The staff are super friendly. Easy ordering system with 3 kiosk systems in use. Cookies made fresh daily and so yummy. The kids enjoyed the chocolate chip, a French toast, s'more, and chocolate brownie & pink icing cookies and a pop tart cookie which some we have had but it was a treat for them to try the new ones. Soft and perfectly sweet -- not that dry, crackly, fall-off-in-your-lap situation. Just melt-in-your-mouth goodness. And that bear claw? Stuffed and substantial. They are not skimping on anything over here. The donuts are a really good size too. At $1.75 for regular donuts and $3.00 for the large fancy ones, it's honestly a steal. Now let's talk service. Peter is SO sweet. Great customer service, patient, and he'll happily explain the donuts, ingredients, and menu if you have questions. That kind of hospitality at 1AM? Top tier. I'll be honest -- I'm normally a Sunny Donut girlie... but "Honey Donuts" just took them down and took the crown. I got one glazed buttermilk and one maple bar. Total was 3.50 for both, good deal in this day and age when shops charge 4 to 5 dollars for one donut. I ate half the maple bar inside the car, and the other half and glazed buttermilk a couple of hours later at home. Both were delicious. Should definitely not judge a book by it's cover. Would definitely return if we are around again, and may even convince BB to try a donut next time.
