Fantastic service!…read more I have an old Surface Pro 7 that I was going to give to my parents so they could have a laptop, and I haven't touched it in years so it was no surprise to see an error screen upon turning it on. The computer turned on, but couldn't go past the blue screen asking for the recovery key or it showed an ongoing system update that never ended. My husband and I tried everything we could on the internet and decided to go to Andrew for assistance. Andrew did exactly what I asked for, wiped everything off the computer and installed Windows 10 so that the laptop was functional again. It was done in one day, and he charged me for far less than what I expected. The process was super quick, and I would absolutely go back to him again.
