The instructor for our class was great! The intro class is again, very similar to the Club Pilates intro class where they basically just show you the basics of the reformer, although I will say this class was longer than the one at Club Pilates and felt closer an actual class. There is a pretty big (but busy) parking lot since it's in the same strip mall as Apna Bazar and Felipe's Market. I think that is why her class gets full so fast. I was taking the pilates class here everyday during the summer when I was pregnant a couple years ago. Mystie works with a spectrum of clients with various issues and knows how to approach everyone gently & effectively. She's also bilingual, which is great for my Korean speaking parents. Many of her clients (myself included) have sought out Mystie and her integrated approach to address chronic pain issues. I would not recommend this class for a beginner due to the corporate direction that instructors do not provide any feedback on form correction or pacing. Even though I frequent Pilates classes, sometimes I find myself rushing through exercises. It'd be useful to hear instructors assist class members in their workouts. It's still a good workout and involves a lot of reformer work as well as floor work!

What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

This will not be traditional Pilates, but with a traditional reformer, which is much better than a megaformer. Heavier weights so you will feel the burn. Slow counts and movements. Lots in hands and knees. I think I miss the footwork the most from a traditional studio, but I'll go to those classes elsewhere. They have childcare, lockers, hair ties if needed.
