I can't believe how easy it was to sell our home! It was listed for just two weeks and we immediately got an offer at our asking price, with no contingencies. Yes, we had kept up with maintaining the property, and had it painted inside and out as well as super clean, but really besides that, and signing some papers it was completely painless. Brian was great at letting us know where it had advertised, and how many views we'd had. We had heard Sharp Realty was "the best" from several locals and they were right. Brian Sharp - Sharp Realty - SOLD in 2 weeks! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Brentwood, California

Buying or Selling, Brian Sharp is the definitive, local area, real estate subject matter expert, that delivers positive results! This is our second opportunity selling a home utilizing Brian's real estate expertise. Even given today's current market slow down, due to high interest rates, Brian positioned our home utilizing a combination of the right marketing tools that began attracting prospective buyers. Even as time passed during the slowdown in the market, interest in our home remained steady. Finally, that one prospective buyer, who fit our profile, made an offer and we negotiated the final sale of our home well above the initial offer. After the sell, as was the case the first time around, Brian continues to stay in contact providing support and valuable post sell information. This was one of the main reason why my wife and I gave Brian a second opportunity to manage our current sell and it paid off! It goes without saying that we highly recommend Brian for all of your, buying or selling, real estate needs. Brian Sharp Delivers! read more

The sell allowed us to purchase our forever home. We're very grateful to Brian and his staff. read more

My husband and I recently listed our Brentwood home and moved across the country. We had last worked with Brian about 20 years ago to purchase that home, and we had confidence that if anyone could list/sell our home while we were on the other side of the US, it would be Brian. He and his team were absolutely amazing. He effectively handled challenging buyers in an unpredictable market, always keeping our best interest at the forefront. Brian is honest, straightforward, and understands the Brentwood housing market like no one else. Our house was under contract in a week and closed 30 days later for over asking. We give Brian our highest recommendation! read more

As a retired flipper I feel I know at least a little about the realtor side of the selling process. I've used many over the years, some good and some not so good. In this case I was selling a home in an area I had no prior experience. I found Brian's firm after doing an internet search of the area. After meeting with Brian I felt completely confident in his ability to sell my property. To make a long review short, I received 3 offers within the first week of listing, all over the asking price. Brian helped me analyze the offers (they have the inside scoop) and we closed within a few weeks. Clearly this was best case scenario with selling a home. Even if the process had been difficult, I feel Brian would have been able to guide me through the process in an intelligent and thoughtful manner. read more

This is the second time Brian has helped me buy or sell a home. He's very professional and definitely knows the local real estate market. I was expecting the whole home selling experience to be stressful but Brian took care of everything. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Ended up selling my home in 5 days! I'd definitely use Brian again on future transactions. read more

Working with Brian and his team was a joy from start to finish. This guy is a pro - not some weekend warrior to trying to sell the occasional house as a side hustle. Brian knows the local market frontwards and backwards and has deep experience with all the logistical issues that can trip up amateur brokers. He has designed a really nice communications template that he uses to keep his clients apprised all along the process on what to expect, what to do (and not do) and how to prepare for what's about to happen, so there are no surprises from a process point of view - VERY comforting. We listed our house with him, took his advice on pricing and ended up getting an offer for $21K over asking after the first showing (note - this was likely because our opening price was considered a great deal, so buyers were thinking they'd have to come in over asking to land the deal. Smart, eh?). We gave it an extra week, but nothing else came close so we took the original offer and ran with it for a trouble-free closing - in no small part because Brian's timely communications and unbelievable responsiveness kept everything on track every step of the way. Can recommend Brian enthusiastically and without reservation! read more

He will tell you just what you hear to close a home. Purchased a home in April of 2019. We had concerns about the pool equipment as the up keep you could tell was bad. The entrapment was working at the time of purchase. Brain told us the home warranty would cover the cost (of the heater) as we knew that could be expensive. The heater has yet to work right and was told by the home warranty company it is not covered. Now I know to hold my ground on that kind of stuff. I do know that he tried to a accommodate repair before we bought. Just sucks for us :( read more

We highly highly recommend working with Brian Sharp in any of your Real Estate transactions. His professionalism, work ethic, and communication is unparalleled. He sold our home in CA while we live in WA, this is not an easy task and he certainly earned these 5-stars. Not only did he sell our house quickly during a pandemic, he was our right-hand man preparing the house for sale (painting, cleaning, repairing, staging, etc.), and could not have done it all without him. He is exceptional, and you will not regret choosing him as your right-hand man! P.S. Get this fun fact, he actually sold our home 3X's for the lifetime of the home! read more

Brian Sharp is the best realtor I have ever encountered. I have bought and sold at least 20 houses, and I am totally impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable he is. He sold us our current home, acting as realtor for both the buyer and seller. This is not an easy job, but Brian handled it perfectly. His communication was superb and he didn't miss a thing. He was always available and always one step ahead of us. He even attended the closing at the title company in case there were any questions. Five stars for Brian Sharp! read more

I recently had the pleasure to work with Brian for the sale of my mother's home in Brentwood. He went above and beyond what I've experienced with other realtors over the years. Most importantly, he is VERY responsive via text, phone, and email. We were also kept in the loop when there were interested buyers. He pays attention to detail and knows the area extremely well. This helps both buyers and sellers as he knows the area's sales history, neighborhoods, etc. The process to close the home was very well run, from his negotiations to his presence at the title company to ensure everything went well when signing the closing documents. This was a nice touch for my widowed mother as she felt comfortable signing and was there to answer any question that arose. Also, Brian is warm and approachable and puts you at ease when dealing with the stress of a home sale. He also was able to provide recommendations of great vendors to help get the house ready for sale (paint, window cleaning, etc). read more

Brian really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. From the lending side, I was in escrow with a retired client making a major move across the state. Any move like this is emotional and difficult, however for a "senior" client this provides additional challenges and requires patience. Brian worked with her assisting her with things other agents would not even get involved in. He also helped with so much of the paperwork by making multiple, almost daily stops by her house. Midway, we hit a major roadblock and the home started to fall out of escrow and Brian scrambled to find a new buyer, almost the same day by working through his database aggressively. Had he not done this this client in her 70's would have had to travel again, locate a new home in San Diego and start the process over again. Brian came to the rescue and we moved on to a happy ending, making her dream of moving to San Diego from Northern California a reality. Oh and he gave her an incredible deal on the commission! Thanks Brian. It was a real pleasure working with you. read more

Sharp Reality sold my Brentwood home last month. It was a difficult sale with many problems. Brian Sharp took control and solved every problem as they came up, and took the burden from my shoulders. There were several times that I wanted to give up during escrow and just walk away from the deal, but each time Brian calmly gave me a pep talk and encouragement to keep going. We found Brian to be professional, calm, a problem solver, and a deal closer. If you're looking to buy or sell a home, Sharp Realty should be your first choice for realtor. read more

Brian was terrific in counseling me on prepping my house for sale. I followed his recommendations and reaped the benefit. My home sold in four days, over asking, and I couldn't be happier as it sold to a former student! Brian guided me every step of the way, and he was informative, professional, and helpful. His staff, Rachael and Lisa were also wonderful. I have no hesitation recommending Brian Sharp Realty! They know their business, and ease the stress of home selling for the novice, like myself! Absolutely amazing. A bit of background first. Let me begin approximately two years ago, where Brian and myself had a phone conversation where I inquired about selling our previous home. I explained our scenario and what my future goals were for my family at the time. To my surprise, he advised me to not do anything at that point in time. It appeared that he could have made an easy sell on our previous home, however advised that it would not be in my family's best interest the way the housing market was at that time. I was incredibly surprised at the amount of integrity and character that I had experienced and was beyond grateful for his infomration. Fast forward to about 10 months ago, I recontacted Brian regarding the selling of our home. His description of what he anticipated the market would do was spot on. We were now able to sell our home and with his advice on some minor upgrades, our home went pending within a week. My wife and I were so pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and attention to detail, that we continued to use Brian and Sharp Realty during the search for our new home. This is a team that will bend over backwards to help you find whatever you are looking for. There was not one point in time where I felt it was difficult to get a hold of him or someone from his team. Approximately two months ago we found the home of our dreams and we could not feel more confident in the direction we were going due to Brian's expertise. Every play that we did and the information he gave us was incredbly helpful. There were so many little things that we were not aware of, that he let us in on. (And if you are looking for a new home, I'm sure you know that these little bits of information are so helpful when making a decision to buy a home.) We ended getting the perfect home for our family solely due to Brian's help. Brian and his team have a way of making you feel as if you are their only client (which clearly they have many) and that they are willing to do anything and everything to meet your needs. Every question had an answer and his advice was tremendous. I had spoken with several real estate agents prior to using Brian and let me just say that he is a class above them all. Sharp Realty has set the bar in real estate in my opinion and they do this by displaying the upmost in professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend using them for any and all real estate needs. Thanks for everything Brian!! Happy Home Owners read more

Brian was our realtor for the house we recently sold. Brian went above and beyond for us selling the house through constant feedback, phone calls/texts and a marketing campaign to get our house to as many clients as possible. I couldn't recommend Brian any higher! read more

I cannot imagine a better experience listing and selling a home than Brian Sharp gave me. My strongest impression of him when we first met was, he listens to me, and then provides really good sound advice about selling my home. His suggestions on how to prepare the home proved invaluable. The home was vacant and he brought in some props and staged it just enough to make it look inviting. I was amazed at how he marketed the property about everywhere, resulting in multiple offers the very first day. His negotiating skills with multiple brokers certainly put a smile on my face. He kept me apprised of literally everything. He contacted me several times during escrow and I loved the attention he was giving me. I know there are many good professional brokers out there, but I really believe Brian Sharp sets the bar! read more

I wish all real estate transactions were this easy! Brian's follow up and guidance along the way have been so helpful. He is honest and great to work with. Brian sends lots of emails at various stages of the process that help you move forward. For example, he sent a list of instructions for how to hire a home inspector, how the escrow process works, how to read a title report, a movers guide, and so on. Often the process of buying/selling real estate is confusing and these tutorials helped answer necessary questions. And if I still wasn't clear, he was always quick to reply. He worked a short timeline and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brian for buying or selling! read more

We have had the pleasure of working with Brian Sharp as the seller's agent on both sides of the process, first as a the buyers of a home and then a decade later selling the same house. Brian was excellent in all respects. During the sale we had a lot of business travel, an angry ex-tenant, and other churn happening, Brian was able to work with our difficult schedules and provide good advice to keep things on track. Even when complications came up during escrow (as they usually do), Brian could be counted on to keep things friendly and low drama (which can not be said of another agent in Brentwood we had used for property management). If we were ever in the market to buy or sell another home in the Brentwood area, Brian would be the first person we'd go to. read more
