Chris was an excellent loan officer from start to finish while my wife and I were refinancing our home loan. We work a lot so don't always have time for other things but with Chris handling everything for us we felt the process was seamless. The online application process and submission of docs was super easy and can be done from the comfort of your own home. Pre-approval of the loan was lightning fast and we were in a position to lock ASAP. Chris then helped educate us on how the market works and the implications it puts on the interest rates. He calculated the different interest buy down options and how long it would take recoup the funds.
