I was initially on a 4 pack, but enjoyed my workout so much I decided to get an unlimited membership. I've taken Slow Flow, Mobility, Restore, and Sculpt & Flow and all of them are amazing for the body. Since I've written about my experience on Google Maps already, I'll write about my new one today when I took a Sculpt & Flow class with Mary recently and she was so nice! She saw me and recognized that I haven't taken a class with her yet, and she spent a lot of time before class to talk to me about what to expect and also encouraged me a lot, since I was really nervous. She even checked in on me after class too! Her attention to her students and knowing them by name makes it feel so much like a community. Also shoutout to the front desk who I approached and asked about Sculpt & Flow before the class too. Before class while waiting for the studio to be cleaned she also spoke with me about what weight to choose, and even went to the back with me and helped me find what I need. I haven't done yoga in years much less in a class format, but the community and everyone makes it so much easier to get into it :)

They are attentive and very accomodating. I'm working w/ Tiffany who has been a great instructor. She is very meticulous, listens to feedback and adjusts the exercises appropriately. Everyone here is so nice, the gym and bathrooms are clean, and I have had a great experience overall so far. I will say parking on a Saturday morning is tough because the farmers market is right down the street, but I've never not been able to find a spot within 2 mins walking distance. The space is lovely and spotless, the teachers are amazing, it's Pilates with a cardio kick, different levels of difficulty (Stretch, Strength, Sweat) but you always get a good workout and a great stretch. It was challenging at first because I had always considered myself to have two left feet. Attending Shannon's Zumba class twice a week, made me feel like I was improving. I started gaining confidence and each time I was enjoying her classes more. Shannon is easy to follow and conveys great energy and vibes. I have always had a great time taking her Zumba classes. I also attended her Strong class, which combines HIIT synchronized with music, exercises with light hand weights and exercises on a mat to build core. Shannon makes look like it's easy to do but it's actually challenging, you get a workout at a really good level. She is an amazing fitness instructor. I love that she always lets you know how to do the exercises in the right posture to avoid injuring yourself, how you should manage your breathing and what muscles you are working out. She is very professional. Shannon really cares about her customers, she listens to you and advise you in case you ask for guidance or let her know your concerns. It definitely was great to start with her a new way to take care of myself while having fun.

I attended Align Flo (the studio's intro class) with Charlene today and I really enjoyed it! The…read morestudio is very chic and cute (new floor smell, birchwood reformers from Balanced Body with white cushions, baby blue exercise balls and bands, slippers for when you need to go to the bathroom). The Align Flo class was exactly as advertised: a slow-paced intro to reformer Pilates that still works out your core and gives you a solid taste of what Pilates is like. The studio is small, there are 8 reformers total and 4 Cadillacs (my 7 AM class only had 4 or 5 attendees, so the class was very small). As far as I can tell, the style of Pilates is pretty classical: there's an emphasis on syncing movement with breath, an overall slow pace, attention to form. There is some mid-tempo music playing in the background, but the emphasis is on the instructor and what you're doing, which I really like. Charlene gave students individual corrections as needed. Would definitely go again!

Peyton was our instructor, and she was incredible--so motivating and really helped me stay present in the moment. I enjoyed it so much that I immediately signed up for the 3-class trial for $36. My second class was Sculpt & Flow with Peyton again. She was amazing as always--be prepared to drench in sweat, but you feel fantastic afterward! For my third class, I tried Anyssa's class, and she was equally wonderful. Both instructors bring such a great vibe, making you feel welcomed and completely comfortable, even if you're new. I just wish their room is a little bit bigger because the room gets packed and also wish they had a shower...would be useful after drenched in sweat and if you're planning to go somewhere after. They do hand out cold cleansing towel after class! Plus a refill station which is awesome. Special shoutout to Natalie, the yoga advisor, who was so polite and kind throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back.

I've taken Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restore, and Sculpt. Power Flow and Sculpt are definitely more challenging and are great when I'm in the mood for something that feels a bit more like a Pilates-style workout, while Slow Flow and Restore offer a more traditional yoga experience. One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming and respectful the studio is. The staff are always kind, and the instructors bring such positive energy to every class. Even when classes are full, the studio never feels overcrowded. There's always enough space between me and my neighbors. I'm usually not a fan of heated workouts, but for the heated classes, the temperature here feels very manageable. Unlike some other studios I've tried, I never felt dizzy or nauseous from the heat. I also love how thoughtful they are about consent and personal preferences. They provide cards that allow you to indicate whether or not you'd like hands-on adjustments from the instructors. At the end of class, instructors ask us to wave if you prefer not to have the scented towel (usually lavender or citrus) waved over you. The instructors also celebrate class milestones and make everyone feel recognized (I got a shout-out after completing my third class!). These small details really show how much they care about creating a comfortable environment for everyone. Overall, I love the variety of classes, the supportive instructors and staff, the emphasis on consent and comfort, and the cleanliness of the studio. Highly recommend!
