Regardless, for the first time in a really long time, I drove up and picked up our order instead of ordering from freakin' over priced DoorDash or the like.. They not only got my order correct, my wife's burger as well as mind were perfect. I even showed her my double deluxe, as it looked like the picture when I opened the box. Perfect! The fries and onion rings were also top notch as well, even after the 20 minute drive home from the store I love Culver's!! In closing, not only was the parking lot full, the drive thru was 10 cars deep! And we're talking per the two lanes. That doesn't happen if the food is substandard. Nice job Culver's. Friendly efficient car hops as well..

I have to go to that area every Thursday to get vaccines now for allergies recently uncovered, and every week when I'm done there I swing by Krystals in Lenoir,City Tn toget the #3, which is....3 double Krystals (I add cheese), a drink, and an order of fries. Recently they took away the regular fries and started trying a seasoned fry, which I didn't know about, and honestly due to a not so great eye sight couldn't see well enough. Anyway, even though the seasoned fries are great, I can't eat them because of a bad stomach. I went back through the drive thru and the manager explained to me it was shown on the board,but she was extremely nice and allowed me to switch the seasoned fries to tater tots. Now that may not seem like much,but they mistake wasn't her's,it was due to my bad eyesight, and she was extremely sweet in just offering to begin with. I didn't want her to do that, since it was my fault,but she refused to take no for an answer, and proceeded to swap the seasoned fries out for the tots. That is a manager who sees me coming every week and eating there when in town, who knows and cares about her customers, and who took care of her customer. And my dog loves her, and she's good to him to as he jumps in the window every week to say hi to her...lol Truly great food, and nice to see the human,personal touch they give to their customers. Oh, and tomorrow's Thursday, allergy shot , and my #3 combo day, get the drive thru ready, me and my dog Bear won't be long ! Who doesn't love a hot bowl of chili with Fritos and topped with melted cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, spring onions, and a choice of black olives and pickled jalapeños? Great comfort food. However, since the Covid 19 pandemic, this Petro's is a drive-thru store only where you order your food over a speaker and pay for and pick it up at a window. No more watching your order being made and sitting down at a table inside this little shop adjacent to a gas station. So unless you sit in the parking lot and eat your food immediately, you must transport it home -- and then it's no longer hot. Microwaving it only makes the Fritos mushy and the sour cream runny. Last visit, my fellow eater and I each ordered an original small Petro's. We paid attention to the nutritional information and were surprised to learn they are 470 calories with 26 grams of fat, 42 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber and 970 mg of sodium. Yikes! Definitely not for someone on Weight Watchers or following a low-salt diet. And by the time we arrived home and microwaved our meal -- you guessed it -- the Fritos were mushy and the sour cream melted.

Unfortunately I don't think the products are very good - they remind me of something you would get as toppings at a burger place. However it's nice and its innovative and I appreciate that it exists.
