This was my first experience with any sort of Pilates classes and I had a blast. Definitely coming back for more. Both classes I took (glutes and obliques + full body) were fun and challenging. Both instructors I had (Bri & Melody) made sure to go over the equipment before starting the class which was very helpful as a first timer. Through out the class they also provided guidance and support while making sure to push you in the best way possible. The reformers are kept clean, the music is fabulous, and they also have a red light mat for your cool down at the end which was a neat touch that I wasn't expecting. I totally loved the classes and the vibe of the studio. Core vibe is a perfect name!

I've been trying a lot of lagree/pilates studios around the Bay Area for the past year, and this one is at the top of my list. I loved the class and felt like I got a great workout. The studio itself was inviting-- I love how the lighting is dimmed a bit so you can really focus on yourself and what you're doing. I also loved the playlist they had on (key to a great workout:)) The instructors (coaches) were attentive and helpful with each move. They noticed where I was struggling with something, and came over to offer adjustments that helped a ton. Also, random note, but the bathroom is very spacious, clean, and only a few steps away from the room the class is in. I've been to a few studios where you had to walk pretty far to use the bathroom, so it was convenient and nice to have it so close by just in case. Overall, beautiful studio and solid class.

Michelle as an instructor was great. she is encouraging in a way that really pushes you but also makes you feel safe to do what's right for your body. She's intense. I think she's one of the hardest instructors I've had. Her instructions are very clear and she's on top of making sure each person in that room is doing their best and in their best form. Great impression of her as an instructor. Highly recommend her if you want a kick ass session. The studio is beautiful. The room feels smaller than typical classes, but I actually really like it. It feels more intimate without feeling stuffy. It is well air-conditioned. The bathrooms are clean modern mirrors. There's a water dispenser and cups for you.

Lovely studio!! Michelle (owner) invited me via Yelp message for a free class. It was the start of the new year 2026 and I'm glad I got to check it out. I typically love checking out different Pilates studios in the Bay, so I am truly appreciative of the offer. The studio has a clean, cozy vibe with different rooms for their classes. There are small cubbies to leave your shoes and belongings near the front. Plenty of parking in the lot, which is very convenient. I took the abs & glutes focused-class with Michelle, and the workout sequence was gnarly! I like that Michelle was very attentive and walked around to fix our form to feel the stretch/move a lot better. There is also a mirror on one side of the room so you can check out your form. Great music selection, and the room is dimmed with calm ambient lighting. What makes Corevibe different is the red light mats! I liked that they were provided at the end to help with cool down stretches and recovery. As a first timer in this studio, I did find it a little difficult to follow how to set it up, but Michelle was great with facilitating what to do. The studio has a lot of first time offer deals, so if you're interested, definitely check it out.

Amazing. Michelle/owner invited me via Yelp message for the free trial. Glad I stopped by after vacation today to check it out. Yummy workouts. Felt great! Prices are good too. Plenty of parking spaces outside this old looking plaza. Parking lot needs huge tree maintenance though. Sweet Poppy/the dog was guarding the front door. Long hallway with high ceiling was perfect area to leave shoes and belongings. Simple set up. For someone like myself who has never tried pilates, but goes to another yoga/boxing/weight lifting gym nearby, this was an eye opener. It wasn't too stressful either. Holistic approach and slow moving to help with correct postures/body form/balance. Great for bone strengthening and body movement exercises. Lots of unique exercises/stretching/moving/holding/repeats. I really thought that pilates would be a huge challenge for me, but it wasn't. Machines may seem hard to use for newbies, but it was well organized with good instructions provided throughout the session. Red light mats for yoga at the end helped cool down and calming of body. First free class with Bri was enjoyable. Lighting and space made a huge difference in the way I felt. Calming, motivating, soothing, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Mood was good for mind and body indeed. Buy 1 get 1 free for $36 looks tempting since I don't live nearby. 1st month 4 class introduction $108 promotion looks awesome too. People pay a lot more elsewhere, especially in San Jose. Love my old town Sunnyvale. Would I revisit? Possibly. I just have to commute over here. Decent pilates studio. Great experience!

Great class and super easy to find parking! Went to a Sunday class taught by Bri and loved her playlist and how she went around trying to correct people's form. Got a good workout, and thinking about a class pack now :).

Michelle, the owner reached out to me via yelp message to try out a class and it was a must as I love checking out workout studios and modalities. I arrived for a sculpt legs and abs class and Michelle's dog, Poppy came out and greeted me! Poppy was very adorable and needed lots of pets. Michelle gave me a warm welcome and showed me around the studio. It's a nice space and a comfortable night club meets fitness vibes. There's 11 reformers and the instruction and cues are very well given so itms easy to know what to do. The class was certainly challenging in the best of ways and I could feel my body was working and getting stronger. It's a high energy environment with low impact exercises that really tone and strengthen. I also loved the red light mats used at the end to further the recovery afterwards. I met some other people in the class and everyone's quite friendly. I like the tight knit community this group clearly has. Highly recommend coming through!

The vibes of this studio definitely stand out! It reminds me of Bodyrok but calmer. I know it's a newer studio but they have gotten all aspects of an immaculate experience down, from the music to the instructor! I took a class from Bri and boy was she challenging! She left me breaking a sweat and my lower body quivering! If you enjoy slow paced but high intensity, this is the class for you! I hope they will be on classpass soon so i can book the classes! I love that it's so close to work too!

I had my first class at Corevibe with Bri! It was a ABs and thighs focused class and oh boy did I feel it! I have only done a similar type of class twice before so I am truly a novice and I found bre super helpful, welcoming and supportive as we worked through the moves together. I liked that bre was hands on with me and helped adjust me as needed (not a common practice as I've begun to learn, and of course with your permission). Bri has a positive energy to her that made class so much more enjoyable despite how difficult it was personally for me! I loved that she took the time to learn our names as well. The studio itself is super clean and uses different technology that I was unfamiliar with to help overall health. I liked that there was a cool down session after as well! It felt like every move and every exercise we did was very intentional and well thought out with a more holistic approach. I would definitely recommend! Even if you're starting out (like me!) I was SWEATING!

Had the pleasure of taking Michelle's glute and obliques class. I love the atmosphere of this studio as they added so much attention to detail with different light therapy. They also provide a red light mat for a red light therapy recovery session at the end of each class. Each class holds about 10 participants at a time. I love smaller classes as it allows a more personal experience, and that is exactly what I got with Michelle. She helped guided me the entire class and consistently helped me make sure I was in the correct form to maximize the workout along with preventing injury

Had a lovely first session here at Corevibe! I took the 11:30am class with Lindsay (obliques and legs) and I was the only person there alongside with the owner Michelle. It was a great intimate session and Lindsay was hands on with fixing my form throughout class. There were some moves that I was not used to but it was still a good challenge. I tried my best to push myself through the 45 minutes and felt successful in the end. At the end of class we did red light therapy as well which I have never done before! I also really enjoyed the colored lights in the room, very relaxing and calming. I was also given a body wipe which was very much needed. Super sweet of them! The studio is large, has an area for recovery, some bathroom amenities, and water refill station! Currently first class is $25 and the studio still offers buy 1 get 1 class free! There is plenty of parking outside!

This studio is not only one of the most aesthetically pleasing spaces, the workout is also super challenging and fun! What's unique about this studio is they do high-intensity pilates with an added benefit of color therapy lighting, so your body feels amazing afterwards! They even provide red light mats for stretching afterwards, and have other recovery options normatec compression and a recovery room. Vera was an amazing instructor, providing hands-on correction and encouragement. I wish I found out about this studio sooner! I highly recommend taking a class here. They have a buy one class, get one free deal for $36

CoreVibe is exactly what it states in the name.. a VIBE! Michelle (the studio owner) is so kind, full of knowledge & also very responsive to questions. Not to mention, she is very welcoming! I am new to this type of HIIT Pilates training, and I'm happy that I was attended this studio for my first time! I really liked the fact that the instructor offered hands on adjustments (if you like hands on adjustments, this is optional) and also the instructor of the class I took, Bri, was very motivating! I also enjoyed the red light stretching / cool down as part of the class. Really separates the studio from others. I can tell this is a very close team of instructors wanting the best for the community in getting the practices that they want to perform. There's plenty of parking. So no need to worry about that at all! It's also located off the Lawrence expressway exit- kinda tucked away, so for your first time going to the studio, I would recommend 10ish minutes to give yourself to find your way and to be on time to the class. Trust me, every minute of the class is worth it and you don't want to miss it! I will be coming back for more classes! So happy that I discovered Corevibe Studio only 0.5mile from where I live!!

What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but I experience this at my local studio and I was looking for this in the Bay Area when I visit family, so I wanted to believe a studio like this existed up here... AND IT DID--RIGHT HERE!!! I actually really liked the 2fer intro package as it allowed 2 different opportunities to try diff teachers and to see if the 2nd time was equally as good (or worse?) than my 1st visit...and both times were equally exceptional. Both teachers (Jessica, Hannah) asked if I was new as I was not a familiar face and ensured to monitor and assist me throughout the class, and yes they were indeed accountable for their words. The instructors also do a great job managing the room by walking and demo'ing each movement wherever the majority of the class is facing forward. The curriculum itself never felt like a cookie cutter robotic template the instructors were reciting off the top of their head. The pilates exercises were very diverse and we utilized the machine from all possible angles. Lastly I was fortunate to speak w/ one of the owners on the phone before my first visit to get a feel for the studio. He was very friendly and helpful with information to know before my first visit, and it truly helped prepare me to have a positive first visit experience.
