Upon a recommendation from a friend i gave this place a try and it was a waste of time just to save a few bucks. I should have just gone else where, paid a little more and gotten the job done! Don't get attracted by their flyer on the outside, because on the inside, there isn't much. Ali and Hakan try to take up jobs more than they can handle, i understand they are busy but don't tell people you will call back about a job if you cannot make the call or just forget about it. Don't mind the bad reviews, this place was a lifesaver for me. Just like nate says forget PSPrint because the never adjust the bleed on the edges. That is why i truly recommend COPYWORLD, they taken care of my edges for me. Delivery is surprisingly fast, withing a week turn-around. Best place for printing massive flyers and trust me I tried several places. The 1-day sales are hard to beat, I even tried do price matches withother printing places and they keep responding "We can't beat that price, print them at Copyworld". Copy World has been my go-to in the East Bay for quick copies, prints and banners for years now. I've always been able to walk right in, give them my file and walk out with prints within minutes. I needed to make copies in a fast pace. They actually were very great with explaining all the details to operate everything. No need to put a credit card on file to start browsing and looking up documents. Just go in, ask go a computer and they handle all the payments after when your ready to go. I wish I could offer a 6th star. It's unusual enough to find people who value prospective clients, but to find them in the copy business truly was great. Basic story ... Rush job, several thousand color copies. 8:30pm for a job needed by lunch the next day (today). Work on behalf of a non-profit (me being donor). Not only did they stay open late to do the job, but they did the work for 55% less than the "big guys" ... Oh, and the big guys (I'm talking to you FedEx Kinkos) couldn't care less about doing the job - regardless of timing ... "you'll use up all of the paper we have on-hand" OMG. So I did the job with them (note - $700+ job and another $700 today for the 2nd half). And it was perfect. And, FWIW, the part of University they call home has numerous folks who wander in. So taking shots at their restroom sigh ... really? NET: Excellent work, excellent price and way above and beyond customer service. I'm a fan. read more

Great place for doing your own photocopying on the store's machines. It's almost certainly the least expensive in the East Bay. And I have the store bind my photocopies in nice folders. I cannot speak about the other work they do (posters, etc.). Staff is always friendly and helpful. And there is free parking on the side. I have been going there for years. read more

I had one print job done and it turned out dark they printed again and it turned out dark again he gave me my money back and said I could keep the fliers even though they didn't turn out right. I sent over another picture for my flier to be print and he went in on me....About if i expect it to be perfect and if i will use them again don't expect them to keep printing over and over again. I wasn't upset at all that they did not print right I was just going to send another image. The customer service was horrible over the phone he assumed all these things about me from one time. Mmmmmm will I go back i don't know. They have fabulous prices but the customer service sucks I had to ask was he upset goodness. read more

I was first introduced to Copy World by a friend. We were in the process of creating a program for Church. Soon after that project my Aunt passed away and I needed an Obituary/Program designed and created fast. Copy World understands and never lets me down. I have had the pleasure of working with Khaqan over the past few years and I am always satisfied with our printed material. You cant beat the prices and they always go the extra mile. They will set your files up for you and they are much more accommodating then say a psprint. (psprint will charge an arm and a leg to set bleeds and get files press ready) Bottom line they get it done. read more

The staff at CopyWorld is very helpful and their prices for postcard size cards in color both sides is very reasonable: I just ordered 500 cards for only $39 for my choir performance announcements. If you order on line, the cost is lower than if you go into the store. They are great about printing from a USB drive as well. Color copies are excellent. Black and white copies are only 2.5 a page as opposed to my local copy place which is up to 8 cents a page.This store is very convenient to use. read more

They have some good deals & printing comes out decent. I've used them several times with little disappointment.

One star because the prices are so outrageous. I've gone in here twice. The first time was to have them print on cardstock. I don't remember the exact price of that one, but I was shocked, left and found another copy shop that did it for about 1/10th the price. The second time, I went in to have them scan a few pages for me since my scanner broke. This time they wanted to charge me $2.50 per page!! For the use of a $40 scanner. I was even more shocked, went and found another copy shop that did it for 10 cents each. 1/25th of the price. They may have good prices on flyers and things, I can't say, but some of their regular copy shop prices are ridiculous. read more
