1 Cheese Quesadilla, large onion rings and large Cajun fries
    Vidhi P.

First time I tried Cook-Out sober, was on a road trip in Virginia..because it was 1 AM and all the restaurants and fast foods were closed. It's cheap and it was okay, it's more of the saying, "Better than Nothing." I ordered 1 Cheese Quesadilla--had a jalapeño sauce, 1 Onion Rings and 1 Cajun Fries--bc I got tipsy for some reason, I was wanting Cook-Out and we'll, it was good! So, it's good when you got a buzz going, otherwise, opt for other options!

Strawberry banana milkshakes. Chunks of bananas!! Yum

We stop In here alot for their milkshakes. They make them exactly how we want them. My hubby orders the Hershey chocolate, double chocolate, cherry, malt, pineapple shake, yes all of these in the same cup. It's delicious. I order the strawberry banana. The shakes have chunks of fruit in them. Got to have them.

First off all, the service was great. We went through the drive through at about 10:30pm tonight. We asked how the milkshakes were and they told us they were the best around and made with all fresh ingredients. We asked what flavor was popular and the nice gentleman said his favorite was peanut butter caramel. We ordered that and he added an extra caramel swirl for us since it was our first time there. We also got two doubles, three sides; Cajun fries, white cheddar cheese bites and onion rings. We enjoyed everything, the fries were a little too seasoned for our liking but we'll just order regular fries next time, we shud ask for Cajun and that's what we got. I would probably customize my burger next time, it was very mustard first and that's just not my preference. We'll definitely go again. I'd like to try their chicken next time. It was very affordable too, just $20 fit everything we got.

Best Cook Out I've ever been too. The manager, Chris, is great. Customer service and food are top notch . Best burger I've had in awhile and Cajun fries and shake to match. Thank you!

Not one of the Cook Outs in Knoxville can get an order correct. I was hoping that a new location would be different. Unfortunately I was wrong. Asking for a plain chicken sandwich got me lettuce, tomato, gobs of mayo, and almost no chicken. Disappointing for a North Carolina native trying to get a taste of home.

Unsure why there's so many bad reviews. The food was great! The perfect stop on a road trip. :)

Who doesn't love a hot bowl of chili with Fritos and topped with melted cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, spring onions, and a choice of black olives and pickled jalapeños? Great comfort food. However, since the Covid 19 pandemic, this Petro's is a drive-thru store only where you order your food over a speaker and pay for and pick it up at a window. No more watching your order being made and sitting down at a table inside this little shop adjacent to a gas station. So unless you sit in the parking lot and eat your food immediately, you must transport it home -- and then it's no longer hot. Microwaving it only makes the Fritos mushy and the sour cream runny. Last visit, my fellow eater and I each ordered an original small Petro's. We paid attention to the nutritional information and were surprised to learn they are 470 calories with 26 grams of fat, 42 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber and 970 mg of sodium. Yikes! Definitely not for someone on Weight Watchers or following a low-salt diet. And by the time we arrived home and microwaved our meal -- you guessed it -- the Fritos were mushy and the sour cream melted.

They use chemicals in their Chili. I wonder if they're Petro-chemicals. Unfortunately I don't think the products are very good - they remind me of something you would get as toppings at a burger place. However it's nice and its innovative and I appreciate that it exists. Not healthy at all and not the best tasting thing I've had. And I'm a big fan of chili but I'd rather be up in Cincinnati for that.

$9 an hour? Then why pay them at all. Why not just make them work for Chili.
