While they offer hands-on adjustments, you can politely decline them if you prefer. Additionally, Corevibe hosts monthly fun pop-up events with various companies, fostering a strong community spirit. They also provide targeted classes for specific muscles and themed classes, such as those inspired by Bieber songs or Leo season energy. One of my favorite things about Corevibe is the stretching and red light mats at the end of each session. They provide a great opportunity to catch your breath and decompress before returning to the world. I've only been doing Pilates this year, but in January, I tried several studios. Honestly such an overdue review. I have been coming since Michelle opened the doors to Corevibe. She has truly worked her magic and created an incredible environment that is so friendly and welcoming. I truly cannot say enough great things about Corevibe. All the coaches are incredible! They are all very encouraging and the classes are all upbeat and challenging in the best way possible (and you always get a bomb playlist). There's always something you can do to tweak a move to get those muscles shaking just a little bit more! Some days classes are full body and other days they're more tailored to specific muscle groups. The entire space is clean, cute and aesthetically pleasing. Michelle even has a little reset and recovery space you can book for some leg compression and red light therapy. Thank you Yelp for introducing me to Corevibe! For the longest time, I was trying to decide on a pilates studio to try out but wasn't sure where to start. After attending a Yelp event with Corevibe back in March, I decided to keep coming back -- and now I'm about to take my 7th class. One of my favorite things about the studio is how clean, calming, and welcoming it feels. The classes are also on the smaller side, which means instructors can give more personalized feedback and help with form throughout class. If you're new to reformer pilates, I think Corevibe is a great place to start. Before this, I had only done mat pilates, and I never felt out of place. The workouts are beginner-friendly but still challenging enough that you feel like you got a great workout in. I think a lot of the classes are core and leg focused and fair warning - you will be super sore (or at least I was haha). I also love that they have a referral program, so if you bring a friend, you both get a free class, which is an amazing way to introduce even more people to the studio!! I was introduced to this studio from a yelp event, and I am so glad I got to try this place out! what makes this studio unique: the ambient lighting in the studio, the red light therapy mats at the end of the session, and they also have other incredible options for recovery in their recovery room! and a plus, theres always the sweet store dog there waiting for pets, as a dog lover, this makes me super happy lol The classes here are actually pretty difficult and will leave you feeling sore like an hour after class. Usually I feel sore a day or two after, but some reason when I take classes here, I feel the burn during session, and after session almost immediately! I've been going to Corevibe Studio for about a month and honestly really love it so far. The instructors are all super kind and welcoming. What stands out most is how much they care about your form. They actually take the time to correct you in a helpful way, which makes a huge difference esp if you're still learning. The workouts are definitely more challenging than any other studio I've been to, which is why I feel like I have a long way to go (in a good way). I always leave class feeling like I got a solid workout in and it really pushes me to improve. I like that it challenges me without feeling discouraging. This was my first experience with any sort of Pilates classes and I had a blast. Definitely coming back for more. Both classes I took (glutes and obliques + full body) were fun and challenging. Both instructors I had (Bri & Melody) made sure to go over the equipment before starting the class which was very helpful as a first timer. Through out the class they also provided guidance and support while making sure to push you in the best way possible. I've been trying a lot of lagree/pilates studios around the Bay Area for the past year, and this one is at the top of my list. I loved the class and felt like I got a great workout. The studio itself was inviting-- I love how the lighting is dimmed a bit so you can really focus on yourself and what you're doing. I also loved the playlist they had on (key to a great workout:)) The instructors (coaches) were attentive and helpful with each move. They noticed where I was struggling with something, and came over to offer adjustments that helped a ton. Also, random note, but the bathroom is very spacious, clean, and only a few steps away from the room the class is in. I've been to a few studios where you had to walk pretty far to use the bathroom, so it was convenient and nice to have it so close by just in case. Michelle as an instructor was great. she is encouraging in a way that really pushes you but also makes you feel safe to do what's right for your body. She's intense. I think she's one of the hardest instructors I've had. Her instructions are very clear and she's on top of making sure each person in that room is doing their best and in their best form. Great impression of her as an instructor. Highly recommend her if you want a kick ass session. The studio is beautiful. The room feels smaller than typical classes, but I actually really like it. Been coming here for a few months now and every class is a great experience! The instructors are very positive and are great about correcting your form (which you can also opt out of if that's not something you want). They also have pretty frequent promotions, like tong sui, matcha, and bingo challenges. Another thing I like is how they rotate their schedule often - there is a lot of diversity in classes which keeps things interesting. I typically love checking out different Pilates studios in the Bay, so I am truly appreciative of the offer. The studio has a clean, cozy vibe with different rooms for their classes. There are small cubbies to leave your shoes and belongings near the front. Plenty of parking in the lot, which is very convenient. I took the abs & glutes focused-class with Michelle, and the workout sequence was gnarly! I like that Michelle was very attentive and walked around to fix our form to feel the stretch/move a lot better. There is also a mirror on one side of the room so you can check out your form. Great music selection, and the room is dimmed with calm ambient lighting. What makes Corevibe different is the red light mats! I liked that they were provided at the end to help with cool down stretches and recovery. As a first timer in this studio, I did find it a little difficult to follow how to set it up, but Michelle was great with facilitating what to do. I really enjoyed it so I came back. Easy parking. Small and intimate - nicely decorated to give off a relaxing vibe. I have had two instructors and both were great. They will come around and adjust your form. This is a huge reason I prefer work out classes as I need the instruction and don't want to get injured. Plenty of parking spaces outside this old looking plaza. Parking lot needs huge tree maintenance though. Sweet Poppy/the dog was guarding the front door. Long hallway with high ceiling was perfect area to leave shoes and belongings. Simple set up. For someone like myself who has never tried pilates, but goes to another yoga/boxing/weight lifting gym nearby, this was an eye opener. It wasn't too stressful either. Holistic approach and slow moving to help with correct postures/body form/balance. Great for bone strengthening and body movement exercises. Lots of unique exercises/stretching/moving/holding/repeats. I really thought that pilates would be a huge challenge for me, but it wasn't. Machines may seem hard to use for newbies, but it was well organized with good instructions provided throughout the session. Red light mats for yoga at the end helped cool down and calming of body. First free class with Bri was enjoyable. Lighting and space made a huge difference in the way I felt. Calming, motivating, soothing, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Mood was good for mind and body indeed. Buy 1 get 1 free for $36 looks tempting since I don't live nearby. 1st month 4 class introduction $108 promotion looks awesome too. People pay a lot more elsewhere, especially in San Jose. AVOID. I had my worst experience ever for Pilate class. I arrive on time at exactly 12:30, door closed , bell ring doesn't work and I am standing outside for my 12:30 class. No one answers call. No one answers bell. They say within 10 min is grace period and use the bell ring but it did not work. I also keep knocking and nobody cares. read more

I had my first class at Corevibe with Bri! It was a ABs and thighs focused class and oh boy did I feel it! I have only done a similar type of class twice before so I am truly a novice and I found bre super helpful, welcoming and supportive as we worked through the moves together. I liked that bre was hands on with me and helped adjust me as needed (not a common practice as I've begun to learn, and of course with your permission). Bri has a positive energy to her that made class so much more enjoyable despite how difficult it was personally for me! I loved that she took the time to learn our names as well. The studio itself is super clean and uses different technology that I was unfamiliar with to help overall health. I liked that there was a cool down session after as well! It felt like every move and every exercise we did was very intentional and well thought out with a more holistic approach. I would definitely recommend! Even if you're starting out (like me!) It was a great intimate session and Lindsay was hands on with fixing my form throughout class. There were some moves that I was not used to but it was still a good challenge. What's unique about this studio is they do high-intensity pilates with an added benefit of color therapy lighting, so your body feels amazing afterwards! I've been wanting to try reformer Pilates for a bit as someone who does barre usually. At Corevibe I tried the glutes and abs class as well as the arm and back class. I actually left the first (glutes/abs) class wondering if I did it right cuz I wasn't initially super sore but MAN I was wrong. My core was on fire for the next FOUR DAYS!! It was amazing. CoreVibe is exactly what it states in the name.. a VIBE! Michelle (the studio owner) is so kind, full of knowledge & also very responsive to questions. Not to mention, she is very welcoming! I am new to this type of HIIT Pilates training, and I'm happy that I was attended this studio for my first time! I really liked the fact that the instructor offered hands on adjustments (if you like hands on adjustments, this is optional) and also the instructor of the class I took, Bri, was very motivating! I also enjoyed the red light stretching / cool down as part of the class. Really separates the studio from others. I can tell this is a very close team of instructors wanting the best for the community in getting the practices that they want to perform. There's plenty of parking. So no need to worry about that at all! I took a class this morning with Michelle and had a great time. I do Lagree classes on a regular basis and have done Solidcore before, and this is pretty similar. There's a focus on red light therapy and color theory, and you lay on red light mats at the end of session to recover. The class was very challenging, even though I'm used to doing similar workouts. I think in general it's good to switch things up a bit to challenge your body. Michelle was great at correcting form and encouraging everyone, and her cues were very clear. The studio is really nice and actually more spacious than I was expecting. There's lots of parking outside, too. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a low impact, high intensity strength workout. read more

What finally got me in the studio was their $15 Community Classes! Such a great way for new students to get introduced to the studio while training new teachers. The studio itself is gorgeous. The dimmer lighting helps me to focus on my movements, and the playlists are always fire. The machines are pretty close to each other so it feels like I can touch my neighbor on some moves. Due to this, it can also be difficult for the instructors to get to you for hands-on corrections but they do their best to get around the room and give verbal corrections. This studio has so many offerings that keep things fresh and interesting. From collabs with other businesses, to themed classes and spring challenges, there is no monotony around here. Pricing is comparative to other studios in the area. I'm grateful for the multiple new client packages they offer so that I could really get comfortable with the studio. I also appreciate the class packages in case I'm not ready to commit to a membership! A special shoutout to Coach Gigi! She taught the first ever fitness class I took and was the primary reason I kept returning to Corevibe.
