This place is awesome !!! Darts ,Texas holdem video game machine , pool table. Friendly people. Well drinks are inexpensive the pour is great not like some other bars that pour exactly an ounce of hard liquor. The shuffle board is free! Dezire the bartender is the "BOMB" super nice. This place is bizarre it's a decent size the drinks are cheeeep $3.50 for a double shot of Jameson $3.25 for a pitcher of beer but with super cheep drinks comes an odd yet trashy crowed the 1st time I went here with in minutes of arriving we were greeted by an older man who had to be high on some thing who insisted on buying us a round of shots and suddenly was our best friend he introduced us to every one in the place and boy was our drink on every one was buying us drinks and we were buying them drinks and that's how the night went at the end of the debaturous night I think we had spent about $25.00 total for all of the rounds ( I lost count) and had met all the sketchy and not so sketchy people in the bar it was a good time but if your not in to dives and bars with all walks of life don't go here cause this was a total mix of randoms this is not a hipster bar at all in fact it's the farthest thing from it Its purely cheep drinks and weird mostly trashy people with a sports feel read more

4 stars for Copper Bucket because it is walking distance from my house, has insanely cheap drinks and features a shuffle board table. We got there on the earlyish side when it seemed to be filled with regulars, but everyone including the bartender was really friendly. He even came out from behind the bar to instruct us on the rules of shuffle board. After that we basically parked ourselves in front of the shuffle board and proceeded to get sloshed. It did get more crowded later on, though it didn't seem like the crowd was that rough. Although at some point someone one-upped our jukebox selections and we had to listen to heavy metal for the rest of the night. read more

Drinks are dirt cheap, and pack a nice punch. I love the electronic jukebox; nothing screams fun like forcing your eclectic musical tastes on everyone else, hahaha. They have a handful of games to keep groups occupied. I love shuffleboard! The atmosphere is mellow, and the regulars there are on the friendlier side, too. Fun dive bar to go to. Great atmosphere. They have a special in where when you go they serve you beer in small pitchers for cheap. They only take cash though but other than that it's a lot of fun to go and hang out with friends. They also have shuffle board and darts. read more

Another stop on the birthday evening bar hop. Had a great time playing shuffleboard and you can't beat the cheap (although smaller than usual) pitchers of beer. Only complaint would be that it is a cash only establishment and they do not have an atm on the premises. read more

I've been coming to this location since 2013 and it never disappoints. You can always find Terry or Sergio in the evenings during the midweek and weekend--they always make sure I don't wait too long for a drink. I've met Rusty once and he is a good man! Darts, shuffleboard, pool, music, and TV (I've watched the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs win many games here). I usually drink Lagunitas or Sam Adams, but if Rusty could start bringing in Stone IPA bottles or cans, I'd be very grateful! Cash only, but there is an ATM. I look forward to coming in this weekend. Coming here was a pleasant surprise. It's good to relax with a group of friends during the week and play games. They got 3 Dart Boards, a Billiard table, some other stuff, and my favorite Shuffle Board. The drinks are strong and affordable. The service from the bartender is actually pretty good. And there's plenty of parking. read more

The Copper Bucket is the valley's quintessential dive bar. Caveat emptor: in this case, dive bar is not synonymous with hipster heaven, so leave your skinny jeans and thick frames at home. Teeming with all sorts of interesting locals, this is the kind of place where you can see your alcoholic grandfather and blue collar friend all in one place. The most impressive facet of this establishment is its remarkably cheap drinks. Personal-sized pitchers of beer will run you $3 - 7, depending on whether you're willing to drink Coors or if you truly need that Sam Adams (the latter, please!). Bar is cash-only, but they have an ATM inside should you need it. And really, drinks priced as they are, you'd probably be fine walking in with only $20. Or that cup you toss your change into at the end of the day. The Copper Bucket is decked out with everything that makes dive bars wonderful: a bathroom that will make you gasp, a pool table, suffleboard (!), dart boards, some arcade-style games (if memory serves). However, it seems that the regular crowd enjoys monopolizing the majority of these things. Modern digital jukebox is a nice addition, except for the hour of screamo/nu-metal that was queued up as soon as my friend and I walked in. Don't except anyone to get off their stool and shake their ass, but you can totally throw some Beck and Jay-Z in the mix for a quarter each. I always forget this bar exists, probably because I can never seem to FIND IT from the street, and probably because I'm not in Reseda that often. However, when I do remember that Copper Bucket is around, i'm always pleased to go in and take a seat, people watch and get my cheap-ass drank' on. Last time I came here, my bottle of beer was $3.00. Mixed drinks will run you about $5-7, which is CONSIDERABLY cheaper than what some wannabe fancy bars will charge ($10-12 per drink). Bartenders are all very nice, and half the time you can't even tell that they're bartenders until they start pouring you a drink, which is really kind of cool. The ambiance is very laid back, and extremely chill. Due to the crowds that frequent this place on Friday/Saturday nights, it can sometimes come off as a bit 'rough', but that's no deterrent to me. As long as i'm not dodging skinheads (i'm looking at you, Judge Roy Beam) I'm good. Last time I was in there, I ended up having a conversation with a very nice older dude who most people would have judged based solely on his appearance alone. He was hilarious. They have a shuffleboard table, which is fun as hell, and a dart range. There is also a pool table which is always packed, so I typically don't play. The only downside to this bar is that it's cash only, which I tend to forget and then curse myself for doing so later on in the night. There's a jukebox which takes cash or card, a random firepit in the middle of the room, and plenty of space. And another thing-they have a decent sized parking lot and ample street parking! The Copper Bucket is pretty awesome. They have the mini pitchers of beer which is a great deal. One pool table, shuffle board, and darts. Gets crowded on friday saturday nights, other nights its cool to hang out with some friends, play some pool and drink beer. They have great drink prices (6 dollars for grey goose!). There is also a fireplace with seating around it. Jukebox as well. This is the ideal dive bar in the valley, great drink prices, lots of games, and cool people. Only downside is that its cash only. The Bucket is a great dive bar to get cheap, strong drinks (cash only). They have 1 pool table that is only 50 cents, however there are a lot of league teams that usually start around 7pm. They have 3 dart boards, full size shuffle board, and a couple electronics (jukebox, golf, poker, and one more). Great place for drinks and a lot of skilled pool players. read more

I found this little bar in the middle of the valley by chance. Cruising around Reseda on a Wednesday night my lady-friend and I decided we wanted to go for a drink. I opened up Yelp! and found this bar was around the corner. First thing I noticed was that this was more of a neighborhood bar. Very home-y feeling to it, a lot of locals. The have 3 or 4 dart boards with a lot of darts and replaceable tips at your disposal for a quarter per game. They also have one pool table and a shuffleboard! I didn't try any of those but I will most definitely when I go back there. We showed up around 830 and just strolled on in...nobody was checking ID's!! We found a spot at the far end of the bar and sat right down. I don't go to bars much and failed to respect someone else's mug that was placed in front of the seat I chose (although the two guys next to me told me there was no one sitting there) and a minute later a tough-looking mechanic came by and told me he was sitting there but it was ok because I was with my lady. Haha...I swore he was ready to kick my a** but he was cool about it. So we ordered two rum & cokes and I was shocked to hear that they were only $5.50!! Wow! The last time I ordered two of those drinks I paid over $10!! I whipped out my card when the bartender told me it was cash only as she pointed out the ATM right behind me. We ordered two more drinks after that, I put $1 in the digital jukebox and I still had some money left over from the $20 I took out! This is a really cool neighborhood bar, harmless people, relaxed environment and really cheap drinks!! The bathrooms are not too tidy, but if you need to take a quick whizz you're covered. Don't dress up and stroll in expecting to find others dressed like you. This is not the place for that. Its more of a spot to come hang out with friends and have a good time. my boyfriend and his friends have been going to this place for years now. so finally, i went last Thursday with friends and i had a great time.
