Jason has excellent knowledge of the San Ramon real estate market and what fixes make the property appeal to the market's current buyers. He was always patient and throughout answering questions and providing resources and solutions. We had an excellent offer within 12 days of putting it on the market. Jason did a great job for us when we listed our San Ramon home for sale. He had a thorough knowledge of our neighborhood and provided excellent advice on what we could do to make our recently remodeled home even more attractive. The Compass Concierge program was also a great value to us. It allowed us to pay for the work that was done without needing to pay out of pocket. Once our home was ready to become someone else's new home it happened very fast! Jason provided lots of feedback after every showing. We received a great offer from the 6th family to come through. We weren't ready to move so quickly and Jason was able to get us an extra 6 weeks after closing to stay in our home. Besides Jason's expertise in selling our home, he was very responsive to all of our many questions. We highly recommend Jason and if we weren't moving to the North Bay, we would love to work with him again. read more

Jason was the listing agent for the home I purchased, and since I'm also a realtor, I can tell you my thoughts from the buyer perspective as well as the buyer's agent perspective: Jason was great to work with! He was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. His disclosure packet was thorough and his transaction coordinator was terrific. It was an all around smooth transaction and I'm grateful to have gotten to work with him! read more

I worked with Jason to purchase my first home in Danville. I had rented for 10 years and didn't know much about the process of buying a home. Jason was extremely patient with me, explaining everything I should expect and showing me a number of different homes over the course of about a month. He was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area and most importantly listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me into anything. I highly recommend working with Jason, very happy with my experience! read more

We selected Jason to sell our house in San Ramon. He is very personable, and responsive to questions throughout the process. During the sale, we were out of town but he kept us informed at all steps. We were in the middle of a remodel and he gave us good advice on what colors to choose and what would be good choices on what to additionally do or not do. He turned out to be an expert in the twin--creeks neighborhoods and even showed us the original options for the model we had. Excellent staging, touch-up cleaning and advertisement/pictures. We got a ton of interest during the open house and several very quick offers. Great guy, would recommend 110% read more

We worked with Jason this past year, looking for homes to buy in the Walnut Creek/Danville area. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with, very personable and genuine, professional, responsive, and reliable. He demonstrated a thorough understanding of the market along the 680 stretch. Not only is he a great realtor, he's just genuinely a good person - friendly, approachable, and trustworthy. Given that we were first time home buyers, Jason took the time to explain the market and each home to us. He also worked to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. At no point did we ever feel pressured to move forward with a property. For the properties where we did decide to put an offer, Jason was there every step of the way, guiding us on what a competitive offer might look like, and available to answer questions along the way. He was extremely patient and collaborative throughout our home search. We appreciated his quick response rates and his expertise. We ultimately decided to pull out of the housing market for personal reasons, but we wouldn't hesitate to work with Jason again in the future. If you're looking to work with a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely good human being in your home buying or selling journey, go with Jason! read more

I located Jason on Yelp about a year ago and reached out to him with questions about the real estate market and options given my family's wants and needs as far as pricing, size, and location along the 680 corridor. Despite the fact we were not prepared to purchase at that time, Jason took the time to review my questions and provided very helpful feedback given his expert knowledge of the local area. He was very prompt and approachable which I found comforting. Fast forward to July 2022 when I reached back out to Jason once I we were ready to get approved and start our home search. Jason was right back up to speed with my requests despite the long time between my contacts and we were off and running with the help of his online search tool that was designed specifically for our search criteria. My wife and I located a property within a few weeks and figured we would just submit an offer and test the waters. What a surprise to get a call from Jason 2 days later that our offer was accepted without any complication. Jason was readily available throughout the process and was prompt with returning calls and texts, which to me shows a commitment to professionalism. My wife and I were very pleased with the entire process and Jason was a big part of making this huge life decision go as smoothly as possible. We wish him the best and I feel confident he can help others just as well as he helped us. read more

Jason is the consummate professional. He's knowledgeable, responsive, kind and gets the deal closed on time!! We were lucky to have him represent us as buyers and would not hesitate to work with him again. We thank our lucky stars to have crossed Jason's path and are grateful for his partnership and support in our home buying process. read more

I found Jason's info on Nextdoor and was on the fence about selling my condo. I was afraid I would have to do a lot of work prior to getting it on the market and did not have a lot of cash on hand for major repairs. However, after my first meeting with Jason, I realized I could make it happen and cash in on this very hot real estate market. He had some great suggestions about what upgrades were absolutely necessary and which ones I would leave for the new owners to do. He was very attentive, always responded timely to my texts or emails, and helped me get my condo on the market in a very short amount of time. You definitely can't go wrong working with Jason. He has a lot of referral for contractors to work with and will help you maximize what you can sell your house for during this volatile time. I highly recommend Jason for your real estate needs. read more

We found Jason on Yelp and kudos to Yelp, his 5 star rating is well deserved. We were not living anywhere close to Danville and only had a brief idea about the neighborhoods and surrounding towns. Jason knows everything there is to know about Danville and area and educated us. He also let us benefit from his network of other realtors and other contacts. His lender contact is a great person to talk to (as well). He also actively participated in the house search, I have to say he understood us very well, his suggestions were either already on our list or ended up on our list. He also did not mind to cater to some of our more crazy ideas and house candidates. He must have rolled his eyes but you could not tell, he was always very kind and supportive, no matter the house, no matter the day or time of day. One time Jason was not feeling well, instead of cancelling his wife was so kind to jump in. Jason is also not pressuring or bothering you. He is your support network. He opens the house and then let you have. You are having a question, then he is right there, if you want to look at the house without commentary, then he is in the background letting you do your thing. We ended up buying a house with his help - thank you Jason. 5 stars all the way. read more

We took a chance and called Jason cold looking for a realtor. What impressed us was he was a very good listener. In addition he was able to ask key questions to help us understand priorities in what we were looking for. He met us right where we needed to be met. In this housing market it took us nine months to find a house. Jason was out in front of every listing screening them for us and in the end talking to the owners about us to help secure the house. Above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Jason. He knows the community and goes the extra mile to help his clients. If we ever move again we will use him. But that's not likely since he helped us secure our forever home. Thank you Jason. You are a rock star ! read more

Post-covid boom, Alameda County had one of the largest monthly percentage price drops amongst highly-populated counties across the country. I cut my overseas trip early to sell our home in Dublin. Some listing agents were in a panic and asked us to list nearly 20% below the last comparable sale. Jason, in contrast, was calm and suggested that we list at a reasonable price, test the market, and then react appropriately. Before listing, I couldn't repair everything in time and asked Jason for an extension into Labor Day Weekend. He insisted that we open on time. The result? A 2-day open house with 130 visitors, 50+ unique groups, and 5 bids within 3 days. We got a strong bid over asking, amidst many, many homes going stale. Since that time, nearly every single local sale was BELOW asking. Jason did a phenomenal job marketing our home. Take advantage of his experience and listen to his advice. Behind the scenes, he will work hard for you, despite his easy-going demeanor. He'll focus on the items that are important and not bother you with details that don't matter that much. He is just fantastic at de-stressing any emergency and helping you see everything in context. The best part? He can do it all while doing an incredible job marketing and selling your home. Highly recommended. read more

My husband and I were first time home buyers trying to navigate the ins and outs of real estate in The Tri-Valley area. After trying to go to a few showings on our own and asking questions we realized we needed to have someone on our side with experience who knew this area and the market. Jason was that person. After reading through some of his reviews we reached out and gave him a quick run down on our situation and what we were looking for in a home. Jason was quick to help us find listings that met our needs within our budget and was always available, even on short notice to take a look at home. His knowledge of the area along with individual neighborhoods helped out a ton. He was always willing to give us his honest opinion about certain neighborhoods and areas in the Tri-Valley area. Jason was EXTREMELY patient with us as we tried to find our perfect home. We never felt pressured to put in an offer as he always told us that we would find the perfect house and not to settle! He truly cares about his clients. With an extremely competitive market, Jason never gave up on us. There were many times we thought we would never find a home. But he always reassured us it would happen and to not get discouraged. When we finally found the perfect home he was able to help us put in a winning offer. As first time buyers, we weren't sure what to expect, but Jason was there every step of the way to help us through the process. Anytime we had a question he was extremely responsive and was always able to jump on a call and help with any reservations we may have had. We can't thank him enough for the service he provided and highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tri-Valley area. read more

Believe all the accolades. Jason Zaitz is an excellent realtor. We sold our San Ramon home of nearly thirty years in the white hot market of 2021. We are confident that we secured the very best offer possible and closed the deal with absolutely no issues because of Jason's guidance, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and remarkable personal commitment to his clients. We interviewed multiple realtors, but Jason was always at the top of my list. He came personally recommended by several of our Twin Creeks neighbors who had worked with him. Jason's initial presentation was clear and compelling. We understood and liked the approach he laid out and then implemented. Jason was always quick to respond, often anticipated our questions and was spot on in his understanding of the market. One of the things we most appreciated was his ability to assess multiple offers, following up with other realtors and guiding us towards the right deal. There are nuances to selling in any market and I would trust Jason to give the right advice in any situation. Thank you, Jason! read more

It was a pleasure working with Jason during the home buying process. He made my wife and I feel as prepared and as informed as possible going into the offer stage and beyond. Prior to working with him we had unsuccessful bids on a number of homes, and looking back, we weren't as well guided and not as confident making the right bids and moves to be competitive. He helped us think through the negotiables vs the absolute-musts in those situations. He even helped us get into homes that were off market, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great partner on your home buying journey! read more

Jason is the BEST. If you are looking for an agent please give him a shot - you will not be disappointed that you did. We worked with Jason over a period of 5 years. We knew that we eventually wanted to sell so we would periodically flood him with questions. He was always patient, went above and beyond and was never pushy. When we were selling our house and hunting for a new one Jason was on top of it every single step of the way. Jason was so supportive and allowed my wife and I to flood him with questions all the time (usually over text our preferred quick convo style of communication) and he always got back to us. I have heard horror stories of people signing with agents and then the agent is not as responsive - I can guarantee to you Jason will treat you as priority #1 every step of the way. Jason is straight forward, set expectations properly and he works endlessly to get the best outcome for his clients. Even when we didn't have faith in a certain step in the process - Jason kept his positivity and fought for us. Jason is kind, super sharp, a great salesman, and will always keep his clients best interest in mind. Please give him a call when looking for an agent. You won't regret it. read more

Jason was great to work with from start to finish. It was getting discouraging as we were getting outbidded left and right. We were about to give up and the market was low on inventory. I've worked with several real estate agents in my life, and Jason is by far the best. He goes above and beyond for his clients. We were out-of-town buyers with very specific requirements for our next house. Jason met with us and took the time to understand everything we were looking for and was very patient showing homes in person and also remotely via video chat. What really impressed me about Jason was that he took the time to understand exactly what my wife and I wanted, so when he toured one particular house, he said "I think this is your house" and wow was he right! The house was exactly what we were looking for. Jason then guided us through the offer process and helped us strategize and prepare an offer that was exactly where it needed to be and we got the house! Jason has also helped us by taking care of a few things at the house (since we are remote) that aren't technically his "job", but have been very helpful. I 100% recommend Jason if you are looking for a house in the Danville area! read more

It's that time again. And sure enough I called Jason. He sold my condo and got me a great price with very little hassle. After the sale he was able to find an excellent house for me in Livermore that had everything I wanted. Once again I used VA financing and it was not an issue like I hear it can be. Every time I hear friends or co-workers saying they just bought a home and it was the worst nightmare of their lives I just look at them like they are crazy because I haven't seen anything like that. And I am confident that is in no small part due to Jason and his extensive experience as a realtor. read more

Yes, all of these 5 star reviews are accurate. If anything, they don't do Jason enough justice for how amazing he is as an agent and overall person. We were first-time buyers without the ability to pay for a home with an all cash offer, which meant we lost out on multiple properties where several bids were present. With Jason's ability to work miracles, we were able to secure a wonderful home after submitting just our 3rd offer. Given the fact that we were placing offers during the busiest time of the real estate season on properties that were renovated, desirable and in great locations, this was a huge victory! Jason kept in close contact with the seller's agent and was able to convince them to get us a counter offer, even though they had an all cash offer on the table. Yes, we were able to beat out an all cash offer with Jason's help! Outside of his excellent negotiating skills, Jason is just an awesome person to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He's a down-to-earth person that truly cares about what's best for his clients. He is available anytime you need him and has a "can-do" attitude regardless of any challenges presented. Bottom line - We've found our agent for life. We are excited to work with Jason again to buy and sell future properties and feel fortunate to have found someone who, in our minds, is the perfect agent to work with. Thank you Jason! read more

We worked with Jason on the selling of our home and helping us to find our new one. He made this a comfortable and incredibly positive experience. His professionalism and attention to detail really helped us to feel confident in the process. His accessibility and commitment to us really was reassuring. We just can't thank him enough. We've been recommending you to friends, family, co-workers, strangers, everyone. Jason Zaitz is a Wonderful real estate agent and a Great person. I had the pleasure of purchasing my first house in April 2020, and Jason was very encouraging and enthusiastic about the experience. Being a new home buyer, I had tons of questions and concerns about every house we went to. Jason was always very accommodating and honest about any ideas or thoughts I ran by him. At anytime during the week, if Jason found a house, or we found one we were curious about, he would get us in for a visit as soon as he could. During our walkthroughs, Jason was always pointing out and explaining features of the house that were good and bad for us (new/old AC & heater units, roof age and condition, ceiling issues, drainage problems, etc.). Pointing out these features on the houses were extremely helpful as I had no thoughts to check some of the places and specifications he knew about. The DREAM house we decided on was only on the market for about 45 min, and Jason got us in for a visit within the next hour. That evening, Jason led us through the offer process and ensured we would be one of the first buyers on a house we loved. When our offer was accepted, Jason helped us try and expedite the process and paperwork for closing and get us in as soon as possible. I really appreciate all the hard work Jason did for my family, and I would recommend him to anyone in search of an honest and friendly home buying experience. read more

Jason Zaitz came came highly recommended by another realtor whom we had worked with during the purchase and sale of a previous home in another city - And he was well worth the referral. Jason was easy to connect with and was able to get a good sense of what we were looking for, not wasting any of our time on places that he wouldn't have chosen himself as a parent looking to set down roots. We never felt pressured, or uncomfortable with him. Very knowledgeable and excellent at keeping us on track with our goals, despite bumps in the road and busy schedules. Having worked with realtors before who left much to be desired, Jason Zaitz is the ideal agent that has the personal touch of a 'real person' with the knowledge base of an expert in the 'business' of life.
