They don't care if your building is riddled with pests or if the roof is literally collapsing which is truly happening in the building I live in which they manage. They really do not care about the condition of the building or the residents that live there as long as they get their monthly check. I strongly urge anyone considering using this company to run in the other direction as fast as you can.
