It took 8 months to finally get things on track as the transition was disastrous . We went thru 2 property managers till we got what has been dam near the best with Marcie on the 3rd try (public thanks for all your help righting the ship Marcie you deserve the accolades ) Our associations concerns were addressed by Mr Heuberger directly when we the board identified them in February, even though trial and error have been going on the last 4 months at least I see effort is being made with the payoff of easy street being in sight Accounting for our associations money has been a issue , not that it's missing money but this one part of the management company has been a problem. Me personally I'm writing it off to them not being local to me and in another state (henceforth how our association sharing a similar associations name causing them to use our money to pay a different associations bills which even though it was rectified .... it's the pain of going thru it being the issue)

The new property manager Kathryn Coconato had our 1st meeting on Zoom, rather than in person meetings as Villa Mgt used to do. She was hostile, angry, and offered excuses for the RowCal care team lack of response. This company is the absolute worst.

If you ask any questions about money - LOL You never receive a full breakdown on how money is spent.l Their record keeping is a joke! They are totally disrespectful towards residents, and the Board is not much better. They are supposed to be working for us, never seems that way. Do not buy a home that has Foster Premiere as their property manager.

They mark negative reviews posted by users using screen names instead of their real names as spam…read moreso they do not appear on Google maps. Nothing premiere about Foster. 2.6 decreased rating from 2.7 rating speaks for itself. They do nothing regarding squatter vehicles in neighborhoods they manage. Nothing. The increase rates and then state we don't managed that, that's not our problem; or go to your HOA. Sick and tired of poor snow clearing, letters accusing specific wrongdoing when they are innocent, and repeat offender squatting vehicles. They do nothing to prevent it for example send out email reminders or call the village pd. It isn't up to the residents - we all have to work together. Don't ever live in a community managed by foster. Run far away. This management company is a terrible management company. They do not managed anything. They forget who pays them. They like to flare their muscles at residents who live in their properties. They need to be fired. They aren't held accountable for anything they pretend to manage other than their salaries who they forget who pays them. Run away from any property managed by Foster. They are a typical cook county management association that if you have complaints will manipulate the complaint and spin the rules and regulations in such a way leaving you, the person who files a complaint, in the wrong and the problem. Don't bother. Just another management company that fails to enforce the rules and regulations of associations. Complete bs. If I could give this company negative or zero stars I would.

Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process. In fact, he was a mentor for us, who went to essentially EVERY single house we wanted to see, who gave valuable opinions and insights on every home and even the area where the home was located. He checked in with us and made sure we actually loved the house instead of pushing us towards a home to make a quick sale. Ryan is the kind of real estate agent you would want; patient, will educate you during the whole process, and will ensure you're taken care of during the whole process!

Ryan was down to earth and walked us through each step, always respectful of our situation and perspective while providing honest and insightful counsel. Ryan worked with us even before any formal agreement, advising on remodeling and market value. We had to sell our condo due to unemployment, it was an emotionally difficult process but Ryan and his team were always supportive and compassionate. Ryan went above and beyond in terms of availability and providing hands on help. This process could have been an absolute nightmare with a lesser realtor, but we always felt safe guided by Ryan's expertise.

Rent it way too high for these tiny apartments and being forced to listen to your neighbors. In response to management's comment below, I wish someone had told me about the music and noise issue before I had moved in, even though I asked Isabelle specifically about it when I toured. I'd love to go to bed right now at 10:30pm but I can't with the bass bumping through the wall.

First off, when you first get approved and are able to check out the demo apartment you will probably love it and what not, but that's not what you're getting though. The demo shows the upgraded units however you may not get one as they are occupied.so why show something that isn't even the actual unit one will be getting? When you move in you have a checklist to fill out with any details or damages you may see or find but that's just to let them know about them. When you have an issue, whether is a closet door not closing or jamming you call maintenance but all they do is just literally lift the door and that's it. The issue comes back the same day. Issues "fixed" are not permanent just temporary. Is this what you want? Also the air vents are letting a lot of air escape therefore not flowing properly upstairs. Who installs an air vent right by the entry door?? Of course you're gonna be letting all the cold air out every time the door opens.just terrible planning when they made the units. Additionally you may need a lot of lamps as there is only 3 light fixtures on the whole apartment not including the two bathrooms lights. The closets do have lights but they are not bright and location of lights are bad. On the snowy days, maintenance don't even start plowing until after 8am, most people leave for work earlier than that and the whole parking lot is just an iceberg, I've seen people fall due to the area not getting plowed. Almost as if maintenance wakes up late for work. The headache to just get a response from the office is crazy. 3 girls in the office and only one of them knows her stuff.
