During escrow, I spent five hours at the house on repairs and walked into a smell that nearly knocked me over. A massive pile of human feces had been left unflushed in the master toilet for an unknown length of time, and the AC had been running full blast. Shelby apologized, noting the water had been off. Fair enough, but I'm the one who found it. If you were a buyer walking through that house, would that smell make you want to make an offer, or walk out? Shelby was also dual agent on our first offer. It collapsed over a $5,000 gap, she offered $2,500 of her commission, and the buyers cancelled. We lost weeks. Sellers: get fee, agency, and property-check routines in writing. I would not use this brokerage again.

Marianne is so knowledgeable, hardworking, and will fight to the end of the earth for her clients. She also deeply cares for the people she represents.
