I did some research ahead of time, but after chatting with Brian at SDHS, I knew I found an honest dealer that I felt very comfortable moving forward with. Transparency from the beginning coupled with excellent customer service was our experience. We were walked through every aspect, given options, and ultimately went with the floor model. NO REGRETS! From the excellent delivery coordination with the store's team and Bob's Crane, to the follow up after we were up and running, the process was smooth. I use it most days, love every minute of it, was never misled and if we ever move, I WILL go through SDHS again. It's a pool, a treadmill, hot tub, happy place. If you're on the fence, go for it! You won't be disappointed!

We were met with Rigo who walked us around and showed us all they had to offer. They had much better built spa's at around the same prices of all the other guys. So after some talking, we picked one out and signed some papers. Delivery day!!! Two weeks later Roger (and team) showed up with our new spa! Roger and the guys were very professional, unloaded our new spa and put it right where we wanted it. They cleaned up all the trash and ran us through what chemicals to add to the spa once we fill it up, after the electric it connected. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later.... Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left. So far so good! I haven't had any issue with the team we worked with and would recommend when you go in to ask for Rigo & Thanks again to Roger (and his team) and Nash for all your help!

The service was fast, friendly, and affordable--exactly what I needed. I just have never experienced this level of customer service for anything - now I'm a die-hard fan of Discount Pool Supply ( who would have guessed?) They are legit!

Between warranty issues, repeated fees for service calls, and commitments that were made but ultimately not honored, I found it increasingly difficult to get concerns resolved. I reached out directly to Ryan to address these issues and never received a response. If you must do business here, I would try to work with on of their other associates. To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend San Diego Hot Springs and would encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider the level of post-sale support they may receive.
