Have been coming here for ten years now. I have never encountered the disrespect that I did tonight. The bartender seemed to be friends with the regulars in house. I was sitting at the barstools along the wall at the pool table. One of the regulars started an altercation. It escalated almost causing a fight when the bartender then took the side of the regular and it showed favoritism and made me feel unwanted in the establishment. This is the first time in ten years when I felt unwelcome at this bar. read more

I would give them one star. Im bumping to three so as not to raise too much suspicion on my pretentiousness and I'm feeling rather generous. This place makes dive bars look good. I think dirty is an understatement. Yuck. Awful dungeon of a place where you see and feel the creepy crawlers. Drug deals going on in the back. Don't drink anything unless it's bottled and even then, be careful as nothing is sanitary. Came in to pay respects for a friend we lost. Now I know why old Rick used to come here. Drinks are warm, pool table is crooked. Not my crowd, $35 for two beers and I think I have had friendlier service at the boarder of US and Canada. I'm not one to give unfair reviews. This was a horror show. Restrooms were deplorable. Not much ambience other than all I wanted was to leave the moment I walked in. Stopped in for the 3rd time in roughly the past month. I wanted to like this place because it's close to friends. I'll visit if there's an update. The first time wasn't too busy. There was a grad party going on so I thought that's why we had to wait. People were yelling at each other inside an outside of the bar. The bartender disappeared while we were waiting though, so we went down the street to sugar sweet. I assumed the party wasn't a normal thing so decided to try again. It was a different bartender. She made me my drink quickly an it was good. Being in there longer just let me look at how rough the joint is. It looks like they started the floors an haven't finished yet. If you walk by the bathrooms it reeks of urine. There's a solo booth by the darts that looks like it's falling apart. Seems like most people here are regulars and don't really mind. I guess for the price of drinks it makes sense? I stopped by one more time maybe 2 weeks ago and there was almost no one there. It's easier for me to hideout an relax when bars are full. Decided this wasn't the night for me an left. For me it's not worth it for the detour. I'll drink at my friends. The bartenders seem nice enough. The drinks an prices are good. Feels like this place just needs a little tlc. Like they've been around forever but have the potential of a new bar. Dives are usually kinda dingy caves but this wasn't the hideyhole for me. I'd love to come back when they finish their renovations. 1 star for the drinks an price. 1 for the bartender that was able to serve me. She was great. read more

I love a good dive bar so I was excited to stop by here after the local Farmer's Market with my friend (also female). The bar is in a great location easy walking distance to multiple other places and even nearby neighborhoods. The drinks are fairly priced and the bartender is attentive and swift. I loved the vibe of the bar (the lighting and the old feel of it, I love bars that feel like everyone knows eachother), but one thing that is important to me as a female is if I can feel comfortable enough to go to a bar and would I be able to go alone if I wanted to. Unfortunately this is not a bar where I would feel comfortable to go alone. While we were sitting there, several of the male customers were just gawking at us. If we noticed them staring and accidentally made eye contact, they still didn't look away. I'm sure not everyone is that way, but this is just my experience on that particular night. However, we had fun, and I would definitely go back WITH friends again in the future! read more

Well priced drinks. The bartenders are all kind unless you're nuts and then they match your energy, which is great entertainment. The place is really kinda big. I had nothing but a positive experience. The bartender Dani who was working when I visited was very knowledgeable, friendly and very kind to offer me some water after a few beers. The atmosphere and vibe isn't like a typical dive bar and you got a great selection of alcohol to pick from that's priced just right. On an anecdotal note, despite me drinking way too much and spilling beer, I was still able to remain on the premises and hang out. This is a cool local bar to check out, I've been coming here for years now but, l just had the opportunity to meet Melissa tonight, (Whom I believe to be the boss/Owner). Melissa was very friendly, she made me an awesome whiskey sour, and she was also was very fast, even with the challenge of managing a full bar by herself. One of the best parts was the drinks, they where very reasonably priced, and delicious as well. You'll find as long as you respect the bar you'll be ok, make sure to Smoke/Vape were allowed. Only downside tonight was some jerk graffitied on the bar wall. Shout out to the friendly locals ( Daniel, Ramsin, and Nicole) for talking to me and, making me feel welcome. Bar tender service was slow and rude. Specially Ramsey who walked outside which it was my first time coming here and he walked outside walking towards a shed saying some words from a few distance away as I'm talking to my friend and he says some gibberish which I didn't hear. I am so happy with this neighborhood bar! All the bartenders are wonderful but if I had to choose a favorite it would be Dani! She works in the afternoons on Wednesdays & Sundays. Many of you know me, as I only come for Karaoke and on occasion to watch NFL Football. I've been going to Oh' Grady's twice a week since 2008'. I've seen bartenders change, KJ's change and even the bar remodeled, which looks much classier now. Reading all the reviews, I only see a very few people that I have met over the year's, all the other I've never met. Oh' Grady's definitely has it's moments with good and bad people and even sometimes grumpy bartenders but people are people with feelings and that's sometimes why people go to bars to drink for many reasons! I go to sing and give people a happy great feeling with and endless song list to bring back a good memory in the song's I sing and hopefully they remember me and the good time they had here! Now I'm not a great singer but I do what I can, I do get pretty buzzed too. Lol. Ramsin has been the best bartender for me. My drinks are always on point. Went there for the 3rd time in the last 6 months and it only gets better! Met a few locals that were very friendly and got to run a few games a pool.
