One friend got the buffalo mac, the other got the teriyaki chicken with rice and broccoli. Both were very happy with their orders!! I ordered the teriyaki salmon with a side house salad with raspberry vinaigrette and mac n cheese. I'm not a big vinaigrette girly, so I'm not sure what came over me to order it, but it was DELICIOUS. 0% bitter and the slightest hint of sweetness - I was in love. The salmon was cooked wonderfully and the glaze had a sweet hint of something that I couldn't fully pinpoint (pineapple chunks, perhaps?) The mac n cheese was the low point of my meal and not even because it was bad...just because it wasn't anything to write home about. We came here on Monday night and that was probably our first mistake. This place does a burger deal on Mondays, meaning it was probably busier than most nights. We were fine to wait a few minutes though for a table. Once seated, we tried to order drinks. Someone from my party tried to order a French martini, and we were told by the our waitress that the bartender could not make. They gave us no reason why. She then tried to order an espresso martini from the menu, and we were told that they were out of espresso. Lastly, she ordered a cosmopolitan, which came out light pink and tasted nothing like a cosmo - we all tried it. So the drinks already left us a muffed. We then ordered appetizers, and made the mistake of not ordering our dinners at the same time. The appetizers, which was the spinach dip and buffalo chicken dip, came out not too long after we placed the order. They were hot and had good flavor. The spinach dip was cheesy and had good texture, and the buffalo chicken dip was not overly spicy. We were glad to have these, as we then had to wait over an 1.5 hours for our dinners. By the time our dinners finally came to us, some of us were not even hungry anymore. During this entire time, our waitress probably checked on us twice and we had to ask other people for refills on our waters. I enjoyed my simple salad, but was told that some of the sides others got came out cold and the only burger our table ordered came out over done. At the end of all of this, our waitress then gave us the wrong bill, which made us wait even longer for her to come back to give us the correct bill. We were a group of 4, who all got drinks, appetizers, and meals, and we were given a bill with two meals and kids chicken tenders on it. Overall we had a less than great experience this Monday evening. We left under-satisfied and way later in the day than we originally planned. We felt the service was greatly lacking and the food did not make up for it. While we really wanted to like this place as the vibes are nice, the menu has many options for all eaters, the regulars at the bar looked happy and well taken care of, and the patio is huge, we did not and will not be back. read more

It was all good :) I have not tried Mahi Mahi before so I can't say how it compares to other restaurants. I will have to try their desserts in the future! I ordered a fish sandwich w/ onion rings and fries to go. The told me to come by in 15 minutes which did. I came in and didn't get greeted at all. They were like if you have an order to go, go to the bar and pointed which I thought was rude. Everywhere else I go they greet you and at least smile. Anyway, I went to the bar and got my food. The guy at the bar just dropped my food right in front of me with the check and that was it. I got to my car, opened the box, and just seen oil in the corner of the box. Mehh... I was shopping in the area with my daughter and we stopped in for lunch. She had been here before with her boyfriend and said it was pretty good when they had it. Not this time. I ordered the Cod Sandwich and did a up-price side of Cranberry Walnut salad. My daughter ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. The same thing she had on her previous visit and had enjoyed. The Cranberry Walnut Salad was delicious. It was the only thing good. Both the fish and the chicken sandwiches were overcooked. So overcooked that the meat was dried out in both sandwiches. The flavor was good for both but they had been ruined by ineptness in the kitchen. And for the prices they charge it should be much better. To top it off - the service was incredibly slow for how empty the restaurant was when we were there. Friendly but slow and never checked back until it was time to bring the check. On our way home to Hamilton oh, we stopped here for an early dinner in this cute casual restaurant. We were quickly seated inside and our server Tucker immediately came over to great us. He immediately got our drinks then told us about his favorites as well as most popular dishes. Two of us had the chopped steak served over mashed potatoes covered with sautéed mushrooms, onion and gravy.... Delicious!! The birthday girl had the blackened meatloaf made Jake's way ... smothered with a mixed pepper relish, onions and topped with provolone cheese... also delicious!! This grub shack in Milford is serving up scratch-made American eats & they just might do it better than anyone in the area. Our extremely courteous server seated us outside in a well-maintained patio area since the weather permitted. My Smashed Frisco Melt was perfectly tangy, as was the tartar sauce on my husband's burger - The Mainliner (think elevated Big Boy). This was our first time here, even though we've lived in the area our whole lives- my husband got the jalapeño jack burger- and I got the classic burger I also got a dirty Shirley and then the marks Ghirardelli brownie! Food was good and super yummy. We didn't have to wait long. I made a reservation on the waitlist before arriving. Vibe of area was nice- the only thing I would say is the service could be just slightly better. We got waters and didn't get asked for any refills, nor did our waitress pick up our cup and automatically get refills. She also swung by and asked how the brownie was before we even got it. She checked on us more before we even got the food and then only once we had the food haha. She did mention she was new so it wasn't an awful experience or anything she was friendly just think some slight improvements would be great! read more

Five of us were at CopperBlue last night 4/10/26 at 6:00 and the food and service was good. They still use way to much salt but the Clam Chowder was excellent, my grilled chicken breasts was good, the hamburgers were good, the salads were good but the meat loaf, and onion rings were not, unfortunately. Normally they are very good. We did have a great time because their staff was attentive but the restaurant wasn't but probably 50% full max. Therefore quiet so talking and hearing those at our table wasn't an issue. read more

They were on the list for burger week and I was impressed with what they had to offer so that me and Mr can get a different burger. I'm glad I came back. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Seated right away and our server was very friendly. We ordered: -Classic Burger - pepper jack cheese, mayo lettuce, pickles and onion served on brioche bun. -Ohana Burger - maple-peppered bacon, grilled fresh pineapple, pepper-jack, pickles, lettuce, red onion, tomato, Tennessee sauce -Side of Handcut Fries (split between my Mr and I) -Bulleit Bourbon Coke (special) for me -Sam Adam's Summer for my Mr. We didn't have to wait long and got our burgers. My meal was amazing! The burger was cooked medium well and was not watery in the middle. The bun was fresh and so was the fries. All around great flavor. Also my drink special paired well with my meal. My Mr really enjoyed his lunch. Besides burgers, they have a great selection of meals to choose from. Your basic pub and grub. I had the Classic burger with pepper jack. I'll be honest, I do not know why people rate this restaurant so high. My burger was like a greasy meatloaf patty that was falling apart and dripping everywhere. Grease, grease grease. The burger did not hold together like a real beef patty and wasn't substantial. Honest to goodness it was more like a meatloaf, but not a good one. I am not a fan of the flavor of this beef-like mixture at all. My husband had the ultimate bacon burger and the bacon flavor saved his burger from being meh but his beef was the same. The fries seemed to be made with fresh potatoes but were on the cold side and soggy, not crisp. Blech. Ironically, the food here is not cheap. $14.00 plus burgers. Do better Copper Blue. read more

This may be the most mixed review I've ever written. There were definite pros and cons when we ate there. It started out with a con- the dining area was pretty dirty. There were small pieces of trash (straw wrappers?) by many of the tables, before I sat down I had to wipe a substantial amount of crumbs off my seat, and the table was sticky. Fortunately, our server was a big positive and was friendly and doing the best she could in the given circumstance. I ordered the Ohana Burger and my husband got the boneless wings. My burger had fresh pineapple and was very tasty. As our server was setting down my husband's basket of chicken, she apologized for how small they were and said they were making a second basket to make up for it. The chicken pieces were comically small...smaller than a tater tot and five of them spread out in a basket looked ridiculous. A little while later, she came back and apologized again, saying they had run out of the sauce my husband had on the first batch. My husband gave his second choice, she came back a few minutes later and you guessed it, they were out of that also. When the second batch ended up coming out, those chicken pieces were super small as well. We didn't complain because it wasn't the server's fault but it absolutely wouldn't be something we'd order again. Ending on a pro, the meal cost was very reasonable. We got a tall beer, a cocktail, the chicken, and burger with fries for $40! For that price, we just might give them another try. read more

Went to Copper Blue for a Cincinnati Burger Week $7 burger. I arrived at 5pm and a friend was to meet me at 5:45pm so I waited until 5:20 to put my name in with the hostess and I waited 30 minutes to get seated. They were slammed because of burger week. My friend got stuck in traffic and did not arrive until 6:10pm but our waiter, Lee, was ever so forgiving and said he had all night "love this"! When she got there she pretty much had to make her own parking spot as the restaurant was full inside and out on the patio. While I was waiting for my friend I ordered a cocktail, the Black Raspberry Kentucky Mule, it had Maker's Mark bourbon, Chambord black raspberry cordial, lime juice, and ginger beer. The cocktail was delicious! I also went ahead and ordered the Loaded Cheese Fries and was surprised how quickly they arrived. My friend arrived and she ordered her cocktail which was The Dirty Shirley, it had Absolut Vanilla vodka, cherry syrup, grenadine, and sprite and it was delicious as well, was almost dessert like with the cherry syrup. The good thing about Copper Blue was they did not just make one burger a special for burger week they actually made every burger on their menu available for the $7 price, woohoo! So we ordered from the menu, I ordered the Ohana Whiskey Burger (normally $16) it had bacon, fresh grilled pineapple, pepper jack cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and Jack Daniels based Tennessee whiskey sauce they make in house. I also ordered Sam's Salad to go with it. Sam's Salad was romaine, tomato, shallots, sunflower seeds, bacon and crumbled blue cheese and it was tossed in a handcrafted white balsamic vinaigrette and I have to say this salad was fantastic! The burger was great but my salad may have topped it. My friend ordered the Cranberry Walnut Salad along with the Classic Burger and she loved hers as well. Of course we had to get dessert, I ordered the brownie with ice cream and Ghirardelli's caramel and chocolate sauce with whipped cream and my friend ordered the Strawberry Bread Pudding infused with Italian cream cheese and topped with strawberry whipped cream. It wasn't super busy but there were a few people all enjoying the burgers. We were say right away by a friendly hostess. Their menu has a great variety of classic pub grub kicked up a notch. This made it tough to pick just one burger. But since I already ordered a Sam Adams Summer Ale, I thought it would pair well with the Ohana burger (topped with pepper jack cheese, grilled pineapple, and bacon). My lady got the All American burger with pepper jack cheese and the Bulleit Coke special drink. We also got a side of hand-cut fries. We hardly waited long at all before it was all ready and looked excellent. My burger was a bit thicker than I'd expected and a little tough to eat. Guess I need a bigger jaw. It did pair well with the Summer Ale though. My lady enjoyed her burger for sure because she loves the simplicity of a all-American style burger. She liked her drink as well. The fries were tasty too. Overall, I'd say this is a really good spot. First time visiting here as we are only in town for a sporting event. Came on a Friday night around 7:30. We were sat right away. Everyone was super friendly . The restaurant had a nice vibe. Very clean in appearance on the inside. Really liked the tables. We ordered the loaded fries as our appetizer. Very well made. Plenty of cheese, bacon and the fries are very well seasoned, good portion. Our food order was the grayhawk pasta, cod dinner with coleslaw & onion rings and steak dinner (medium rare) with salad & mashed potatoes. Let me start with OMG my steak was executed perfectly!! Better than I've had at upper scale restaurant. It was perfectly cooked, juicy and excellently seasoned!! I devoured it. The mashed potatoes were so creamy, buttery, smooth. So good!! My son loved the pasta. He said perfectly saucy and very good chicken. My husband loved his fish. He ordered 2 pieces worried that 1 wouldn't fill him up, but it did. It was the first time we have been in a while. This used to be one of my favorite places in Milford. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near what it used to be. Our server was very nice, but clearly had not been trained properly. Not her fault. But we sat for a long time before we were approached. Then throughout our entire less than average service, not one plate or glass was ever removed from our table until after we laid the bill. Too bad. To make it worse, there were 4 -6 people at the host table that constantly eyed our dirty dishes the entire time. Stay away. Not worth it. read more

Went here during a power outage in Anderson and my birthday dinner was cancelled due to the lack of power. Food was very good, but the service could have been better but I am giving a pass because the waitresses were hopping. Our waitress was young and kept forgetting requests like the correct dressing, more bbq sauce, more water etc. She didnt provide us with the specials or dinner rolls that we saw elsewhere. Cocktails were reasonable at 8 dollars each. Appertizers were limited but we got the shrimp in a spicy sauce. Very good. I had the ribs which were fall off the bone. Excellent sauce as well. My wife like her salmon and son loved his cod. Salads were very good and the mac n cheese was different and heavy; still tasted good. I got the sweet tater tots. Very good. For dessert the browniw with ice cream was a hit. The drunken carrot cake was a miss. Verry mushy and didnt have the right taste. Place was crowded. It took us 5 months to try this place and what took us so long? This place is a local gem with lots of homemade food that was all very tasty! We came on Monday, Labor Day, and sat outside with our pup and enjoyed some cold bevvies. The service was excellent, gave lots of recommendations and overall happy with our selections. We started with the spinach dip, which is a generous portion and both the dip and chips tasted homemade (are the chips?) My main squeeze got a black & blue burger with ff and he loved it! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with well seasoned sweet potato tots. The wrap was waay above average, lots of chicken and was not soggy, which lots of wraps tend to be. Easy two thumbs up! The picture has fries on every single burger they are offering I look at menu and they come with a side. Well after I pay and pickup my food I find out fries don't come with it would be another 4.95. The person I spoke to said sorry I'll let my manager know. Just a horrible first and last experience I would have never ordered if I knew it was actually 12.95 for my burger and fries.
