Very professional and really puts his client's interests first. Brian did a great job for us in selling our Brentwood home. Held our hand the whole way through prepping the home, pricing it correctly, putting it on at the right time, and then handling the offer process masterfully to get the most money. The escrow process was well-handled with constant communication from him. There were some challenges with the buyer and their agent but Brian kept on top of things and kept us in the loop, which we appreciate. This was WAY better than our last few experiences with real estate agents! I was referred to Brian by someone else who had met with him and Brian talked them out of selling their home. They thought their only option was to sell their home but he found them another way. They really didn't want to sell so it was refreshing that someone has the integrity to not just see dollar signs and whip out a contract and say, "Sign here!" Note: I posted this review quite a while ago but it's not showing up, so don't know what happened so I'm posting again. read more

We were impressed with Brian Sharp reading his real estate column in the local newspaper. After meeting with him, we knew he was the correct match. Brian gives honest feedback on price and itemizes the steps you should take to improve the presentation of your property. His photographer is one of the best and took fabulous pictures of our property. His expertise with digital media is impressive - your listing shows up in the top three on the real estate websites and he tracks the hits your listing is getting - providing this information to you. Brian sold our house during the recent period when properties were not selling getting us full asking price. When our sale hit a snag, Brian stepped in with the solution to bring the sale to a close. Brian is available to you throughout the sale process and also after letting you know he is your "agent for life" available to you with any questions you may have in the future. He is such a professional, ethical, individual. We highly recommend Brian Sharp. read more

We called Brian well over a year ago, just to let him know we were thinking about selling our home in Brentwood. He helped us understand what was involved, and kept in touch, regularly provided good information, but never "pestered" us while we were trying to decide what to do. When we finally decided to go forward with the sale, he fully respected our circumstances and the conditions regarding how we wanted to sell, deferring to our wishes even when it might mean less of a commission for him. All of his advice proved true and beneficial to us, and we were able to sell the house for more than we would have asked. Brian was always available, a great communicator, and a true advocate for his clients. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking to buy or sell their home. Thank you, Brian for helping us sell our home, on our terms, on a tight timeline. Your services are exemplary! If you are looking for a Realtor, we highly recommend Sharp Realty! read more

Brian Sharp is Prompt, Pleasant, Persistant and Professional! We recently sold our home with Brian and he superseded our ever demanding needs. Mr. Sharp gave us great advice (and supporting material to back up his logic), replied to us on an hourly basis, defended us in a professional and polite manner, worked hard to help us achieve our goal, consulted with our broker and realtor on the buying end, attended important meetings on our behalf, essentially guided us through the entire process, never once skipping a beat. This man earns his money and is the person you want on your team whether buying or selling. He is sharp and savvy, not to mention friendly and kind. Mr. Sharp exceeded our expectations and completely changed they way we viewed realtors. Mr. Sharp is the reason our move went as smoothly as it did. Hands down - he is the BEST there is! read more

I have bought or sold more than 10 homes and Brian Sharp is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He is so knowledgeable and experienced and because of that, nothing rattles him and he knows just what to do when something unexpected comes up. I sold four houses with Brian, three of which were sold within two months of each other. I was constantly in touch with him and he made me feel like I was his only client, which I know for a fact was untrue. He is extremely honest and ethical in all that he does. I left the state with one of my houses still on the market and felt confident he would get the job done for me. He took care of everything including nailing my fence back up after an exceptionally strong storm! if you want your house sold or if you are looking for that perfect home you should call him first. He is the Best! read more

My name is Dan Naugle and Brian has sold (3) homes in Brentwood for me between 2000 and 2018. In all cases he was professional, prepared and helpful through entire process. He was open to my personal feelings about pricing and all other issues and patient as well. He knows the business and gets it done. In the end, on all sales he and I were happy with the results and timely manner of the process. There is a reason he has done so well in this community and it is apparent when you meet him and listen to what he can offer. The last sale occurred while I was living in Texas. Although there was one small issue, (due to potential buyer), Brian worked it out and second Buyer was secured within couple weeks. Thanks for everything Brian. read more

To whom it may concern , My family and i have had now four occasions to engage the professional realty services of Brian Sharp . While we are experienced real estate investors, Brian has elevated our game ! Most importantly he is Ethical beyond reproach. In each transaction we witnessed his command of his trade by way of his stern but fair negotiations with Buyer's agents (2 occasions we were Sellers ) and in representing us as a Buyer (2 occasions). Brian is a true veteran and has consistently demonstrated his pragmatic approach with Lenders, opposing Agents and Title companies. I must say we are equally impressed with Brian's proven communication process whereby he proactively communicates what to expect along the journey . read more

Sharp Realty sold our Antioch home this past November due to a pending divorce. Brian Sharp's calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. His professionalism and knowledge assured me our investment was in good hands. Brian explained the process in detail and answered even my inane questions. We were then kept updated along the way. He made sure communications went to both sides (divorce) to assure we were well informed. All the advice and tips on prepping the home were indispensable. Our home was sold in ten days and for more than we expected. Brian and his staff saw the process thru from beginning to end - Brian was always available. I have already done so and will continue to recommend Sharp Realty. read more

Brian Sharp did an excellent job with a short-sale involving Chase Bank. Chase is notoriously difficult under short-sale circumstances. Brian did a great job bridging the needs of all parties and was able to move the process along quickly to a successful close of escrow. As stated in other reviews, he always kept us informed throughout the process. Brian is knowledgeable, honest and has integrity, which is why he has remained in business while many others have closed their doors. This was our second transaction with Brian in the last several years. I highly recommend Brian as the go-to guy for any realestate transaction, if you want efficiency with honesty and integrity. read more

We could not have had a better realtor. Brian knows the market, has a wealth of experience and is a great communicator. Because of his extensive experience he was able to give us recommendations for people to paint, put in new flooring, fix the roof and do handyman jobs. The house looked wonderful by the time we were ready for the open house. He kept us informed every step of the way and was highly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He gave us all the information and benefit of his experience as we dealt with low ball offers, counters and then a sale. His integrity and deep knowledge were invaluable and we would like to give him more than five stars! read more

My wife and I just closed on the sale of our home and Brian sold it for us! I figured it may take as long as six months to sell but Brian got it done in under three months. The photos were fantastic as was the attention to detail and follow up on any and all question we had. The way he marketed the home was simply amazing and I don't think anyone else could have done as nice of a job as Brian did. Now that our primary home is sold, we have listed a rental with him as well and if it were possible, I would have him buy the home for us we are looking at out of state. Great, honest guy -- highly recommend him to be your realtor. Tom and Michelle read more

We interviewed a few realtors when we started the process of selling our house, but Brian's experience; knowledge of the market; and most of all his approach to the sales process won us over. From beginning to end Brian kept us apprised of what was going on with activity on our house, which sold over asking, but provided us with the tools to guide us through the many steps of the closing process, even giving counsel what to look for along the way after the close. We couldn't be happier with how well Brian guided all along the way. We would definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to sell their house read more

Brian did a great job for us. His expert research and selling strategy got us four offers (3 over asking) within four days of going on market. Sale was completed on time with him successfully negotiating contingencies as needed thru the process. He furthermore was of great assistance working with our buying agent for the purchase of our new house over 500 miles away. Our contingent offer on this house was accepted within 24 hours of us receiving the offer on our previous house and we could not be happier with the outcome of the entire process. Many, many thanks to Brian and Sharp realty. read more

I had a real estate question regarding a transfer of property within our family. I approached Brian with the issue at about 11pm. He said he wasn't sure of the current restrictions for that situation but would do some research and call me. By 1:30pm the same day he called me with an educated answer, a list of the references he had used, and he also provided some recommendations as to who I might contact for associated legal questions. All at no charge. Should I need a Real Estate Agent in the future, Brian Sharp will certainly be a strong candidate for me. read more

My husband & I are thoroughly pleased w/Brian Sharp & staff. He goes out of his way to assist in purchasing or selling a home - and is one of those rare individuals who truly thinks of his client(s) first. He has years of experience & knows the East Bay so can advise what is best for his client based on that. Cannot say enough about him - truly a man of integrity, professionalism, probably one of the most honest people we have ever met. We highly recommend him & will always contact him for selling/purchasing a home! read more

The biggest compliment I can give Brian is that I completely trust him to know his stuff and to be looking out for my best interests. His experience and knowledge of Brentwood real estate is 2nd to none. But what puts him over the top is that I know he genuinely cares about what's best for me. He is an educator. He works to understand my situation, my needs, my concerns and then seeks to help me understand the the real estate side of things I am not very knowledgeable about and together we chart the best course for me. read more

Mr. Sharp has renewed my faith in humanity. It is very refreshing to meet someone who has such a high degree of integrity. I talked with him at length about when is the best time to put a house on the market. My husband and I have been putting ourselves in a crazy state trying to get our home ready to sell by spring. Brian told me in no uncertain terms, "Sell your home when it is best for you and your family." I can't express how important it was to hear this. It really took the pressure off. read more
