I had last minute printing order on Wednesday before Thanksgiving when most businesses close early or mentally checked out lol but they were there to help with my order with fast turnaround! There was a small mishap which Van fixed it right away and let me pick it up even when the shop is closed by putting the items in their locker. Van also communicated with me throughout the whole time. Excellent service. I got all my templates from Etsy and wanted some black menu cards printed and everywhere else wanted almost $1+ for "white ink printing" which by the way, is NOT necessary as it can be done through regular printing. I'm not about to spend $1 x 300 guests for menu cards people are going to glance and toss...Studio 7 was able to print on black cardstock and it looked just as good and served it's purpose at a fraction of the price. Also got some 5x7 signage printed on foam board that looked really polished and great with backing to stand up on it's own without having to spend $$$ on those fancy acrylic signs. ARC Pasadena is my go-to printer service. I regularly have to print small, medium, and large (3000+…read morepages) technical documents for clients and public distribution, and always on a compressed, immovable timeframe. I have worked with a number of printers in that past and ARC Pasadena, and specifically David, has been hands down the best by far. ARC works efficiently, is responsive, has excellent communication, follows the requested printing specs and tasks, and makes recommendations that make sense. It goes to follow that ARC does not require hand-holding and I can trust their workflow, which during the last stages of deadline crunch time when Murphy's in the house - iykyk - is golden and a rarity. ARC Pasadena's costs are also reasonable. While my clients typically pay for their document costs, I also used ARC Pasadena for a personal print job for a family member's memorial. Their print job was lovely and expedited, and reasonably priced such that it wasn't even a thought.
