Peter is a consummate and diligent real estate professional. He worked with us on getting our home packaged (prepped, inspected, cleaned, staged, marketed) and sold - 2 Open Houses in 1 Weekend, significantly above over Asking - all within a matter of less than 3 weeks. Even though we opted to sell "as is" Peter managed the timing perfectly. He marketed the home aggressively via "Coming Soon" signage and newsletter. And an absolute pleasure to work with. Zero drama. Total can do attitude. Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Peter & Susan. I worked with Peter trying to buy a home in downtown Mountain View (highly sought after, competitive neighborhood). When we finally found the house of our dreams, Peter helped put together a deal that got us the house. Prior to finding Peter, we had put in multiple offers on different homes without much success. He knew exactly what it took for us to get the house without feeling like we overpaid. He's extremely professional and we felt really comfortable in his hands. I only wish everyone could be so honest and trustworthy. read more

Peter is the best! My wife and I have been looking for a house for almost a year now. We were getting so frustrated with the real estate market in the Bay Area we almost quit looking and moved to Oregon. We met Peter 4 months ago and he has been nothing less than an outstanding agent. After constant searching, Peter finally found a house perfect for our family. We even got it bellow asking price which is unheard of in this market. We couldn't be happier! My wife and I highly recommend Peter Kui! read more

Peter Kui - RE/MAX Accord - Our family - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Danville, California

This review is long overdue (5 years to be exact). I've worked with Peter Kui (as have other individuals in my family) in researching and purchasing a primary homes and an investment properties in the Bay Area through the years of a buyer's market, and currently the last 7-8 months of a strong seller's market. Both seemed equally tricky and stressful as far as I'm concerned. Peter is an extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and honest individual. He listens and is intuitive. He quickly learned our likes and dislikes (even when we couldn't articulate them properly) and doled out strategic advise given the overall real estate market atmosphere but was sure to adjust those strategies given the specifications of the neighborhood and individual property. He is well-connected in his community so he's always been able to show us homes promptly as they come on the market as well as last minute before closing bids are taken. I bought and sold a property (my first) in the Sacramento area before moving back to the Bay Area and at the time had little to no concept of what qualified an "exceptional" realtor. Through that experience, I spoke to many realtors, gleaned a lot of information, and collected a stack of business cards. After moving to the Bay Area, I met my brother's realtor, Peter, while helping my brother and his family land their dream home. After seeing how Peter supported them through that long and tumultuous process, I knew he was the realtor for me. But MOST importantly (as I've found over the years), he has been in the industry for a very long time and is well liked by his peers, and that expertise and likability will help save/make you money. read more

We met Peter 7 years ago when he helped us buy our condo in Dublin on short notice - we only had a month or so to find a home. He did so great then that we didn't hesitate to reach out to him again once we were ready to move into a larger home. Not only that, but over the 7 years that we were in the condo, we would periodically reach out to him to see how the market was, and not only would he be happy to touch base with us, he also helped us decide when the right time was to sell and buy. He is a hard working, patient and honest person who works diligently to sell your home in a timely manner, and then turns around to put in the same effort to find a new home that fits you and your family best. Peter is very reliable, straight forward and friendly, and all of those factors were very important to have in your realtor during this whole process. Any time you need him, any question or concern you have, he will go above and beyond to take care of and that added a lot of confidence to the entire process. We feel very lucky that we met him! We won't hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and even strangers :) Thanks for all you do and we'll be in touch if we uproot again! read more

4 years later and still the best! If you have the opportunity to work with Peter, go for it! Peter is an exceptional realtor - not only is he great to work with, he is highly effective. Another huge advantage about working with Peter is his professional network. He is able to gain access to exclusive listings and to represent you and your interests when other realtors can't. Here's why: We contacted Peter on 3/1 to discuss selling our condo. We were hoping to use the equity to buy a bigger place and before we knew it, we fell in love with a house 2 weeks later. We now needed to sell the condo urgently to ensure we could move forward with the purchase. (more on that later)The condo was listed on 3/19 and after only 1 open house - we got an offer the next day! Note: there is an identical unit that has been on the market for 6 months that has not received any offers. What was the difference? Peter. We believe it was Peter's influence in the listing, the pricing, the home staging, and his presence at the open house that really sold the unit. We got top dollar and were able to close escrow in time to make our purchase. Now, about that new house... we saw it on 3/13 and texted Peter that we planned to go see the open house a few days later. Knowing us better than we knew ourselves, the next day Peter graciously offered to take us to tour the home before the open house -- and we are so happy we did! When we saw it, my husband and I knew it was the one. We worked with Peter to prepare an offer that was competitive and would hopefully get the seller to accept. With Peter representing us, we were able to enter into contract 3/17! This is nothing short of incredible. Thank you so much Peter! You are the best! read more

Peter and Susan are fantastic real estate professionals who get the job done quickly and more importantly, with great customer service. My husband and I found ourselves in a predicament with a bad condo investment in the east bay, but Peter was able to aid us through the process, find a great buyer and help us purchase our new home in San Mateo. He was fully supportive through the process of selling and as we were looking for a new home in San Mateo, he was great in dealing with the other realtors and didn't force us to put offers on anything we weren't loving. For our purchase, we went through a few rounds of negotiations and we ended up with a good offer. Our experience was so positive with Peter and Susan that we recommended them to my parents for their recent sale. When you are recommending someone to your parents, there is a lot of pressure that you want things to go perfectly. Peter was so great to my parents and sold their home after just one open house. Overall, you want your realtor to be approachable, considerate, and professional. Peter was definitely all of these and more. Would love to recommend him to you all! read more

I recently moved back to California from Texas for a new position with my company. I had a short amount of time to find a rental home in the East Bay. Peter was extremely helpful and professional, and made the process easy and stress-free for me. On my weekend trip to look for a home, he made time to show me the house he had listed two times as I was making my final decision. Once I chose to go with his home, the process was made simple and he communicated clearly and frequently as the paperwork was finalized. He went above and beyond to ensure things were set up once I arrived in California and always responded quickly to any questions or needs that I had. I highly recommend Peter if you are looking to rent or buy a home in the area. read more

In the past 9 years we have worked with Peter three times. 1. He helped us sell our home in downtown Walnut Creek and made the entire process very easy. 2. Several months later, while we were traveling, he found us a beautiful townhouse and managed all the paperwork internationally. 3. Much more recently he helped us sell that townhouse, setting a record price for any property in the complex. He did this through smart staging, hiring an excellent photographer and understanding what made our home special and unique. Even though Peter was not able to work with us on finding a new home in the Sierra foothills, he found us another realtor that more than met our expectations. If you want someone that understands your needs, is able to present your property well with minimal cost and deliver 7/24 support, we can't recommend a better realtor than Peter Kui. Peter was great to work with over the past year. Prompt and professional in handling anything that came up.

My husband dislikes realtors but when we met Peter at an open house, he turned to me and said, "If we ever purchase something here, I want Peter to be our realtor." A year later, when we were ready to buy, we contacted Peter and we have to say, Peter is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We worked with Peter this past year when the market was very competitive in the East Bay. If it weren't for him, I think we would have had a breakdown. He listened when we told him what we wanted and didn't want in a home., and he was quick to send us property listings sometimes before they even came on the market. While viewing prospective properties, Peter pointed out good and bad things about the property. Some of these issues we would never have thought of ourselves. We never felt Peter was just trying to "sell-us" on a home. He wanted us to find our dream home. In the end, we found our dream home. The downside was it came with an extremely difficult seller. Peter intuitively knew how best to work with this seller so that the whole process went as smoothly as possible for all involved. He knew when to be patient and when to push back, and in the end he got us through a difficult closing. He supported us all the way through the process from the search to the the closing. It's been a year now, and we still call Peter if we are in need of contractors, plumbers, or anyone else connected with home improvements. Peter's job as realtor doesn't end once the final paper is signed. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable, and professional realtor; one that can easily be called friend in the end. read more
