1 Cheese Quesadilla, large onion rings and large Cajun fries
Vidhi P.

First time I tried Cook-Out sober, was on a road trip in Virginia..because it was 1 AM and all the restaurants and fast foods were closed. It's cheap and it was okay, it's more of the saying, "Better than Nothing." I ordered 1 Cheese Quesadilla--had a jalapeño sauce, 1 Onion Rings and 1 Cajun Fries--bc I got tipsy for some reason, I was wanting Cook-Out and we'll, it was good! So, it's good when you got a buzz going, otherwise, opt for other options!

Strawberry banana milkshakes. Chunks of bananas!! Yum

We stop In here alot for their milkshakes. They make them exactly how we want them. My hubby orders the Hershey chocolate, double chocolate, cherry, malt, pineapple shake, yes all of these in the same cup. It's delicious. I order the strawberry banana. The shakes have chunks of fruit in them. Got to have them.

Double with everything on it

First off all, the service was great. We went through the drive through at about 10:30pm tonight. We asked how the milkshakes were and they told us they were the best around and made with all fresh ingredients. We asked what flavor was popular and the nice gentleman said his favorite was peanut butter caramel. We ordered that and he added an extra caramel swirl for us since it was our first time there. We also got two doubles, three sides; Cajun fries, white cheddar cheese bites and onion rings. We enjoyed everything, the fries were a little too seasoned for our liking but we'll just order regular fries next time, we shud ask for Cajun and that's what we got. I would probably customize my burger next time, it was very mustard first and that's just not my preference. We'll definitely go again. I'd like to try their chicken next time. It was very affordable too, just $20 fit everything we got.

Best Cook Out I've ever been too. The manager, Chris, is great. Customer service and food are top notch . Best burger I've had in awhile and Cajun fries and shake to match. Thank you!

a sandwich with a tomato and lettuce

Not one of the Cook Outs in Knoxville can get an order correct. I was hoping that a new location would be different. Unfortunately I was wrong. Asking for a plain chicken sandwich got me lettuce, tomato, gobs of mayo, and almost no chicken. Disappointing for a North Carolina native trying to get a taste of home.

Unsure why there's so many bad reviews. The food was great! The perfect stop on a road trip. :)

Located in a busy area, they do have a good amount of parking and it is easy to get to. The parking…read morelot is crowded but reasonably easy to maneuver through. We got there in early afternoon but it was still pretty crowded. The line ended just as you entered the doors. It took about 5-7 minutes to be able to place our to-go order and then you need to move to the side to wait for your food. The workers were hustling so we had no complaints about the wait time. One of the managers was running food out to customers and quite a few were complaining about the wait time. He did his best to calm them while still getting the food out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. We received our food in about 10 minutes after ordering. When we returned home we realized we did not receive the correct order. We had only ordered a burger and fries but received two burgers and fries, as well as an additional order of fries. When they brought the food to us we confirmed it was the right ticket, but somehow they included more than we ordered. This was to our advantage, so no complaints, but there is concern the ticket was placed on the incorrect order and someone else got less than they ordered. As for the food, it was pretty good. The burgers were hot off the grill and the fries were piping hot. The service was friendly even as other customers were complaining. Since this place is new I assume it will get better as they gain experience and work out the few kinks. For now, they deserve some grace as they still are putting out a decent product for a decent price.

Well, it's fast food burger. Everyone has their own taste; often it depends on what you grew up on…read more I grew up in Texas and was rather shocked it took me this long to get to a Whataburger now that they expanded into east TN. This location is small, but had plenty of seating at lunchtime today. Ordering is easy; you wait and they bring the food to you (after you serve yourself a fountain drink in HUGE cups!). Staff also brings ketchup and other condiments, and asks what you need, so it's a bit better serviced than most fast-food places. The burger and fries were good....I've had better of both of course, but for fast food, very good and very good price for the combo. I like the whataburger simplicity...it's really a basic, normal burger. I do wish they served the whataburger breakfast lineup all day!

This is the place that officially made me a fried chicken fan -- and no fried chicken has ever come close to Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken! Address: 126 Lovell Rd, Farragut, TN 37934 Food: 6/5 My go-to meal is the 3-piece Chicken Tenders with French Fries and Baked Beans, with an added Chicken Breast. Gus's chicken is the best fried chicken I have ever had. It's perfectly cooked with an incredible crunch on the outside, while staying moist and juicy on the inside. The spices are absolutely delicious! I've been here over 15 times, and the consistency has always been amazing every single visit. The baked beans are also the best I've ever had. The French fries are seasoned perfectly with a great crunch while still having a fluffy texture inside. ‍ Service: 6/5 The service at Gus's is top tier. Every server treats each table like they're the most important customers in the building. Special shoutout to Daisy -- the last few times I've visited, she has been my server, and she remembers me every time. She even knows my order by heart now! She is genuinely one of the nicest and best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Atmosphere: 5/5 I absolutely love the vibes at Gus's. I always feel right at home whenever I walk in. The design and menu perfectly match the restaurant's personality, and the place is always clean with plenty of comfortable seating. Value: 5/5 The prices and portions are both an A+ for me. I ordered extra food this time, but you can easily get a fantastic and affordable meal here. Final Thoughts I absolutely love Gus's, and it will forever be one of my go-to spots before going to a movie. This is some of the best fried chicken you will ever have -- if not #1, then easily Top 3 of all time. Bring your family, let Daisy take care of you, and enjoy an incredible meal! FEAST Overall Rating: 6/5 Would I Go Back?: Forever and always -- I'll keep coming bac

I felt it was kind of tough and not crispy enough. Like a dark, over-fried version. Sides were okay. I like that they had collard greens. Goes well with chicken. Overall: Seems way overhyped. I like CM Chicken better. For Southern style, I've had better as well.

Who doesn't love a hot bowl of chili with Fritos and topped with melted cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, spring onions, and a choice of black olives and pickled jalapeños? Great comfort food. However, since the Covid 19 pandemic, this Petro's is a drive-thru store only where you order your food over a speaker and pay for and pick it up at a window. No more watching your order being made and sitting down at a table inside this little shop adjacent to a gas station. So unless you sit in the parking lot and eat your food immediately, you must transport it home -- and then it's no longer hot. Microwaving it only makes the Fritos mushy and the sour cream runny. Last visit, my fellow eater and I each ordered an original small Petro's. We paid attention to the nutritional information and were surprised to learn they are 470 calories with 26 grams of fat, 42 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber and 970 mg of sodium. Yikes! Definitely not for someone on Weight Watchers or following a low-salt diet. And by the time we arrived home and microwaved our meal -- you guessed it -- the Fritos were mushy and the sour cream melted.

Unfortunately I don't think the products are very good - they remind me of something you would get as toppings at a burger place. However it's nice and its innovative and I appreciate that it exists. Not healthy at all and not the best tasting thing I've had. And I'm a big fan of chili but I'd rather be up in Cincinnati for that.
