We were in the process of searching for new homes during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Alex was so helpful during these tough, unforeseen times and made our buying experience seamless despite the current situation. He was very thorough and professional. He did a lot more for us than I ever expected from a realtor. He kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I would highly recommend the Frazzano Tse Team to anyone who wants their buying or selling experience to be an exceptional one. Thank you so much Alex, we couldn't be happier with your expertise in finding us the home of our dreams for a price within our budget. read more

My wife and I lived in our home in Danville for 23 years. During that time, we never did establish any sort of personal or business relationship with a real estate agent after the individual who originally sold us the house passed away. Approaching 2026, my wife and I made the decision to move out of state to be closer to our children and grandchildren. We realized we would have to sell our home, and assessing the scope of what was going to go into this, we realized we needed to select a quality individual or team who would handle all facets of this transaction. Over the years, we had been receiving flyers from a team at Compass called Frazzano Tse. We got a good feeling from the approach of their marketing pieces which prompted us to reach out to them to see if they would be willing to speak to us. While I knew prior to the meeting that they had a superior track record in the field and were very accomplished, during the meeting itself there was not a single mention of this. The entire conversation revolved around the needs of my wife and I, what we are trying to accomplish, our time frame, and what was important to us. While our original intent was to perhaps interview a couple of different agents, at the end of that meeting we made the decision that that was not necessary. We were confident that we found people who truly had our best interests at heart. Understanding that this was not our areas of expertise, we promised ourselves that we would do exactly what Alex and Joe asked of us. During the process, there were a number of suggestions that they made where our initial reaction was to push back because of our preconceived notions. Each time they explained to us the cause and effect of what they asked of us. Ultimately, we put quite a bit of time and money into making our house more attractive and desirable with the hope that it would sell quickly and for top dollar. Finally at the end of a process that started six months earlier, the house was ready to go on the market. To our amazement, the very first individual who viewed the property made an offer that was significantly over the price we were asking for all cash and asked for a quick close. This was a quality buyer who obviously felt strongly about owning our home. The escrow process also went very smoothly, and from start to finish, from the day our home was listed to close was less than 30 days. I base the success of any business transaction on the number of times one is negatively surprised during the process. We can honestly say there was not a single point in time when there was a timeline missed, or that what they said would happen didn't actually happen, and oftentimes turned out better than what they prepared us for. In closing, I do believe one of the best decisions we ever made was going on a simple hunch from a marketing piece that these two individuals were people we wanted representing us in the single largest financial transaction of our lives. We could not have been more pleased or recommend them any more highly. Thank you once again, Alex and Joe, for exceeding our expectations. Eric & Nancy Furstner read more

After months of looking for a home, Vicky McKeown (real estate agent on the Joe Frazzano Team) showed us a home in Danville that was in complete disrepair and needed a lot of work. We were hesitant in purchasing a home that needed so much work, but Vicky told us that she specializes in fixing up homes and if we purchased this home, she would use her connections through her remodeling company Galeana's Creation to fix it at a discount. Specifically, she told us that she would charge us her cost for the item's needed for the remodel. Well, that did not happen. After confronting her about the discrepancies, she decided to stop showing up and left us with a home that is not finished. I guess after she made the commission on the sale of the home, it wasn't worth her time to follow through with her word. We contacted Joe Frazzano and he seemed genuinely nice and wanted to help initially. We told him that Vicky should make things right and if she did not, we would be forced to file a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and voice our personal experience on social media forums such as Yelp & Nextdoor. After not hearing from Vicky or Joe for that past 2 weeks, they have now hired an attorney to sue us if I file a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate or post our experience online. How does that make any sense? They are trying to stop us from filing a legitimate complaint with the state licensing board by intimidating us with an attorney! I will show the DRE investigator the letter their attorney sent us stating they will sue us if we contact the Department of Real Estate. They don't want us to tell the DRE what happened to us! I'm also going to contact Channel 7 On Your Side Michael Finney and let him know what a disaster this has been. According to the Consumer Review Fairness Act (Federal Trade Commission statute 15 U.S.C. § 45b), we are well within our rights to express our personal experience with Vicky and the Frazzano Team. We will not be bullied, and we will not be silenced. read more

Alex and the Compass team have been great to work with. He sold my home in San Ramon in less than 7 days. He knew what home improvements we need to make in order to get our home sold and got it done without it being too disruptive to my family living in the home. The Compass loan was helpful to assist with the financial expense of home improvements. All paperwork is super streamlined. The process was easy and was seamless. Thank you to Alex and the Compass team for helping my family and I move on to our next chapter. read more

Joe has been amazing to work with. He helped us sell our last home and get us into our current dream home. He listened to our needs, was professional, honest, and gets the job done! When my wife and I were looking for our new home we were pleasantly surprised with our real estate agent. We were just married and first time buyers and he was excellent throughout the entire process , we will always have fond memories of that experience and if we're ever in the market to buy or sell a new home we would surely contact the best in the business Joe Frazzano ! Joe is truly the best in the business! He advised us on minor improvements we should make to get our house sale ready. His team did a beautiful transformation in two weeks, all while we were still living in the house. The entire sale process was very simple thanks to the guidance of Joe and his team. We never felt pressured into any decisions, and Joe was very honest with us and all our questions. Our house sold seamlessly and we are very grateful to Joe & his team. read more

Alex has helped us with the sale and purchase of homes a couple times in the last ten years, which has finally led us to our forever home. During that time, he provided us with invaluable advice and guidance to help us make the best decision. This was both during times when we were selling and/or purchasing and also when we were not. He never made us feel as though we were asking too many questions and was always very professional, informative and responsive. He has educated us so much over the years and we have so confidence and him and his process and work that we have referred him time and time again and now see him as a good friend. Thank you, Alex, for all you've done for us over the years! We started out in our first time home over ten years ago and after four moves are now in our forever home thanks to you!! You're the best! read more

I am so appreciative of the entire Frazzano team! All that I came in contact with (Alex, Chris Ford, Wendy, and Teri) were all very supportive and helpful in the months getting my Mom's house ready to put on the market and especially successful in getting an amazing offer in the first weekend that it was on the market! I can't say enough good things about them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home! read more

We bought our home in San Ramon with the help of Joe Frazzano. The house was not even listed and we had Joe represent us, the buyer and the seller and the transaction was fair, smooth and quick. He knows the market very well and his entire team is very quick to respond and extremely professional but the whole experience was made on a very personal level. My whole family, including the kids know who Joe Frazzano is. 10 stars to the Frazzano team read more

Well established, knowledgeable and easy and super nice to work real state team in the area!

Joe and team helped us find our dream home during the pandemic, and also connected us with financing and repair/construction services local to the area. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!! read more

I work in real estate myself and admit I have very high standards; Manel managed to not just meet, but even exceed my expectations. I don't have nice things to say about most real estate agents, but Manel stood out as a clear exception. Even it's been over half a year since she sold my parents' house - I am coming back to write the review she deserves. After my parents fired the one their friend recommended, I conducted phone interviews with five agents who already seemed like the top players of the area. We interviewed three in person and Manel was chosen in the end despite other highly qualified agents. I was picky and difficult; she was prepared and impressive. She's on top of her game and an absolute go getter. She doesn't back down when there are set backs and she will fight for you until your house gets the top offer. She will prepare your house so well that you may not even recognize it afterwards. She has great connections in the area and has a reputation that makes other agents want to work with her. Ask her to sell your house and consider it done! read more

The Frazzano Team is the absolute best real estate team in the Bay Area bar NONE! From the moment I spoke with Joe, I felt at ease with how my sale would go. I knew Joe had my best interest in mind, and trusted that he would do everything he could to sell my house. Our home sold for over $200,000 more than the asking price! With an out of state move coming up, this couldn't have been better for us. Thanks to Joe and his team of experts, we had the smoothest transaction possible. Teri, Joe's Transaction Manager answered the 10,000 questions I had, and took care of all of the details of our closing with her vast expertise. Thank you all for your hard work. I would hire the Frazzano Team again in a heartbeat. If you are searching for an agent, stop now and just call Joe! :) read more

My wife and I have worked with many realtors, and we can tell you Alex is truly one of the best. He recently and successfully sold our home in San Ramon which was on the market during the height of the Shelter in Place restriction and Covid pandemic. Alex is everything you would want and expect from a realtor selling your most valuable asset. He is punctual, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra distance. With the Compass concierge service, Alex took care of literally everything (repairs, touch ups, moving, maintenance, furniture, etc) needed to make our home shine and stand out during one of the most stressful times ever. We were impressed with his communication and negotiation skills with other realtors which we believe helped sell our home. In addition, he navigated the new county and realtor restrictions during Covid like a champion. Alex, Joe, and the Frazzano Team have my highest recommendation. read more

Joe Frazzano and Manel Sousou are SO passionate about real estate and it shows in everything they do. They take great pleasure in preparing their clients' properties for the best showing, schooling the clients in what to expect and how to get the best exposure. Getting our house sold was executed according to plan with maximum support from both of them. They were especially fantastic in getting our new home's offer approved and getting everything coordinated so we could move from one home to the next all in one move. We did not want a double move! They executed everything flawlessly - true real estate pros in the Tri-Valley area! read more

Alex Tse is straight out the best Real Estate professional I have had the pleasure of working with. Having bought and sold multiple residential and commercial properties over the years, I have had varied experience with real estate professionals, who largely over promise and under deliver. Alex said exactly what he was going to do to help me sell my home, and he far surpassed my expectations. He went the extra step every time to help prepare the home for sale, get staging done, help me with landscaping, lighting, painting, and the necessary services I needed to get the home looking GREAT. His vendor relationships were invaluable in getting these services provided in a timely and cost effective manner. Alex's attitude was always positive, yet realistic, which was essential in getting me prepared to price, negotiate, and close this sale. He was very professional and consultative every step of the way. THANKS Alex!! read more

My wife and I sold real estate in the Tri-Valley for 15 years. We had several transactions with Joe and his team and have always enjoyed working with them. Joe, Manel and Alex were always extremely professional and helped to make the sale smooth. As an agent on the other side, that was appreciated! At the end of 2015 we moved to Reno along with our real estate practice. Now we seek the Frazzano Team out to send referrals. Our experience working with them over the years, made them the clear choice. Our friends, family and clients are very important to us. We refer to the Frazzano Team because we know those important to us will get the best service and strong negotiators who know how to work well with other agents. They have excellent communication and will get the job done! If you want a positive experience when selling your home, hire the Frazzano Team, and get your home SOLD! read more

I have known Joe Frazzano for over 18 years and have followed his success in real estate. Joe is very passionate about his real estate business and always takes care of his clients. He goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction and is extremely easy to work!! I am happy to see Joe's face on lots of local real estate signs, and always with a SOLD sign on them! read more

Extremely horrible service!!! The agents are not responsive at all. Called few times and left messages but no reply at all; not even a courtesy email. Agent JOE and Manel Sousou are both not reliable and highly sarcastic. Believe me, they will take so much time to return your call and even if they do, they are not polite at all. They will not even send you a reply email on your offer. Even if your offer gets rejected, i believe a good Realtor should always send a courtesy reply. I wonder how come this agents can get such a high rating...to me it sounds ridiculous! i think this is probably the most least ethical agents and business around! read more

Wow, not sure what to think about the last post, but I don't think it's fair to slam Joe Frazzano on this one. Joe is one of the best (if not the best) in Contra Costa and Alameda County and has been awarded for being a top agent with the #1 team in 2010! Joe sold my home a couple of years ago within 2 weeks - after three other listing agents failed! Today we have another home on the market with Joe and we would not have it any other way. I don't have time or money to waste on other agents that make false promises. I need results! I have only met Alex Tse once, but arrogant would be the last thought in my mind! I thought Alex was too honest and nice to be an agent..:) However, I have come across his other clients while going through open houses and they both said Alex bends over backwards for them! Sorry for the long post, but I am pretty passionate about this one. I'm sorry that buyer in the last post had a dishonest seller, but if things are missing at the time of a walkthrough - you don't sign the closing papers! read more

Over the years I've had a chance to meet and do business with many real estate agents right here in our area and The Frazzano Team is among the best! Joe is such a personable guy, focused and driven. Alex is calm and easy to work with. Manel is detail oriented and always there for you. If there was one word used to describe The Frazzano Team, I think it would be passionate. Their desire to help people is unmatched. What all this adds up to is an ability to deliver results. read more

We have known and worked with Joe for nearly 15 years. He has worked with us on 3 home sales over the years. We recently hired him and Manel to market our home in San Ramon because we were very confident in their ability to get us top dollar for our home in as fast a timeframe as possible. Joe and Manel exceeded all expectations. Navigating a hot market was even more challenging than in 2010 when Joe got us the highest price in the neighborhood during the real estate meltdown. We had quite a bit of interest in our home before we even marketed it. Joe and Manel kept us level headed until we could see all the offers. Once the home sold, we realized the first time buyer and his agent would be challenging to deal with. Joe and Manel handled all aspects. There is no team out there that can help you sell your home or find your new one that you will want to work with more than the Frazzano Team. read more

Joe and Alex are a fantastic team to work with. They just sold our San Ramon house, with sold price over asking price by 3%, and in December, the slowest month of the year. At the time there were multiple houses in our neighborhood for sale, and my house was pended 5 days after it went on market. Joe is very detail oriented and make our house look so nice. Alex is so good at project execution: painting, chance carpet, cleaning, staging, he himself went through every step and always on time. We have sold several houses before and this is the smoothest transaction. We are really grateful to have them as our agent. read more

We had nothing but an amazing experience with Joe and his team. When we interviewed realtors to sell our home they came in with the highest expected sale price by a LARGE margin. No one else thought they could reasonably expect to sell our home at that price, or quickly. My husband and I were originally skeptical but Joe and Manel were very passionate about their market intelligence and they ultimately won our business. Not only did they sell our home within 1 week, they sold it twice. First weekend open house: 3 offers above asking price (which was already above comps). We chose a buyer that got cold feet a week later (bad luck/our fault for choosing that buyer). We found out about that buyer backing out Sunday morning, one week after our first open house. My wife and I panicked. Joe and Manel made an amazing claim that they would have a new offer WITHIN the SAME DAY. We thought they were crazy. But sure enough, we signed another comparable offer within 8 hours. It was unbelievable. We were thrilled with everything they did for us. I would not consider another realtor if we wanted to buy or sell a house in the Tri-Valley area. Not only did they get a great price for us, they were (contrary to the one star post) totally professional, ethical and open in their communication with us (and I like to get lots of updates). I would happily recommend Joe and his team to any of my friends looking for an realtor in this area. read more

I helped a friend to sell his house. We interviewed several brokers and ultimately used Joe Frazzano. Joe helped us to set a price for the house using comps in the area. He helped us to present the house in its best light with both images and a floor plan. He ran two open houses and helped us to determine arrive at a price that allowed multiple buyers to "bid up" the sale. We accepted an offer within one week which was more than our asking price. Joe helped us to complete the transaction, working with both the other broker and the bank. Joe is knowledgeable, professional, hard working and smart. If you need a broker in this area, Joe is a guy you can trust. USE HIM! read more

We very recently just worked with Joe and Manel on the sale of our home in Dublin. We had interviewed other agents, and we chose Joe and Manel based on their expertise in this area, and felt assured that they have tons of experience based on their high sales volume. In addition, their home listings always look top-notch, staged beautifully and with high quality photos and brochures. Some people think that this doesn't make a difference, but it really does! We also appreciated their input into selecting a listing price - we felt that their listing price was not too low, and not too high. Nobody wants to be that house sitting on the market because it's not priced correctly. When the time came, Manel had us scheduled for a home cleaning on Tuesday, staging and photography on Wednesday, on the MLS Thursday, broker tour Friday, and open houses Saturday and Sunday. In addition, they'd already taken a high quality photo of our house and put it on their Coming Soon list on their website and email communications. The process went so fast, and we had a ton of activity at our house, and ultimately accepted an offer for well above asking only days after the open house. After we went into escrow, Manel helped us put in a contingent offer on a new home by speaking with the listing agent to let him know that our sale is a strong one and will go smoothly. We are more than happy with our experience and would recommend Joe, Manel, and their team to others! read more

I'd highly recommend working with Alex Tse and the Frazanno team. Alex helped us sell our Oakland condo in less than 10 days. He took care of *everything*. After our initial meeting, we never had to set foot in our place again (in fact we were traveling for a couple weeks during the month leading up to the sale). He coordinated with our renters on move-out, did a fantastic job of staging and photography, priced our place perfectly, worked w/ our HOA, and so much more we probably didn't even notice. Alex is amazing - we'll definitely work with him and the Frazzano Team again. read more

When it comes to real estate agents, The Frazzano Team is simply the best! Joe was very patient in our 1 year home search and when we finally found the home we wanted, he got our offer accepted out of the other 5+ offers that the seller received. We had planned on selling our home as soon as we found the new home, as we were able to buy first without selling first. But we never expected in a million years that our existing home would have closed before the one we buying. Joe and his team of vendors prepped our home with beautiful staging furniture and accessories, and managed to sell our home the 1st weekend with multiple offers and significantly over the asking price. Our existing home actually closed to a CASH buyer in 7 days and we were absolutely amazed at how this happened so quickly. We even got a free rent back for over 30 days! When you are looking for a top notch agent, and well-connected with resources, Joe Frazzano and Team will exceed your expectations! We sold our Windermere home through Joe and his team. I believe we got a great price for the home and it sold quickly with multiple offers over asking. Joe worked with us to identify the best time to put it on the market and what needed to be done in terms of prep for the sale. Joe took care of most of the prep as well, from staging to landscaping touch-up to a fantastic photo set. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the housing market and trends. We recently bought and sold a home with The Frazzano Team, we used Joe and Manel. It was a great experience, they were both patient in our home search, always available, and were great listeners. They found us a great home that we now own, and also sold our prior home very quickly and for a record sales price. The are very well known in our neighborhood as the "go to" team and know we know why. They outlined the entire process from start to finish and everything went according to plan. They SOLD our home for more than we thought was possible. They are super well connected too, they offered names of vendors for the work we are planning on in our new home. It's nice to know they can help with everything related to home improvements too and not to mention that their home staging is INCREDIBLE! read more

A 5-star rating doesn't do Joe any justice. He and his team (particularly Wendy!) gone above and beyond our expectations in providing advice, guidance, and support for buying a new home and selling our home. We ended up waiting for market conditions to change due to COVID before exploring further, but Joe was supportive and didn't pressure us at all to keep going. He wanted us to be comfortable and "very sure" about when we felt the time was right to continue. Wendy was very prompt in answering all of our questions and requests to see homes. We really value their advice and will gladly work with them again in the future! read more

I met Alex at his open house at 308 Meadows Drive. I did a lot of research on Zillow, and now I was specifically visiting open houses that weekend to "shop" for a realtor. Alex was the only listing agent who extended his/her services beyond the home I was viewing (which was very surprising). Nonetheless, Alex represented himself in a very non-aggressive, professional manner. He's a great listener.....understanding my travel schedule, dislike for HOA dues and pine trees in the suburbs. I really liked the BofA cost estimate summary page Alex provided with Cory's contact. Simple yet very effective marketing. Again......I "shopped" lenders and Cory was most responsive! And then there's the truck!!! Didn't know you guys had a truck until I saw it in the parking lot and this sealed the deal!!! This little bit of extra service really made my life easier. Thank you Alex for being the "ring-master"! Many thanks to the entire team for your responsiveness (and patience tracking me down if I didn't respond to your email). I really appreciate you all for your assistance in making this a smooth transaction. Best regards, Lily M read more
