I always go here and would always leave stuffed and satisfied. They have these $5.55 deals which are total bang for your buck all the time. Sandwiches and chicken are freaking delicious. Not a fan of their biscuits though. I guess I'm just not a biscuit person. The sides are also good. The dirty rice is delicious. The mashed potato with gravy is awesome. I would have given 5 stars if not for the lady in the counter (not the cashier) who prepares the order. I don't know why most fast food have a hard time keeping the lobby clean. That was my only problem with this Bojangles. The food was hot and fresh. I had a Cajun biscuit that was great. Soft flaky biscuit. I love their hashbrowns. The people were great, friendly and checked in on us. I would give a 5 except the dirty tables. read more

I eat here at least once a week & for the last month they haven't had any ranch dressing for dipping your chicken! Is it really that hard to order enough of product for your company??!! Everything we order from this place, we never receive what we pay hard earned money for. We only order there because it the only choice we have for fried chicken that delivers. I went to eat and this place was trashed all the garbage cans are overfilling chicken all over the floor. Poor guy working was all by himself and everyone was waiting like 1015 minutes to even take their order. It was so hot in there. He told me that the AC did not work back where they cook and the AC barely worked where the people eat. Take care of your employees Bojangles. The ambience is ok, nothing special. The service is efficient, but it takes a friendly face on the customer side to get a smile from the service side. The food, however, is well done. The chicken is tender and tasty - the coating not too heavy/hard and not "goopy". We were very happy with the chicken! Had a long day and wanted a easy pickup meal. Ordered the family pack and I got there 5 minutes before it was suppose to be done and called and said they would bring it out. 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be done I walked in and they didn't even have it started. The manager didn't even act concerned as he took over getting it ready. He forgot to put the gravy in the box even though I asked if it was in there. He didn't put 4 biscuits in there. In terms of fast food restaurants the place operates in a quick and efficient manner, which is key for a fast morning breakfast. The drive through runs smoothly and the inside service is always good. May2023:5: I stopped by this location as a result of wanting an evening snack. I purchased a crispy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. Both of the sandwiches were made from what tasted like real chicken. The crispy chicken sandwich was moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The bread that it was served with was also really good. The grilled chicken was made fresh by the workers behind the counter. The chicken did not feature any "chicken junk " or the additives used sometimes to make the chicken go further and serve more people. The bread was a brioche type but gave a pleasant surprise taste to my mouth. The worker was competent, capable, and friendly. read more

Went in for a late lunch and they had a rush. The cashier has only worked a handful of shifts (I met her on a not so busy day prior) and she was doing the best she could. They got backed up pretty quick waiting on biscuits and other things. The manager , Nick, who had been sitting in the office on his phone came out and yelled at the cashier in front of a lobby full of customers. So much so, the cashier was in tears. She refused to serve a customer COLD chicken and I appreciate that! The drive thru guy (that had told me Nick was sitting in their office) was having to go back and make the food. They were outside cleaning the drive through when we arrived and the inside was equally tidy. The tenders and fries were both hot and delivered the flavor I expect from Bojangles. Two Sundays in a row we tried to go here at around 12:45-1:00. First time they had no chicken and were told wait would have been 20 minutes. Not overly friendly or apologetic. No chicken at a chicken place on a Sunday right after church...prime time?? We left. The next Sunday we tried again around the same time. Hey. At least they had enough dark meat, but then again I've had to call them ahead like I usually do for the Oak Ridge location. Bojangles is bojangles. I always get the 8 piece dark meat, and usually in Charlotte they always have more than enough dark meat, but it seems like in Tennessee they're always short or always running around to make sur ethey have dark meat. I always have to constantly call to make sure they have enough which turns out to become basically a special order. This time though, they had enough, even though they gave me one more thigh than usual in substitute for a drum. Anyways, Bojangles is sort of the same everywhere. This place isn't super dirty, and right off the exit. Definitely a stop if you've never had their fried chicken. read more

This was not a good experience on any level. We ordered 2 of the 3-piece chicken tender platters dine-in. The person who took the order was angry, the chicken was cold and VERY salty, the honey packets were covered in spilled honey, the dining room was dirty and there was a transient man yelling on his phone and spitting into the trash bin. Stopped by there 4/7/21 at 1:15 p.m. Dining room was closed, so we went through drive through. I ordered one gallon of unsweetened tea, two large cups of ice, a steak biscuit combo and a small chicken strips with fries. I was given the price and pulled up to the window. I see the woman putting a lid on 1/2 a gallon of tea and tell her I ordered a gallon; she told me they didn't have gallons. Ok, can I have two of them? She gets me another one and says she didn't charge me for it. So I take out $3 to pay for the $2.83 cost; there was a man (manager?) doing something with the cash register, and the woman doing my order didn't know how to make change. She got my change finally, gave me the tea and ice and asked what else was on my order. There was confusion until she finally found the order. I though the box with my chicken fingers felt light, I opened it and there were no fries. I told the woman, and she told me I didn't order any! I told her I knew damn well I did, and they had screwed the order up all the way around. I pulled off and into a parking space for my mother and I to eat. Opened everything up and there were no napkins, and no sauce of any kind for the chicken strips. I walked to the door and got the phone number for pickup orders and called and spoke to Chad who said he was the manager. I detected a little smack in his voice, but let it slide. He offered to buy my lunch next time I stopped by, but I don't even live in that state, I was passing through. This restaurant is right off the interstate! This location seriously needs to train their employees on how to take and fulfill an order and how to make change! read more

This was once my favorite. But since the Hispanic manager left it keeps going downhill. The new Bigger, Older manager is rude, at least to the employees. This morning was just another bad experience to chalk up. I was on my way to work and stopped to get a co-worker and myself something. I waited in line until it was time I should be at work. I finally made it to the window and knew the amount was wrong. I had to ask the girl "3" times how much before tax. She finally admitted it was the wrong food!! I tried to hand it back and get my money back but she said no. So I tossed the bag in and drove away to get to work late. And of course my money was still in her hand. Absolutely awful, I just picked up lunch there and was treated disgustingly. It took 30 minutes to get a simply chicken tender box. Ok...Rodney, this one's for you...I ordered the 3 wings special, which came with a biscuit and fries and a drink. Good thing too, casue after i ate a couple of fries, had to gobbled down most of my drink and some more water on top of it. The fries were "soft" and too salty. The biscuit was alright, but I've never been a big biscuit fan. Now the chicken, on the other hand was surprisingly good. It was crispy outside with lots of flavor, but not overpowering. We arrived 1.5 hours before closing. It was not busy. When we ordered we requested fresh cooked chicken. She gave us what was out. The meal was barely warm. The butter would not melt in the mashed potatoes or the biscuits. The serving of coleslaw was literally two bites. We paid for additional servings. We took the food back to have it heated in the microwave & she shoved a container of mashed potatoes at my husband & said try these. It was the same container she originally served us from. The janitor came over & stacked ALL the garbage bags right next to us from the back & front & NEVER was removed. Of all the places to do that. They had no customers but us & I understand why now. The serving line was filthy. The sweet tea was good but the self serve containers were empty. The restrooms were clean & stocked & always appreciated. This restaurant needs to step up customer service & quality of food. IF the Health Dept. visited tonight we are sure they'd receive very low scores just based on temperature of food & garbage situation in dining area stacked up for 1.5 hours next to customers. IF this was their way to get us out BEFORE closing they succeeded in us never returning. This was the worst chicken dinner we have ever ordered. We do not recommend. It is easy access from the Interstate. Once again, we do not recommend. Disappointed! read more
