I believe they have Indian wine and liquor too. The vegetable biryani was delicious too - it's a bit scary that their spicy scale starts at medium and goes up from there, but medium was just fine for me. A kick, but not painful. Going to have to come back to try a curry and another beer since they're so large (both the food and the bottle)!

I ordered what seemed to be a new featured item, a bowl that included your choice of protein in a curry (I got chicken in what I think was Masala), a portion of basmati rice, a nice salad, and a generous dollop of Rita. It was an excellent lunch and a good value at $12. And it was really PRETTY. I like that.

I ordered from the Kid's Menu: Kid's Tikka Curry Bowl (gluten free) with chicken in a mild Tikka Masala curry over basmati rice. Other options are veggies or paneer. Served with a choice of drink. It was a very large portion for a child and great value for an adult: it was only $6.50. I even had some leftovers to take home! Service is very quick. They give you a number to place on the table and personally serve the food. I love the large colorful photos on the walls featuring subjects such as Indian spices, vegetables and a food truck with patrons standing in line to order. I will definitely go back and order from the other options. The Masala Bowl looks great!

We live in South Texas where you can't find Indian food, at least not these days, so it was a super special treat for us as we were visiting Austin. Indian food is one of our faves, so we felt very satisfied and lucky! We highly recommend this restaurant. We had the chicken lollipops, the garlic naan, the butter chicken, and the tikka lamb. We ordered the butter chicken, the mixed meat platter with chicken, lamb, and shrimp, the vegetable samosas, and, of course, a mango lassi. The restaurant was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the service was pleasant. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

It was a little bland and lacked the right amount of filling for a triple layered sandwich. Not worth it. The vada pav stole the show. The patty was so yummy and well cooked. They rub the bun with gun powder and that made it extra special. The chole chaat was authentic and was a perfect blend of spices. The chole was well cooked. The important part of this review should be the price I paid for the entire order. It was just $22 and they do charge like a food-truck instead of restaurant prices! We drove 30 minutes, with the kids, reached there at 11:30a, but no one had even opened the truck yet. They drove up a bit later, shocked to find us waiting (though we had just confirmed with them on the phone 30min prior and their listed time is 11:30a), told us they needed some additional time to unpack the food from their car and setup the truck. Close to noon, they asked us our order again, once again saying it'll just be 5-10 minutes max. At 12:30p, we received our two plates of Idlis. They closed the window so we couldn't even request a status check in between. Thank goodness we had carried snacks with us for the kids. We were curious to try more items on the menu but afraid of the long wait times and inaccurate communication to risk it. Though the freshness of the Idlis is much appreciated, and the sambhar was tasty, this kind of customer experience makes it nearly impossible for us to return. If they had let us know at 11am that they couldn't serve food before 12-12:30p, we would've planned accordingly. Additionally, parking isn't easy here.
