Now that I'm almost 800 classes in since June 2021, I think it's safe to say that I basically live here now. This studio and its wonderful instructors has been a transformational force in my life, both physically and mentally. Thanks to Club Pilates, I am currently in the best shape of my adult life - better even than age 18 - and I'm approaching my mid-40's. My blood pressure is extremely low, I was able to hit a BMI that is 3 full points below my initial "unattainable" goal, and all of my childhood hyper-mobility is back. I literally feel like I have aged backwards. Best of all, I have met so many amazing people and have made so many friendships that have enriched my life outside of studio time. Just a few instructors to seek out if you sign up: Laura: Take her intro classes first if you're brand new! I'm so glad I did when I first started. She taught me everything I know about form and spinal placement. Very beginner-friendly, but regardless of your level, you will definitely get a full-body workout every time. Olivera: Her classes hit a sweet spot for me with pacing and variety, and I'm constantly learning new ways to use the equipment from her. She taught me everything I know about the chair and TRX. Jessica: Stick Time at 6am twice a week transformed my abs, and I have never laughed so much in class! She builds a fun rapport with us and has a regular early morning crowd that is super fun. Her playlists are so coordinated with her choreo that you'll find yourself "dancing on the ceiling" with feet in straps. Yunee, Pallavi, Ella, Nicole, and Alejandra: All highly skilled and kind instructors and you will get an excellent workout every single time! My schedule doesn't always align so I don't get to take as many classes with them as I would like to, but I really enjoy their teaching styles and they each challenge me to push past my limits and strive for improvement. I am so thankful for this studio and I feel like I have a second family here. If you're skeptical about trying reformer Pilates, come here and work out with us! New people are always welcomed and it's a very non-competitive environment. I'm always happy to accompany anyone to their free intro class who needs extra support to get started. Can't wait to hit my 1,000th class milestone in a couple of months!

They are very rude here. When you check in to a free into class, they make you buy socks for over $20. They don't have sizes.

It does get busy because there are other businesses there but I've never had trouble finding parking. Before you start your first class, they have you try a starter class to get introduced to the equipment and what Pilates is about so it's not too daunting on your first day. I've had the pleasure of taking Nicole's classes and she's an amazing instructor. I appreciate how she takes the time to learn everyone's name. Auto-Renewal: Every monthly class(4 or 8 classes) forces you into an auto-renewal subscription buried in checkout, with no clear one-time option. No Renewal Notice: They send emails for feedback but none before charging your card again. Difficult Cancellation: You can't cancel online. My email request was ignored, and I ultimately had to cancel in person. Wonderful instructors, but the studio ruins the experience with deceptive billing. If you buy a pass, assume it will auto-renew until you cancel through multiple channels. Rating: 5/5 for instructors, 0/5 for financial transparency and billing service.

I live in SF and make it a point to visit AquaPie 1-2 times a week for a combination of private and group Pilates as well as CoreAlign classes. The progress she's helped me make motivated my parents to come see Mystie. They are past retirement age and suffer from chronic back pain. Mystie works with a spectrum of clients with various issues and knows how to approach everyone gently & effectively. She's also bilingual, which is great for my Korean speaking parents. Many of her clients (myself included) have sought out Mystie and her integrated approach to address chronic pain issues. I walk away from each class more educated about physiology and how a healthy body should feel. Mystie has found a way to make classes both challenging AND enjoyable! The classes are small so you get individual attention and Mystie offers custom modifications that suits your level. Whether you're looking for a new way to be more mindful of your body, a pain sufferer trying to gain strength + reduce pain or a workout warrior looking to shake up your fitness routine, you're in great hands at AquaPie.

What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but I experience this at my local studio and I was looking for this in the Bay Area when I visit family, so I wanted to believe a studio like this existed up here... AND IT DID--RIGHT HERE!!! I actually really liked the 2fer intro package as it allowed 2 different opportunities to try diff teachers and to see if the 2nd time was equally as good (or worse?) than my 1st visit...and both times were equally exceptional. Both teachers (Jessica, Hannah) asked if I was new as I was not a familiar face and ensured to monitor and assist me throughout the class, and yes they were indeed accountable for their words. The instructors also do a great job managing the room by walking and demo'ing each movement wherever the majority of the class is facing forward. The curriculum itself never felt like a cookie cutter robotic template the instructors were reciting off the top of their head. The pilates exercises were very diverse and we utilized the machine from all possible angles. Lastly I was fortunate to speak w/ one of the owners on the phone before my first visit to get a feel for the studio. He was very friendly and helpful with information to know before my first visit, and it truly helped prepare me to have a positive first visit experience.

I walked in for a pilates mat class and walked out with a free one-OH YAH! I arrived a bit early to check out the digs. Bridget was kind enough to give me a tour and inspire me to work hard! It was cool and I assume great for personal training. After my "tour," Bridget set up me up right in front. "Up here" I asked? She smiled, handed me the equipment I needed and wished me good luck.
