I called, was told I had to call to set it up (this is not included anywhere in the instructions in the self install kit). They tried setting it up, could not, and tried to charge me $30 to have a tech come out. I called the next day, and was told that, because someone in my apartment previously had used Xfinity, Astound could not connect unless a tech came out. The next availability was over a week away. Lastly, while the phone call support staff is nice, the online chat staff is incredibly rude, repeatedly blaming the customer (me) even though they confirmed I followed the instructions. I am canceling my service immediately and telling everyone I know not to ever use this service.

They were supposed to submit the paperwork so I can get the card to pay off my phone. I have spoken to customer service and gone in but the manager is never there or he just left.
