From the very beginning, Adam exceeded every expectation we had and made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable. His communication was exceptional. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and he kept us informed of every detail so we always knew what was happening. We never had to wonder where things stood because he was always one step ahead. As we prepared our home for sale, he coordinated all of the contractors and stayed on top of every project. What impressed us most was that he didn't just schedule the work--he actually met the contractors at our home to ensure everything was completed as promised and to the high standards he expected. That level of dedication gave us tremendous peace of mind. Throughout the process, he was honest, transparent, and realistic about market conditions. He never sugarcoated things, but he also knew exactly when we needed reassurance. His guidance helped us make confident decisions, and we always felt like he had our best interests at heart. If we hadn't relocated out of the area, we would choose him again in a heartbeat. Finding a realtor with this level of professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and genuine care is incredibly rare. We are so grateful for everything he did for our family and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

Need a well informed, amiable, confident realtor? Adam is THE MAN! He's been in "the business " for a long time! He has great experience, knowledge of the market (especially in San Ramon as was our case). Our immigrant parents (dad became a US citizen), purchased their home in 1969, and lived in that home for 55 years! Unfortunately us daughters could not keep it in the family. So with Adam's knowledge of selling homes in a Trust Account, our transition from our family to the second owners went very smoothly. It went on the market Friday & was sold by Tuesday for over the asking price! His advice was "spot-on!" We closed in about 28 days! Thanks for your assistance Adam! It was a pleasure working with you! read more

Adam Golden - Our home that Adam helped sell. - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Danville, California

First time buying a home and Adam made each process easy to understand, he clarified any questions we had along the process, never left us hanging, he was quick and efficient when it came to getting any documents prepared and completed, and he communicated every step of the way. We had the opportunity to buy a house near my parent's home and he was quick to make sure we locked it in. Thank you Adam! read more

Adam was the constant positivity we needed through our house search. He is an expert in his field and will never steer you wrong. He is a person of great integrity. read more

Adam has been our buyer's agent in a purchase of a single-family house and has worked with us over the course of ~8 months from start to finish. Throughout this time, Adam has demonstrated an exceptional dedication to representing our interests, prioritized finding the right house for our needs and played a key role in resolving a complicated unforeseen issue that surfaced during closing. After an extensive search, we found an exceptional property, made an offer and successfully entered under the contract. In the middle of closing, an unforeseen bureaucratic detail emerged which was no fault of the seller, buyer, or anyone in particular. Nonetheless, the issue became a hard blocker for the closing to proceed. Adam immediately took ownership of resolving the problem and demonstrated remarkable skill in navigating the situation among all parties involved - sellers, buyers, lenders, title. He worked around the clock, coordinating every step, facilitating negotiations and developing backup options. He proactively communicated the progress with us, often multiple times every day and was available around the clock for any ad-hoc discussions. In the end, we had a resolution that protected the interests of all parties and the transaction closed successfully. What's especially impressive is that Adam accomplished all of this under tight deadlines and expiring contingencies. Looking back, I'm fully convinced that without Adam's effort, the transaction would have likely fallen apart. One part that especially stands out about Adam is his ethical approach to work with the emphasis on having a clean purchase from a legal point of view, no corners cut. On more than one occasion I have observed him making calls to be on a safer side, even if it meant creating extra work for himself as an agent. At no point during our journey we felt rushed to make a decision. It was evident that Adam prioritized building a long term relationship with the customer. To give you an idea, we went over dozens of disclosures together, toured many properties, but never pulled a trigger on making a single offer except for the house that we ended up buying. It's also worth noting that Adam is very well connected in the local market and offered valuable insights into concrete properties and specific neighborhoods. He knew most of the listing agents we interacted with. His network of recommended lenders, inspectors, title professionals, and others was outstanding. We conducted our own research when choosing service providers, but Adam's recommendations consistently proved to be the best options. We were fortunate to meet Adam at one of the open houses and choose him as our agent. I would confidently trust Adam with any future business and recommend him to family and friends. read more

Adam was introduced to us by our previous realtor and he was nothing short of fabulous. He was always present, always available, always friendly but professional, always looking out for us, and very knowledgeable not only about the market but about the area and what we were looking for. We end up not where we originally started looking and could not be happier with this decision, in large part to his knowledge of the area. We have also come in contact with seller agents during this process and can definitely tell the difference- would highly recommend Adam! And he stays in contact after house purchase too- which is amazing! read more

My fiancé and I were in search of our home as first time home buyers and had the pleasure of working with Adam. After informing Adam that we were looking to buy in the Sacramento County area, he was still eager to assist us in finding our first home and made the 1.5 hour commute as much as was needed. Throughout the process, Adam stayed consistent with communication and was our go to for any and all questions. Adam dedicated so much time and effort into making sure that we took the right steps in finding the best home for us. We were able to really focus on finding the right home just by knowing that we were in good hands working with Adam, and for that we cannot thank him enough. Bottomline, Adam is an exceptional realtor. Adam is very personable, has great line of communication, detail oriented, and does things the right way. I would highly recommend Adam for the Tri-Valley area and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. We came across Adam at the open house of what is now our dream home. He was the selling agent and instantly my wife and I felt a connection not only with the home, but with Adam. We soon reached out to Adam, and expressed our interest in the home and to work with him as our realtor agent to buy/sell. Adam made what is usually a very stressful process smooth, informative, and a enjoyable experience. Adam took the time, almost on a daily basis, to ensure we were fully informed and had every detail on the buying and selling process. As a buyer representative, Adam had all the reports and documents readily available, provided documents to sign in a timely manner, and set-up a detailed walk-through with the seller to ensure a smooth handover. As a seller representative, Adam provided detailed market insights, guided us to a competitive price, helped stage the home for a quick sale, and was proactive with the necessary inspections and marketing content to take the home to market. read more

Very professional, courteous and understanding with kids. Thanks to him for being kind.

We used adam recently as our realtor when purchasing our first house. Buying a house in this current market was a scary process with things constantly changing. Adam made it easy. No question felt dumb & he patiently walked us through the whole process. He is super experienced & very responsive! He became our friend & was always available to chat about potential properties. He was honest when houses we loved had issues & would explain why. When we became discouraged with how competitive the market was, he gave us hope & told us to not settle on properties we didn't love. Best advice ever!! Adam is an awesome negotiator and landed us an amazing property. I highly recommend him as your realtor when buying or selling & am so pleased to have worked with him! Will be recommending to all friends & family. read more

First off Adam is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. He knows the market area and keeps you informed at every step of the process. He is very accessible and easy to communicate with. What I appreciated most with Adam is how he managed expectations for each milestone throughout the sales timeline which eased any anxiety associated with these transactions. Adam does not cut corners, he always goes the extra distance to ensure every step is completed with thoroughness so that there's no issues to deal with later. Adam was also resourceful in recommending quality vendors for landscaping, staging, flooring, photography, etc. to help prep the house for staging and open house, which contributed to the overall value of the property. I can't imagine working with anyone else but Adam and highly recommend him for your real estate needs. read more

A big thank you to Adam Golden. Recently, Adam helped our daughter, son in-law and our new granddaughter through the process of buying their first home. The fit had to be right, a big dog, room for their daughter, geographic location, time constraints of their current lease ending and of course, first time home buyers budget. He worked through all these issues with constant contact with us to assure the needs were met and steady as you go attitude. Don't get too high or too low, it's a process and the right property will come along. He was right! During inspections issues came up, he explained them, worked with us on remedies and negotiations with the seller to achieve an outcome that was fair and acceptable to both the sellers and buyers. Last year amidst a crazy real estate market Adam helped us both sell our then house in Dublin and buy a new house in a different city. Fantastic experience working with him on both transactions. Working with Adam we not only got it done - but it almost felt easy :-) He is dilligent, hardworking , ethical, patient - and a super friendly to work with. We worked with Adam in 2007 to sell our first home. We felt so comfortable with his style and process, we asked him to help with our next transition. Moreover, he was superb in guiding our expectations. Most important, Adam was respectful with our time. He was prompt to all of our appointments and well prepared to answer our questions, often offering up good advice and suggestions. I met Adam about a little more than a year ago in March 2016 when I was just testing out the market and going to open houses. I did not have an agent at that time and I was pretty much clueless. I am not originally from Tri-Valley and just recently moved here because of my significant other. He is also not from the area. We actually met Adam at an open house and we instantly received a good vibe from him. We have met a lot of realtors at these open houses but some seemed sketchy or some just didn't fit our needs. Adam wasn't pushy or anything, he was open and honest, which is why we eventually decided to go with him as our realtor. The funny thing is we wanted to buy in 2016 but we were too busy and it was a bad time for us. We weren't ready to commit because of our other obligations at that time. About a year later in March 2017, we started to look more aggressively and Adam was a great help along the entire way. He gave insight on the property. For me, his availability was key. I don't work normal hours, I work erratic hours in my job and I work the weekends so it's not always easy attending open houses or seeing the property. He always made himself available. I felt bad calling him after 7pm but he was not bothered at all and really encouraged us to bug him with questions. He walked us through every step of the house buying process. As first time home buyers, everything is scary and overwhelming but he explains everything and makes sure we don't feel blindsided. He doesn't place any pressure on us with anything, he works at our pace. We place a bid in April 2017 and our bid was accepted. House buying is definitely a stressful process but Adam does everything he can to alleviate any of the stress. He was always patient with us and I know we asked multiple questions over and over again, but he never seemed bothered with us. One thing I really like about Adam is that he really tries to find what you're looking for. He eventually understood the type of houses we were looking for and knew what would be a good fit or not. He understood our needs as a home buyer and really made it personal - it wasn't just a cookie cutter situation to him, we felt like we were taken care of. Adam's definitely a great agent, very charismatic, and committed to his job. I would recommend Adam to anyone without hesitation. read more

We first worked with Adam several years back when we bought our home in Dublin and had such a great experience with him then that we contacted him recently when we decided to sell that home and purchase something new in the area. He walked us through the buying process step-by-step and was even able to come up with a creative solution to get us into our new home on time when FedEx lost some closing documents. And he also convinced us to counter when selling our home and managed to get us more for the sale of our home than we ever imagined. We just recently bought a home with Adam as our buyer's agent. We met him at one of his open homes and were impressed with his knowledge of the area and his willingness to share information and recommendations. After spending 20 min talking to him, we cancelled our appointment with another agent and decided to go with Adam as our agent. Best decision ever. Adam is a straight shooter and was willing to show us as many homes as it takes for "the right one". We are not first time homebuyer and have dealt with many agents before. What we really liked and appreciated was Adam's open communication and honesty. During the process, he was always available to meet and kept us in the loop. When the seller's agent didn't respond in a timely manner, Adam was calling, emailing etc. until we got what was needed. Adam's recommendations, advice, and availability were excellent. If possible I would give him 6 stars on availability. We really appreciated his prompt, pragmatic, and honest communication style. Our purchase was a regular sale, but during our search Adam's knowledge of all types of transitions was very helpful. We recently had the pleasure of working with Adam on the sale of our house and the purchase of our dream home. Adam is a real estate professional, with deep knowledge and a commitment to client service. He is friendly and attentive; always available; and went out of his way to help us through the process. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home in the Bay Area. Choosing the right real estate agent was extremely important to us. When we first started working with Adam, our plan was to sell our house in San Ramon at the same time our son would graduate from high school; followed by a relocation to Los Angeles at the end of the Summer. Between traveling for work and prepping for our move to LA, we knew that we would need a realtor that would be actively engaged and willing to do a lot of footwork on our behalf. Adam was the exact realtor we were looking for! His network of contractors and home stagers were invaluable in getting our home of 18 years ready for market. By the time graduation came, our house was in contract and we decided not to move to Los Angeles, but rather stay in the Bay area. Adam did a wonderful job listening to every detail of our must haves and wishlist items for our new home. This was not always easy, as my husband and I weren't always on the same page. In the end, Adam found us the perfect home that managed to meet both of our needs. Adam is not only a great real estate agent, but he is also a good person and cares about his clients. Throughout both transactions, Adam treated us like family. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the Bay area. read more

Adam had helped us buy our first home in 2014 in LIvermore, he helped us turn around and sell that property in 2016 when I was relocated and we choose to work with him again when my company moved us back in 2018. Choosing to continue our professional relationship and hire Adam was the easiest decision we had to make during these transitions. Buying a home can be extremely stressful and confusing at times. Adam minimized all of these feelings for us and made the entire process smooth. He was always professional, courteous, honest and punctual. He took his time with us during both the buying and selling process, explaining everything and making sure all of our questions and concerns were covered. The comfort and trust we built with him allowed us to make the biggest decisions and investments of our lives and feel really good about them. Adam is absolutely the best, hands down. He knows the Tri-Valley market extremely well, and he was able to get us well above what we thought we'd make when selling our Dublin home. It was our first time selling a home, and the entire time he did an amazing job of walking us through every detail and making sure we were comfortable and informed. He answered every question patiently, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our place was in the best shape possible to show and sell well. He went above and beyond when it came to the staging process, too. And on top of all this, he's just an incredibly nice guy. Overall, Adam is an extremely trustworthy and honest guy - and he helped us get more for our home than we expected to make. Can't ask for anything more than that! read more
