Working with JVM lending has been a real pleasure, and I cannot thank Victor Flynn and his team enough for assisting me in this process. This is the 2nd time I have used JVM, and they have provided top-notch service throughout. I would like to give a special call-out to Victor Flynn. In this 2nd time working with JVM, I told Victor that his speediness in my first transaction 3 1/2 years ago made me realize that he was "in like Flynn"--in that he was right on top of getting things moving from the very first day after I had contacted him regarding my mortgage needs. Victor's explanation of my various options this time around was presented in a totally clear manner, and he and his team were available to assist me at all times. I also really appreciate the fact that there was no pressure upon me, as I was not ready to get the move going for 6-9 months after my initial conversation with Victor this time around, and other than 1 or 2 check-in emails from him, there was absolutely no high sales pitch from them, and no "push" or fear tactics regarding the market. I highly recommend Victor and JVM team for anyone who is planning on selling and/or buying a home in the Bay Area. I have no hesitation in giving Victor and his team a 5-star recommendation. read more

Wesley at JVM Lending was amazing to work with! He helped us secure the mortgage for our home and was incredibly communicative, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. He worked hard to get us the best rate--better than every other lender we reached out to--and moved quickly to keep everything on track. We felt supported throughout the entire process and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely work with Wesley again and highly recommend him! read more

JVM was great to work with during our longgg house search. Victor was our main POC and was always super quick and helpful any time I reached out with questions. Thank you Victor and JVM team! read more

Heidi and Mary did an outstanding job helping us get our home loan funded. It was super easy to get all the paperwork requested. Both were always available and super responsive. Thank you ladies!! read more

Hannah at JVM was excellent. Two things stood out: responsiveness and expertise. She answered questions fast -- same day, usually within the hour -- which matters enormously when you're moving quickly. And she genuinely knew her stuff. I came in with a lot of specific questions, and she handled every one without hedging or having to "check and get back to me." The process was clear from start to finish. If you want a lender who's both quick and actually knowledgeable, work with Hannah. read more

Hannah reached out when rates dropped. She helped guide me through the refi process and answered all of my questions. She always returned my calls and responded to my messages within the same day. I appreciate most that she kept me informed on what to expect throughout the process. She ensured I was connected with the right people to ensure I didn't feel alone in the process. Communication is impressive. The best thing about JVM as a whole is how fast they fund your loan! Thank you! read more

The team was friendly and knowledgeable! Easy to work with :-) would absolutely recommend Victor and his team.

Any lender can offer you a mortgage rate, but not every lender is easy to work with. JVM goes above and beyond to ensure that you are supported and keeps you in the loop every step of the way. My husband and I worked with JVM to secure a loan for our new home. I appreciated that there was someone on-call over the weekend, especially when we wanted to get the ball rolling for pre-approval. I was also very impressed with the JVM team's communication. They were incredibly responsive and made sure all our questions were answered. Many thanks to Hannah, Jenna, and Erin for working with us throughout the process! read more

Working with JVM Lending made what could have been an overwhelming process remarkably smooth and manageable. Wesley, our primary contact, was exceptionally responsive and patient throughout our journey, answering our endless questions with thoroughness and clarity that made complex mortgage concepts accessible to us as first-time Bay Area buyers. His ability to explain industry jargon in plain language and his consistent follow-through on every commitment gave us tremendous confidence during a stressful relocation from Texas. The entire JVM team demonstrated the same level of excellence, from Madeline, Grant, and Erin who generated countless pre-approval letters as we refined our search, to the on-call team members who maintained seamless support even during holidays. We were particularly impressed when we had the privilege of speaking with Heejin, one of the founders, who provided expert guidance while the regular team was away! When external factors created urgency in our timeline, the team expedited our mortgage processing and worked tirelessly to help us close in just two weeks. I wholeheartedly recommend JVM Lending to anyone seeking a lending partner who combines expertise with genuine care for their clients' success! read more

Hannah is amazing!! she helped us buy our first home and worked great with our realtor that she has worked with in the past. she even helped us refinance a year later so we could lower our interest rate. I think are always checking in with her and see what else we could do to help with our mortgages. We will always use her in the future and can't wait to work with her again. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home. We value our working relationship with her and can't wait to get her help in the future. She was able to get us a great rate and help us with a buy down for our Mortgage. read more

We had a very tight deadline. JVM and especially Heidi Ameli were thorough professionals. She really guided us with every step and was very patient. She was very competitive and accommodating with different requests and rate matching with other lenders. She gave me the best deal possible on the mortgage. Her and JVM team's attention to detail was second to none. When I was in a tight spot just before closing, she cleared all hurdles and helped in closing the deal on time. The closing team led by Connie also did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend the JVM team. read more

Very responsive and helpful through the whole process! Hannah always got back to me right away and helped me run several different scenarios while trying to find the right home. Great experience! read more

Good communication is the main reason. I don't have the patience to wait for days to get a response to a question. When I asked to have my appraisal reviewed JVM first reviewed it themselves. I thought this was a professional thing to do and can potentially save time regardless of their conclusion read more

The JVM Team was spectacular to work with. Every member on the team was incredibly responsive and supported my wife and I with strategies for loans for our unique situation. Huge shoutout to Jennifer, who worked with us for 2 months just working through various scenarios. I had so many questions and they were all answered thoroughly. Traditional banks and local banks did not provide the level of service JVM provided. With JVM, we were able to do a competitive offer with closing in 17 days. We got accepted on only our second offer. When sellers want a quick transaction, JVM helped us achieve that. So happy to have worked with them! Thanks Andrei and team! read more

My wife and I just closed on our first home, and we couldn't be happier with JVM Lending. As first-time buyers, we were looking for a team we could trust, and Hannah Papazian, Connie Yee, and the rest of the crew were wonderful. They were incredibly friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. The efficiency of this team is unmatched--we had a very quick closing and the entire process felt completely stress-free. Beyond the great service, we felt we got excellent value; their rates were competitive and they were very transparent about the numbers from the start, making sure we were comfortable with everything. If you want a team that works together to make your home-buying experience smooth and affordable, I highly recommend reaching out to Hannah and Connie at JVM Lending! read more

Great communication, quick responses, and a smooth overall process. They went above and beyond to keep everything on track.

The entire team we worked with at JVM (especially Erin) was absolutely incredible! They closed us in less than two weeks after our previous lender stopped responding to direct questions about our loan progress. Everyone was so friendly, available, responsive, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond (Erin helped us write documents to provide the context the underwriter needed to approve our loan). Our JVM team put my husband and I completely at ease in a very stressful situation. We'll be forever thankful :) read more

victor with JVM lending was so effective with his communication during the entire process of purchasing my first home. he ensured all of my questions were answered and was able to complete the closing process with a very quick turnaround and very competitive offers for lending options. highly recommend him and his team! read more

I used JVM to purchase a house in May 2025. They were very easy to work with. All our communications were handled through email or JVM's website. Their process made it simple to understand each step and what documents were required. If I had questions on weekends or after hours, someone from their team always replied promptly. We did have a situation where the lender who covered the loan (JVM is a middle-man and will sell your loan, just FYI) wanted an impound account, which we declined. JVM covered the cost to have the impound account waived. If you decide to go with JVM, my advice is to shop around. They weren't the cheapest rate at first, but they matched the rate Better offered me. Definitely compare options; JVM will compete for your business. read more

We have used JVM for multiple home purchases and refi's. They are so easy to work with, friendly, competent, always on top of the process and keep it moving forward while being helpful and supportive. We wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you Hannah and Connie and the JVM team. We just closed on our dream/forever home, and we are delighted! read more

JVM helped us with a loan for a first time home purchase for my daughter and son-in-law and they provided us the best service I have ever experienced. I recommend anyone reading this who is looking for a home to look no further. JVM Lending went above and beyond to deliver an efficient and responsive experience for this first-time homebuyer. It was a smooth and positive lending experience with JVM. Victor assisted us with the professionalism throughout the many months it took us to find the right house, with many offers in between. Communications was reliable and friendly. Plus, their online portal made sending documents quite intuitive. Highly recommend working with the team at JVM for your lending needs. read more

I highly recommend working with JVM, especially if you are in a competitive buying situation as their closing timelines are faster than a bank's. We had conversations with multiple lenders before deciding to go with JVM, and they were by far the most responsive. Really important if you are working on a deadline! Their team's communication was clear, concise, and prompt, and they even have agents on call during weekends and holidays. JVM is a mortgage broker, so their rates are generally not as competitive as a bank's, but they provide a much higher level of service. We got pre-approved with JVM and with a large bank, and when we were putting in an offer on a house, the bank went radio silent the day of the offer deadline and didn't get us the information we needed in time. That experience made me doubt whether the bank would be able to close in 21 days like they said. But with JVM's superior service and faster response times, I was confident that JVM would be able to close in 17 days. We ended up going a bit beyond that timeframe, but it was due to an issue on the seller's side that was completely outside of JVM's control. Thank you so much to Hannah, Madeline, Mary, and the rest of the JVM team for your amazing work! read more

OK, Now that I'm in my new condo, I'm going to end this with an update that overall I was not happy with this company, despite Heejin's empty promises. I appreciated her call, and that's why I thought JVM earned a 5-star rating. But at the end of the day, their agents dropped the ball on the First Time Homebuyer program they had me pre-approved under. So when the program ended, I lost my preapproval, and JVM contacted me AFTER the freaking program ended. It pissed me off so badly because guess what - I actually had warning from another company that the program was ending. I knew about that well before hand, and unfortunately, the update was no suprise. And when I had to ask them to re-approve me - it ended up being for LESS! Another huge turn-off...Not to mention, when the interest rate kept creeping up, they never sent me any updates about my status, as promised. And here's the net net: The same condo that I didn't get under JVM - I was able to get by working with SNAPFI! BOOM. Done and done. read more

JVM has been such a breeze to work with. I started out with a few big banks and the process was so clunky and the people were unresponsive when I needed them and too responsive over things I didnt care about. I didnt expect perfection, but I feel like I got it with JVM. read more

JVM lending personnel were all very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend JVM lending!!!

The team at JVM is extremely friendly, responsive, and supportive. We had the pleasure of working with Andrei, Mary, and Heidi, who were all fantastic! They made what could have been a very grueling experience so much easier and smoother for us. We could not have asked for more! Another huge plus was the JVM website/application portal, which is very seamless, and intuitive. There are obviously so many documents needed for the homebuying process, and the website makes it really easy to complete all of the necessary tasks. We closed on our home in about 3 weeks, and it would have been even quicker, had it not been for a delay on our end. We could not be more grateful for our experience with JVM and Andrei specifically, his dedication is unmatched. I would wholeheartedly recommend. read more

The JVM team is a dream to work with. Their service, expertise, and fast communication went beyond anything I could have expected, not simply from a lender, but from any business these days! They gave me great advice based on my finances, were very supportive, and helped me understand the details along the way. They worked seamlessly with my real estate agent, and I developed total trust and confidence in the team. We closed right on time! Highly recommend and I will be working with them again for my next real estate move! read more

They are super helpful, efficient and responsive. Highly recommend. Huge thanks to Victor, Jenna and Erin.

Jvm team was excellent in helping us get our first home. Jvm was recommended by our realtor and we feel very satisfied of our decision and how well jvm did their job. Jvm did their fast 14 days close on our home which was one of the primary reasons seller accepted our offer. I worked with Victor Flynn who is beyond exceptional, very friendly and super helpful. He is always available and ahppy to help. Also engaged with Heidi, Desiree, Hannah who were all very helpful. Definitely recommend JVM. Thanks Jvm team. read more

My experience with JVM Lending was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, their team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the perfect home. read more

Where to start?! Let's start with Hannah P, Connie and Larisa! This team was amazing from the start when we began our hunt for our home. They were consultative and attentive to our questions and concerns. Then, when we were pre-approved, they recommended us to our agents, Kevin Bui and Vivian Ho from #teamfast (which I highly recommend as well)! Throughout the process, Hannah helped us work through numbers to ensure we knew exactly what we were bidding on before we placed a bid. Thank you, Hannah for always getting back to me and accepting that you were on speed dial . After we were approved, Larisa helped with all of the paperwork and keeping us in line to close on time! Such a great team and I'm excited for my friends and family to have the same experience! read more

Everyone on the JVM team is nothing short of excellent. This was my second time working with them to purchase a home. Six years ago, they helped me with my condo purchase. It is refreshing to see that nothing about their overall process or employees have changed. Response times are still amazing, customer service is second to none and they hustle to provide as quick of a close of escrow as humanly possible. Each person I spoke to, from beginning to end, answered every question I had and helped guide me through the very tedious and stressful process. I so appreciate Grant, Larisa and especially Heidi for their helpfulness, knowledge and assistance during my home buying process! I won't hesitate to use them again when I'm ready! read more

Our agent recommended JVM to us for our first home purchase, and I'm so glad we went with them over online banks and bigger corporations. They were very thorough during the application process, so our pre-approval was strong, and they were able to match to a lower rate than originally quoted. Throughout closing, they were emailing us with updates all the time and everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. Best part, we closed in less than 20 days! I'd recommend JVM if you're looking to buy or refinance! read more

Yes, yes, I am a Realtor in the SF East Bay. I work with a lot of great lenders, that do a great work, and come through to save the day and make dreams happen... JVM is one of my creme de la creme lenders. They *consistently* provide GREAT service. They *consistently* have GREAT communication... not just to my buyers, but to me also. I frequently need to get in touch with my buyers's lender to make sure I can make the deal happen and move things along and make sure my buyers close on the home. All my buyers *consistently* love working with them. When, I'm working my sellers to sell their house, I know that if I receive a buyer's offer with a JVM pre-approval letter attached... that buyer is S.O.L.I.D. I can go on and on, but long reviews are boring. Suffice to say... JVM Lending is a freakin' LENDER NINJA. read more

My wife and I were just coming out of a horrendous experience working with BoA on a contract, which we ultimately had to cancel due to their botched appraisal and incompetence. When we eventually found the right house for us, I knew JVM was the lender we would be going with. From initial contact to closing (and even afterwards), the entire JVM team was OUTSTANDING in their communication, service, and pricing!! I was first a little weary when I learned that I would be working with multiple different people at JVM for various aspects of the mortgage process. In the past with other lenders, my transactions were delayed to people not communicating effectively. This was NOT the case with JVM. Every member of the team was on the ball with everything going on and executed their tasks efficiently. When I needed an updated pre-approval letter to submit an offer on a Sunday, someone from JVM's weekend on-call team was able to get me an updated pre-approval letter in about an hour..on a Sunday! The other thing that JVM made painless, was the arduous process of getting all documents over to them. JVM uses an online portal which lists out exactly what they need from you, and allows you to upload documents and keep track of what is still pending. Not only was this efficient, I felt more secure than sending documents with extremely sensitive information over emails, like I've done with other lenders in the past. JVM's speed and organization allowed us to close within 20 days. After we closed, someone reached out to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. They even sent us a small house warming present! read more
