a pause in our search when we felt defeated with the competitive market but then we would come back into Laura's life and she will remember what we wanted and help us again. When our offer got accepted Laura and her team guided us the entire way and kept us updated with the process. I highly recommend this team if you're looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Look no further if you're in the market for buying or selling your home. Working with Nicole Jung and the Khrista Jarvis team was the best experience! We worked with them for both the buying and selling experience. The buying process felt like going shopping with your best friend. The kind of friend that knows exactly what you want and isn't afraid to tell you that a house just isn't right for you. The one that points out things you overlooked. We never felt rushed to put an offer down. We never felt like we were just another transaction. Nicole really took the time to understand our wants and needs. When we got to the selling process, we saw where The Khrista Jarvis team truly excelled. The team worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone owned their role and executed flawlessly. Communications hit the perfect sweet spot, we always had the information we needed without it feeling overwhelming. And it even went beyond their immediate team. All of their vendors that they introduced us to provided excellent service. Highly recommend! read more

We used the Khrista Jarvis Team for the recent sale of our home. It was a seamless process from start to finish. From Nicole Jung who was our agent, to Esther Choi who is their in house designer and gives suggestions on how to update your property, to Lauren Brush who met with all the inspectors. The group was so professional, which resulted in a very smooth sale for us. read more

We can't say enough good things about Nicole Jung and her team! From the time we made the decision to sell and call Nicole (with absolutely no preparation for improvements or packing having taken place at that time), the process was seamless. She met with us and clearly explained how the process would work, what her suggestions were for minor improvements to be made prior to listing and what we could expect to yield from our sale. She was clearly very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and the industry and paid special attention to our needs and expectations. After speaking with her, there was no consideration of meeting with any other agents. Within two weeks of that meeting, the improvements had been made, the inspections had been completed, the house had been beautifully staged and was on the market...all thanks to Nicole and her team! She did a great job negotiating the best possible sales price amongst several offers and we were very happy with the result. Communication throughout the process was absolutely the key to making the process go smoothly and the group texts with the team were super helpful. If you are in the market for a house or are considering selling, we highly recommend contacting Nicole! You won't be disappointed. read more

We worked with Khrista Jarvis and her team to sell our home in Alamo, California. From day one, Khrista was very professional and her detailed initial presentation was impressive; unlike any realtors we've worked with before. Her whole team was incredibly empathetic, friendly and went above and beyond with every step of the way. We bought and sold several homes in our lifetime and this truly was the smoothest and painless experience we ever had. From the time we first spoke and agreed to work with the Team, the process began and the team came over and immediately got to work and they had the place ready to go live on the market within a few weeks. Working with Khrista Jarvis, Nicole Jung, and the entire team was one of the best decisions I made when it came to selling my mom's house in Diablo.  I received proposals from two other agents--both also highly recommended and rated--and in the end chose the Khrista Jarvis team for their professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market, and ability to prep the house at a reasonable price and at scale. I also needed a team that could work with me remotely (I don't live in the East Bay) and handle all the details without issues. Everything from start to finish was smooth, well explained, and expertly executed. They handled all the prep work--including paperwork (a lot of it!), inspections, repairs, upgrades, vendor management--and then of course the listing and marketing. They kept me informed at every step (by text, email, and phone), consulted with me when needed, and took the time to answer every question, even while I was traveling abroad for two weeks during the prep period. Even during this challenging market, with high interest rates and discriminating buyers, they were able to get a solid, full-price offer on the house with no contingencies. I'm incredibly grateful for all the guidance, thoughtful planning, expertise advice, and clear and prompt communication. Highly recommend! read more

From the beginning Khrista, Laura and her team were exceptionally communicative, organized and professional. We live out of state and worked with them remote. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in selling a home. They are knowledgeable about the market and were strategic in pricing our home. We were amazed by the updates and staging to our home that really made our home show well. The entire updating process was well thought out and again very organized. When it came time to accept offers, we felt very confident in their ability to negotiate and always felt that they had our best interest as their top priority. Our home closed for $250,000 over asking thanks to the Jarvis Team! read more

This is the second transaction with Nicole and her team at Khrista. She helped us buy our home in Danville several years ago and now just helped us sell the same home with multiple offers this month. They've expanded their team over the years to offer a truly integrated premium selling service that takes care of all aspects of staging, fix/renovate, etc to make sure you receive maximum value for your home. We were fortunate to work with her team on this. Our home sold within a few days. If you are on a tight timeline, they just get it done! She has helped numerous friends in the area as well over the last 15+ years. Given this real estate market is so competitive, they bring another level of sophistication, professionalism and efficiency to buying/selling your home. A bit of unfair advantage others. They go above and beyond the transaction; amazing humans to work with as well! read more

Khrista and her team are truly amazing. This was the 2nd time we used them to sell a home and we would definitely use them again in the future. The first time we worked with Khista and her team was in 2017 when we sold our home in San Ramon (for over asking price)! They made that first experience really easy and I didn't think it could get any better, but they managed to exceed our expectations and went above and beyond with this 2nd sale. Their concierge service was such a blessing as they took care of everything and made the experience less stressful. This was a more challenging sale than the previous home, but Khrista made sure that we received the best offer we could get and always had our best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend Khrista and her team to anyone that needs to buy or sell a home. read more

I met Nicole Jung when my daughter was looking to buy a condominium. She was a great and patient source of information for both of us, and although my daughter decided not to buy, I knew Nicole was the professional for me in my long search for my dream home. Nicole was readily available to show me properties, listened carefully to what I wanted and encouraged me to consider whether a particular property truly met my wants/needs. Throughout this process, she applied NO PRESSURE and was extremely respectful of my desires and capabilities with regards to price. BUT the best was yet to come! When I was ready to make an offer on the property of my dreams, Nicole knew EXACTLY how to facilitate the acceptance of my offer (there were 5 other offers), handled all the many details involved with the closing, and then, along with her assistants, provided support for the several months afterward. I respect Nicole's professionalism immensely and recommend her without reservation. read more

Khrista, Nicole and their team were fantastic partners on this sale. The real estate market was very mixed in the last couple years due to inflation impacts on lending rates, buyer and seller confidence, and a number of other factors. If you want to have a seamless selling of your home or a purchasing of a home, please do yourself a favor and contact the Khrista Jarvis Team. We were so impressed when we worked specifically with Nicole and Dana to sell our home. These women know their business, the market, and the area. They have impeccable attention to details and a thoughtful and professional approach to selling your home. They guided us gently through the confusing and worrisome process of selling our beloved family home. Any stress or worry we had was taken out of our hands. They literally were at our beck and call at any moment. I even told Dana, I felt like she had doctor's hours but she said she loved her job and was happy to answer any question or calm any worry! Nicole and Dana handled everything. Simone staged our house in such a gorgeous manner. Inside the house were treats for potential buyers and gorgeous brochures. Our house went pending after one weekend showing and sold over asking and in cash! The thing is that selling the house is not the end of the story with the team. They have not forgotten us! Each Christmas, we have had gorgeous gifts left on our porch. They still know us by name and answer quickly our texts and phone calls after a year. The personal touch is incredible. Let me just say this and we can go on: They are THE BEST. I don't know where to start. We were looking to upgrade our home and started off with an agent that was supposedly the "best known" in town !! When we met her, she was so unfriendly, unprofessional, and just didn't seem to care that I knew it wasn't gonna work out, but gave her the benefit of doubt! HUGE MISTAKE. She took us on two tours, and on BOTH, She was on her phone taking care of some referrals or what not. And one of them, she was being so mean describing how bad the deal went! After the second tour, I was done!!! We soon started just browsing and using Redfin to see some homes, but that wasn't working either. Until we met this team. They are a blessing in the skies. Both Nicole and Khrista are so sweet, incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help you and get you what you want. They have such a lovely team working in the background and helping running the game, everything goes soooooo smoothly and on time. We just closed on our dream home and it was all because of Nicole and Khrista that we have it; especially given such a crazy market!! We owe this to them and we will be forever grateful. Don't waste your time with someone else !! Khrista Jarvis and Nicole Jung are you gang. read more
