After scanning the barcode on the equipment, they check the account and then print you a receipt as proof of the returns. The representative was also able to update the account with a new plan. If you're on a contract, they charge $10/mo that is left on the contract if you want to end it prematurely. I came by twice in the last week and was helped right away.
