Very nice employees too. They did change in regards to water or ice. They charge you just for ice or water when before it was free. Not a big deal it's .25 cents. Also they've made more than one quantity error in filling my written prescriptions (maybe they can't read my doctor's chicken scratch? I don't know.) The biggest problem here is that this CVS is seriously understaffed - you can tell they are working as hard as they can, but the turnaround time on prescriptions is SLOW and you often have to wait in line to pick-up prescriptions because there's only one person working the counter.

The day after that, they still did not have it. Then they sent the script to another CVS on Broadway in El Cajon. When I went to that CVS, they told me they received my script from the Alpine CVS, but they sold the medication to someone else. The CVS on Broadway told me they could send it to the CVS on Jamacha. I went to that CVS. They told me, "no, it was sent to the CVS on Jamacha inside the Target in RSD. I finally obtained this script, after 5 days and 4 hours taken out of my Saturday afternoon. I don't know what is going on with CVS in general, but their customer service is terrible and they obviously do not give a damn about women's health. The meds I take are related to women's health.
