I grabbed a seat at the bar, and the bartender immediately made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment I walked in, and you could tell this is a favorite among locals and families. Since it was my first visit, she let me know it was happy hour and recommended the street corn flatbread as a starter. I'm glad she did. It was something I had never tried before, and it was excellent. The crust was perfectly buttered, golden, and crisp, while the toppings were well balanced and not overwhelming. I also ordered the bulgogi bowl. The vegetables were cooked just right, the rice had the perfect texture, and the sauce was flavorful without overpowering the dish. The only thing I would change is the meat, which was a little firmer than the tender texture you would expect from traditional bulgogi. That said, it was still a very good dish, especially for a restaurant that is not Korean. Between the FIFA match on the TVs, great cocktails, attentive service, and welcoming atmosphere, I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I'll definitely be back.

We wanted to try Copper & Rye after seeing so many positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was pretty disappointing. The biggest issue was the food. Almost everything we ordered lacked flavor and felt under-seasoned. We started with the Swedish Wagyu Meatballs, which were more reminiscent of dry meatloaf than the rich, flavorful meatballs we were expecting. The Tuna Tataki was another miss. There wasn't much tuna, and the quality felt more like previously frozen fish served over a large bed of dry rice with very little sauce to bring the dish together. We ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Bowl thinking that was a pretty easy dish to make. The vegetables were undercooked and still hard and cold in places, and the chicken was simply a plain grilled chicken breast without much flavor of the hot honey. The dish as a whole felt unfinished. Service was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. What stood out most was the price point. For the quality and execution of the food, it felt extremely expensive and didn't deliver the experience we were hoping for. Obviously it is a new restaurant so the ambiance and decor are great but not enough to carry the weight of what is lacking. Overall, we left disappointed. The concept and menu sounded promising, but the food simply didn't live up to the price or the reviews.

The design of the restaurant is great. Clean and welcoming. Then walking thru between bar and kitchen, two servers are chatting and blocking the way with no intention of moving after noticing us. Walk thru anyways. For initial contact we waited five minutes. Wait staff is not fully aware of the drinks or how they taste, new restaurant so not uncommon Ordered some appetizers, told our waitress one dietary restriction, she says no problem however it comes with it. The problem is I couldn't recognize till I ate some. Waitress checks in and I mentioned so she apologized and 10 minutes later another one came in and same issue!!! Manager came and apologized and offered the comp the whole check, I declined as I came to eat what I like and expecting to pay. She apologized and remove that dish from the bill as well as removed the desert. The reason I'm giving two stars is mainly for the wait staff. Kitchen would get zero.

Back again, for my 4th time! This time, I ordered the Oklahoma Smashburger, and it was one of the best I've had!! I would order it again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend to anyone unsure on what to order. Again, their battered fries that come on the side are just perfect - both the texture and taste. Ordered dessert to finish it off, we ordered the cookie skillet and it was phenomenal. It was perfectly gooey, warm, and rich and the perfect end to our meal here. The vanilla ice cream on top was just another great addition. Our service was great as well, she was very attentive and did great with checking in on us!

A beautiful and fun new restaurant in Eagan near the Omni Hotel and Vikings TCO Stadium. Service was top notch. I just wish I had ordered something else. Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Hubby's Hot Pressed Rueben was delicious and grilled perfectly with fresh marbled rye and melty cheese. I ordered the Bulgogi Bowl. It was beautiful and the first few bites with the fried egg and crispy onion straws were amazing! However, the beef was very tough to chew and had a very bold and sweet taste. I usually love sweet, but it was too sweet even for me. Not that I expected authentic Korean flavors here, but it may not be the right flavors for everyone. I'll stick with the American food here next time.

The restaurant is so beautiful!! The bar and tv and plants are perfect touches for this area. Our female server was AMAZING and I am so sad I cannot remember her name! Super friendly and outgoing we went with all of her recommendations for our mains and told her to surprise us for a shared dessert. We started with the creamy and delicious whipped feta dip and spicy margs! For our mains we got two bowls- one Bulgogi and one hot honey chicken. The brown butter cake was MOIST and amazing. We are so excited to come back and try more!

Copper & Rye feels like the kind of place you'd expect to be wildly overpriced because the decor is SO boujee and the patio setup is gorgeous, but the food/drinks were actually super reasonably priced! Such a fun spot for a summer day or night. Our server was amazing with our group! She was super attentive, so kind, and happily kept refilling my THREE lemonades! Honestly, they were so refreshing on a hot day, I couldn't help myself. Food wise, the burger was decent and they definitely do fun topping combinations, but overall the menu leaned a little more toward cozy comfort/winter-style meals than lighter summer options. One friend said her chicken melt was "the best thing ever," though, so clearly that's a must-order. Another friend was disappointed they don't offer gluten free fries, but I personally LOVED the regular fries. Crispy, salty, and covered with garlic! The patio has fun music playing, but I was honestly surprised there weren't TVs outside. The location totally feels like it would be the perfect pregame/postgame spot for watching the Vikings! Overall super cute atmosphere, great service, refreshing drinks, solid food, and a patio I'll definitely come back for!

A new south-of-the-river restaurant in the Vikings Complex area. I met a friend here for a cocktail. We had a nice high top table-booth. There were plenty of drink choices and wine by the glass. Service was as excellent. The menu was bougie bar type and there were lots of things I would have liked to try. Will be able to when I come back. The hand-helds and flatbreads looked good. Parking is right outside the door. Nice big windows and a patio for warmer weather. Definitely coming back.

I wanted to love this place, but the food just wasn't hitting. The tuna tataki...the rice tasted old or undercooked. The roasted veggie and grain bowl was decent, though the sauce was very heavy. I had the same issue with the marinated half chicken where the "au jus" felt more like thick gravy. The chicken and prime tender medallions were also extremely salty. That said, Lexa was an absolute all-star. Amazing, personable service and honestly the highlight of the visit.

We had a nice time here. Was the food the best I've ever had? No, but it was all pretty good and the service was kind. We enjoyed their happy hour and they were able to accomodate our very large group.

Everything was really tasty! The chicken sandwich was excellent! Lots of flavor. Feta app was great. Lobster mac & cheese was beautiful. Cookie skillet was good, too. Nice place with good vibes. Service was good!

First off, going through the hidden Coke machine entrance is actually really fun and makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. The decor and speakeasy atmosphere are definitely the standout. Very cool space. VERY loud though. Like "lean across the table and say WHAT?" loud at times. The waitress was super nice and recommended a mocktail for me that called Ass in the Sand. It ended up being really good. It tasted like an elevated lemonade and was probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. Started with the rolls and whipped honey butter which were delicious. Very soft, warm, and honestly dangerous because I could've just kept eating bread all night. For the main meal, I did the Wagyu Burger with Parmesan fries. The burger itself was okay but surprisingly didn't have a ton of flavor outside of the grilled/charred taste. The Parmesan fries were actually the standout for me -- hand cut fries and parmesan fries are just hard to mess up. My partner tried the Mushroom Soup en Croute and wasn't a fan because the mushrooms were blended and he said it lacked flavor. He also had a Steak Taco special using their medallion steak and said even with lime it still needed more flavor. Finished with Crème Brûlée which is always a classic favorite for me and this one was good. Overall: fun experience, cool hidden entrance, great decor, good mocktail and bread, but the actual food menu is pretty limited and the flavors didn't totally wow me for the price. Glad I went and finally crossed it off my list, but probably a one-and-done visit for me.

My first thought was holy bottles! There's tons and tons of bottles up and down the walls. The space is also smaller than expected, but we went in at 3PM as a party of 4 on a Sunday and had no problem getting seated. I ordered the Lost Footage and it was delicious (and strong!!). It came in a flask inside of a VHS case which was fun. I then got to pour it into my glass. Other members of my group got The Red Wedding, Pity Party, and To Your Health. My spouse and I shared the strip steak and the wedge salad, which we enjoyed. I would like to see some more food options in the future, especially since I'm already pretty limited due to a gluten allergy. However, I am excited to come back.

The interior is modern and inviting, with some fun wallpaper making a statement. We cozied up to the bar during this visit. I will say that bar was a bit sloppy during our visit...bartenders' water bottles cluttering the visible space, bartenders spilling our drinks a bit during delivery, and weird transitions of staff that were a bit distracting. The Espresso Martini was the best item I ordered! Well balanced and the addition of the cold foam really made for an enjoyable sip. Would absolutely return for that one! The bites we ordered had great flavor, but some fell a bit flat when trying to live up to their creative ideas. The Fried Pickles were the best food item: perfectly crispy medallions with two delicious dipping sauces. The "burnt ends" cauliflower are really just roasted cauliflower with BBQ sauce on top, missing out on the umami juiciness of their namesake. The Chips that came with the Dip were just ruffled potato chips, not housemade or interesting. Solid spot for happy hour if you're looking in the area!

Very reasonable for the quality and vibe. We ordered the cauliflower burnt ends, fried pickles, and chips & dip. Everything came out flavorful and fresh. They also have other amenities, but so far I've only been here to pickle some balls. Reserving a court without a membership is possible, but it can be tricky because members get first dibs; they can reserve courts further in advance. And that membership is STEEP. As of November 2025 it is $139/month or $1295/year. And if you're playing with non-members, they still have to pay a share for a reservation! That's too rich for my blood, but apparently I'm in the minority because currently there is a waitlist of over 100 to even sign up for a membership. But the normal hourly court rates are reasonably priced; I've seen and used more expensive places. But that expensive membership also grants access to the "Wellness" areas, which include sauna and cold plunge facilities as well as regular gym equipment. There is a much more reasonable membership that allows access to that stuff, but none of the pickleball. I haven't tried that, nor have I tried anything from the very cute cafe (It's only open Wed-Sun, and I keep missing it). I may need to update this to report on their food & drink offerings. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the cafe, and actually throughout the building there are tons of really attractive and cozy places to sit and pass the time. Named for the state's status as the 32nd to join the Union, the establishment is built around a "Beer Wall"--a self-pour monument to local brewing that promises the drinker ultimate autonomy. It is a large, inviting space, designed for the expansive social ritual of a modern taproom.  The culinary offerings here are a pleasant surprise, rising significantly above the standard "hole-in-the-wall" bar fare. The menu feels intentional rather than an afterthought, providing a solid foundation for the liquid education happening at the taps. One cannot fault the quality of the sustenance or the hospitality of the staff, who remain remarkably friendly despite a recurring operational shadow: the house always seems to be exactly one person short. Each shift carries the palpable energy of a team perpetually running a man down, a testament to their grit but a strain on the overall rhythm of the room. However, the centerpiece of the experience--the self-serve technology--is where the friction lies. While the concept of filling one's own glass is liberating, the digital interface lacks a certain clairvoyance. There is nothing quite so deflating as committing to a pour only to have the keg go "bust" mid-stream, or finding that the tap you've selected is already dry. The system requires a more robust marriage of software and cellar management; the guest should not have to be the one to discover a vacancy in the line. "A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure." -- Czech Proverb Union 32 is a noble experiment in craft beer culture, providing a vast playground for the adventurous palate. But until the technology catches up with the inventory, and the roster is filled by that one missing player, it remains a work in progress--even if the beer itself is already a finished masterpiece.
