    Sunshine Panini Ham.

April 30/2023: This was a terrible experience from a bad Cora's Restaurant & franchisee. The food was totally slow & just luke warm when arrived. I decided not to say anything cause the place was busy. It took us 45 minutes to finally get our food. When we did get it, it wasn't great (see pic". The Ham Sunshine Panini ($17.25) was low quality food stuff which equals low quality meal. That's what this was. The place was absolutely filthy! There was green mold in the men's bathroom urinal! The sink was brown with dirt too. The restaurant itself was no better. Squished food on the floor & utensils that I had to clean myself & a smashed exterior Cora's sign in front. This should have told me what to expect but I went in anyway which I shouldn't have done! My server (Chai L.) was polite but worked to the bone. Location was grossly understaffed. Listen up people....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID until ownership gets the message to improve! This is a "never again", from me!!

Had an early appointment and was pretty hungry after I was finished. It was almost 11am, and it was time for some brunch with my little family, so we stopped by here on a friday. It was pretty busy on a friday, which was surprising cause I just always assume this place was dead most the time. Anyway, we were greeted and seated right away, and our server came and got us our menus and asked what drink we would like. He got our drinks quickly, and we were ready to order. I got the crepe burrito and mr. Tran got himself the Cora's breakfast. Didn't take too long for our orders to come out, and my crepe burrito was delicious. Cheesy eggy goodness with a side of salsa and dollop of sour cream, with the usual home fries. Our server was super attentive and came often to check up on us, which was appreciated. Toddler enjoyed the fruits that came with the Cora's breakfast. mr. Tran enjoyed his meal as he was the only one able to finish his plate. Consistency is there and so is service, will definitely come again.

I've been coming here for brunch for years and it's the same routine each time -- I never know what to order 'cause everything looks so good..so I always try to order something different :p The portion here is always so generous and delicious and the servers are attentive.

We went before noon on a Sunday, there's a line up due to short staff and they did warn us about the wait time and longer service which I think it's a great idea they did that. They have great presentation for the food, very colourful and tasted great. The portion is pretty big too and I think the price is fair. But this time, the potato was not browned and didn't have any taste so need to add salt and pepper. The service was okay due to short staff. The food was okay, it was good that they were served with lots of fresh fruit.

Here to visit from Ohio to see family! It's hard to find some good food places that really catch attention and it rememberable. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm up here. Food was absolutely incredible. Service was amazing. Would 100% go here!

I always like Cora's food but this place is getting worst and worst. They are expensive! And the food is not so good anymore. For the price they charge, I expect good food and service. My breakfast came with rotten strawberries and dry cantaloupe. It was nasty. And also the portion is getting smaller and smaller. Many times the hollandaise sauce on my dish is ridiculously little. When u ask for more, they want u to pay extra for that. So bad. And the service is bad. Actually service is always bad. There is this Chinese waitress who never smile and talk to you in a very rush, unwelcome and rude way. Everytime I go, I wish I don't get her as my server but somehow I always ended up with her. It is terrible. I really hope u can improve and take a look at your food and customer service, and not just blinding grabbing money from your customers cause you think we don't have many breakfast choices in the area.

With Markham reopening, there are so many people eating outside. Many restaurants has a "patio". Cora's has a few tables on the sidewalk in front of their restaurant. It's fairly spaced out, and no need any reservations. Food is average but the fact that you don't have to book in advance and with little lineup, it's worth the brunch getaway!! Ordered eggs Benedict and French toast! Best thing is that it comes with so much fruits!! Service is friendly!!

Haven't been to Cora's for at least 5 years.. Decor: 2/5 - I don't see any renovations or up keep. Looks the same as i saw it 5 years ago and the place is starting to have a bad / stale smell. Floors are dirty, Not the cleanest place. Food: 2/5 - Menu hasn't changed much either aside from adding some wraps and sandwiches. Fruit garnishes are just too much. I mean, they must have had to handle my fruits alot to curve out some of the designs. Im not into that and didn't eat any fruits that looks like its been over handled. Service: 3.5/5 - Our server was nice, but when he placed the food on the table, there just was no intent. Just placed stuff at the edge of the table for us to sort out. Washroom: 2/5 - again, nothing changed, just getting older and smellier Overall: 2.5 stars

CORA'S paul wants it all . 4/5 . They offers breakfast and lunch menu items with a ton of combinations. The dish featured is served with 2 eggs (your choice), bacon and potatoes served with half a waffle, garnished with fresh fruit and English cream Cora-style. I really liked the idea of mixing sweet and savoury for this brunch item! . $14.15

Growing up, I never appreciated Cora's, thought everything was more expensive than it's competitors. Now a grown woman that does her own groceries and cannot happily down a hangover calorie galore of sausage & potatoes, I understand that I the value of Cora brunches are many from the extensive use of fruits. That said, the quality of the fruits and breakfast items are okay. The berries have the odd one that is too overly ripe. Eggs, meat and potatoes are just usual date, nothing to write home about. Their service though needs a lot of help. Staff is alright be but way too understaffed for busy Sunday brunch service. You often need to chase it wait excessively for simple things you expect, like water or jam for your bread. Overall, I find quality and value on par with other large brunch franchises like eggsmart and sunset grill, but with more healthier options. Not comparable with fancy brunch cafes in the area, but not bad when you're just looking for a casual weekend brunch.

Went on a weekday just before lunch time. It looked like there were only 2 servers working which could account for the slightly slow service but our server was very nice and welcoming. I had the Mountain of Fresh Fruit Waffle. The custard they put on it was better than expected - it was light and refreshing. My mom had the Brunch Burger from the kids/teen menu. It was difficult to eat as it came apart very easily. Overall, both orders were nothing special other than being expensive for what you get.

Initially we were going for the idea of breakfast, but timing was a bit off from what we anticipated and it was a really nice lunch date instead. I love the Markham Marriott, the staff is always warm and welcoming. Draco has a very sleek, sophisticated and cozy atmosphere. We both ordered Bacon & Cheddar burgers. I opted for a Caesar salad as an appetizer and hubby ordered their Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak. Let's start with the apps. The Caesar salad was SO good! I wish I had taken a pic, but admittedly, my phone was tucked away and I was caught up in the cozy seating, great food and Christmas vibes of the restaurant and lobby. Grilled Wagyu Flat Iron Steak: $33 - Buttercup Squash Puree and Truffle Oil - Everything you want Wagyu to be - tender, cooked to the perfect temp which left a nice warm red centre. This was melt in your mouth good! The burgers - these were perfection! Draco Bacon Cheddar Burger: $25 - Aged Cheddar with Crispy Bacon Strips; Crispy Onion Straws, Arugula and Garlic Aioli. This was a very well seasoned patty, so juicy and a substantial sized patty of fresh not frozen beef. The bun was lightly toasted, bacon crispy, easily taking this into my top 3 fav spots for burgers! Options for sides include fries, sweet potato fries, poutine, side Caesar or garden salad or truffle fries. We finished off our meal with 2 really good cappuccinos and just took our time before heading home. This was our first time back here in a few years. The food was exceptional as was the service and the warm staff. Draco is the perfect spot for an early morning breakfast, work or lunch date or a nice cozy dinner. They also have Christmas & New Years dinners and brunches. Relax in the restaurant with drinks or in the adjacent lounge, this is a great spot to unwind with some great food and drinks.

I ordered their chicken kaarage with mochi waffles. The chicken was fried with a light batter. Crispy on the outside and the meat (chicken thigh) was moist and juicy. The waffles were crispy and chewy and stretchy with a hint of sweetness. The yuzu sauce was refreshing paired well with chicken. The dish came with a side of salad which helped balance out the heaviness of the fried chicken and mochi. We also ordered their pistachio souflle pancake and it was delectable. It was light, airy and fluffy. The pistachio sauce was creamy, nutty and aromatic without being too sweet. I also liked how it came with fruits on the side. I also ordered their hojicha latte, which was one of the best ones I've had. It was smooth, creamy, and had just the right amount of tea flavor. The milk foam had the perfect velvety texture and it came with a pretty latte art. Overall, I really enjoyed the brunch they offer here. It is a pretty simple cafe, so don't expect it to be all decked out because it's not those instagramable cafes. But the food were solid and it's a great option for a small group brunch as they don't have many tables and they don't have large tables at all (the best is to 4 people or less). Staff is very limited but it could be because we went on a Thursday and it wasn't busy. They have a QR code for you to scan and you can order directly from there and food came fairly quickly shortly after we placed our order. I would definitely return when I'm back in town.

Hoping to get ahead of it, I requested the kitchen make it "more saucy." That was a huge mistake. Instead of actual sauce, it tasted like they literally just dumped water into the dish to thin it out. What arrived was a bland, watery, and completely tasteless mess. It was so flavorless that I had to aggressively add my own salt and pepper just to make it palatable. The photo speaks volumes--it was completely ruined. The service was cold and entirely hands-off. Our waitress took our order and then performed a total disappearing act. She never checked back in on us to see how the food was, and we literally never saw her again for the rest of our meal. The Verdict Between a ruined $22.50 plate of pasta and non-existent service, this place is a hard pass. Will not be returning for brunch.
