Valley Premier is an exceptional property management company. They truly care about providing great customer service to BOTH the tenant and landlord. Jeremy initially contacted me as he was hired towards the end of my tenancy. The landlord finally heeded my advice and obtained professional management. What a difference! At all times during the remainder of our lease, Jeremy and his team were professional, responsive, understanding, and fair. As we approached our move out date, I met with Jeremy to discuss closing out our lease (we had to leave early). To be clear, the move out is where you really see how good or bad a company operates. Are they going to keep the deposit via bogus deductions, etc... That was definitely not the case with Jeremy. Upon our final walk through Jeremy provided me with a clear verbal estimate of cleaning charges and deductions. I felt the pricing for the cleaning was fair so I asked him to go for it -- it was one less item for me to deal with. Two weeks after my move out, my security deposit check arrived minus our agreed cleaning costs. Overall, I would highly recommend Valley Premier Property Management. As a tenant, you can be assured that these guys do a good job and are responsive and honest. Were I to purchase a rental property in the Tri-valley, I would absolutely hire them to manage my property as well. read more

I have only good things to say about Jeremy and Valley Premier Prop Mgmt. I had a couple issues come up with the house I was renting, and Jeremy helped resolve those issues quickly and smoothly. I also had an unexpected family situation arise which caused me to have to move out before my lease was up, and he was sympathetic and helpful throughout the entire process. He even found new renters to move in only a couple weeks after I moved out, which helped me save a lot of money. I don't think he ever takes a day off. If you're looking for a property manager, look no further. Jeremy beats the competition on any metric you can think of. We needed to rent out our townhome in less than 30 days. Jeremy personally surveyed, photographed, and posted our home on all the major listing sites. He got handymen/cleaners get the house ready for renters on time, took care of the open houses, application reviews and paperwork, which was more involved than usual because of our HOA.
