I came here one morning to get my graduation announcements printed. The paper I wanted to use was already folded into quarters and I was hoping that someone could help me out. When I walked in both of the employees there were busy helping other customers. I waited on the side and eventually someone came to assist. He told me that I would have to use their computer to position the writing to fit the paper. Someone was already using their computer for facebook and they told me to wait. I probably waited for about 10 minutes until someone else came back and said in a frustrated tone "we don't have time for this, we're too busy. come back later". I felt as if my situation was of little concern to them. I think they should have asked the girl who was using facebook on their computer to politely move aside while I quickly made adjustments to my writing. Both employees seemed flustered, running around the store only to help 2 other people; one of which went behind the counter to do something herself. I left disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I was given. read more

I live next to Kinko's in downtown, but I'll drive all the way across the city print out a single page here. Why? Not only are the prices so much cheaper (5 cents a copy vs 11 cents at Kinko's!), but the owners are incredibly helpful and care about every single one of their customers. They'll never try to overcharge you and will walk you through printing or make suggestions without penalties. You can tell the couple running this place loves what they do and their regular customers love them back! read more

First time here. Every year I run off a bunch of color copies for some gift certificates I make. For years I've been going to Kinkos...and waiting about 1000 years for their machines to handle one .pdf file. Today I decided to try Copyco and was in and out in less than 5 min! So awesome! Everyone was very helpful and attentive. I guess I have my new "go-to" for copies. Highly recommended. read more

Copyco is a Long Beach gem of a store. They are such a fun couple, they do great work, on time, for a fair price. I come here regularly for color laser copies, and they always double check the prints and if even a small detail doesn't come out right they print it again no questions asked. You can tell they care about their quality; and their customer service is great. No frills copy place with excellent service. read more

We love Copyco! My mom used to go there often and she was greeted like family and her orders were done quickly and for a great price. All she needed was the March Madness ladder enlarged so she could read the teams so she could bet accordingly (she had macular). I've gotten several large orders printed with them - easy to email what we needed and they had the orders ready before I arrived. Very kind, very reasonable and I believe it taking our business to family-run, small businesses who treat us like we are appreciated. We'll continue to take our copy needs to Copyco! read more

Amazing place for all of your printing needs! We have used copyco twice, once for our wedding change of venue postcards and then we used them to make marketing flyers for our business. Very great quality prints! They are a husband wife team and it feels good to support a local mom and pop shop. The prices at FedEx cannot even compare to copyco. For our 500 business postcards printed on glossy thick cardstock, the quote was 1/3 of fedex kinkos and the quote at kinkos was for only 100! FedEx wanted to charge us just to cut them! Crazy, we will be coming here for all of our printing needs. read more

Family owned, pretty slow, but they were crowded. They ran out of ink for their photo printer. So I got dis colored pictures.

Stay away from this place. They do what they want to do and not what you want. I got quoted one price on the phone and when I got there this was extra and that was extra and the customer service was terrible. Go anywhere but here. I would rather go to Staples or ANYWHERE else. read more

poor service. went there to make copies. No instruction provided by presumably the owners (asian couple). though the machine was self explanatory i accidently made two sided copies instead on 1. but no problem there weren't many pages and i was willing to pay since it was my fault. when i went to pay. i tried to explain that i made errors in copies but willing to pay. the asian woman was rude and kept loudly saying that i made the copies and it was 460. she wouldn't let me put a word in then finally i was like hold on 460 dollars? the asian man then came over was like its 25 dollars. i was like okay no prob. i thought the service was poor. the woman owner was rude. i am never coming back. read more

I was pricing some copy places in LB and this place bid very reasonably. I brought my project in on a thumb-drive and they had it copied on great stock with excellent printing for a fraction of the others. I highly recommend this place. read more

The prices are really good here but the workers here are completely unprofessional. JJ and the woman yell or give me a nasty attitude whenever I'm there. It's only me, I've noticed with other loyal customers they will smile and even help them print. With me they give an annoyed sigh like I'm a burden even though when I'm there they aren't doing anything and they make me go to the printer behind the counter only showing me a paper to figure it out myself. They've raised their voice twice already and get frustrated when I don't know how their printers work. Last time I was there JJ took me to a printer and gave me a paper to figure out but before me He was smiling and helping another customer, his smile instantly fell when he saw me even though I've never been disrespectful once, same with the women. I payed for one paper and another came out but I didn't need that one because I didn't know which printer to use and he tried to charge me double for something I didnt take. These aren't the only times since I've gone there for months I had to deal with their attitude. I won't be coming here or recommending this place. They're extremely disrespectful because I'm young and think they will get away with it. read more

So I came in one afternoon to print out a couple copies of my resume. The store has more of a mom and pop type scene and I was quickly greeted and directed to the printing station. After I finished printing, the store owner just asked how many pages and charged me. Sounds simple but I really appreciated the fact that he just trusted me. No questions asked or anything. I was in and out in a couple minutes and so yea, very good experience and will continue to go here for all my printing/copy needs. read more

I learned about Copyco through Yelp and went there for the first time today. I thought parking might be a problem, but there were plenty of spots on Bellflower and there is a place to park behind the store too. Nice, friendly service. I had kind of an unusual binding request that a few shops could not figure out how to do, but the guy there got the job done in about five minutes while I waited. A very Good business, actually the best copy place I know of right now; I've been using their services for the last two years since I started going to CSULB; the prices are good for regular copies and for services that I sometimes use like color copies, scanning items onto my flashdrive (which I usually need help with) and laminating stock for school-work, the prices are great; the managers JJ and Anna are always willing to help and make sure that your copies and job come out right; They are totally honest and fair and their business reflects this; Thus, just an overall Great Value - I don't think you could ask for more. read more

After a ten-year hiatus, I once again took over the editorship of our community newsletter this past summer. Having worked with Copyco on and off for the past decade, I would not have returned to this task if had had to work with any other printer. Besides the 12- or 16-page newsletter that is my current & former project, I have also worked with Copyco on brochures, convention programs, and flyers of all sorts. In the past I had worked with other Long Beach companies on similar projects, including high school newspapers. There simply is no comparison. As projects come up, I never go to anyone else. Copyco is just plain superior from start to finish! Got a problem? JJ will do everything in his power to help you fix it. Got a deadline? You do your part & JJ will do his.
