Nightmare of an experience. Do not trust Continental Collision. I scheduled my BMW repair several weeks in advance, and the day before I was supposed to bring it in they called and asked me to reschedule because they had a heavy workload. The day my car was supposed to be done, they called and said they found "another issue" (my temperature sensor) which would delay completion. The issue they claimed they found was not only one I explained over the phone the day I dropped the car off, it was also included in the written estimate from the insurance company. They kept delaying for almost a week, and although they said they would pay for two days of my car rental they never did. I arranged for after hours pick up and notified the receptionist as well as my agent multiple times that I had a spare key and to please not leave a key in the vehicle. It is clear that they don't include notes on the file because I had to explain this arrangement six different times. I ubered to the collision center the night my car was ready and they had forgotten to leave it outside, leaving me stranded and frustrated. To top it off, less than a month after the repairs my check engine light came on, I took it to the dealership for diagnosis and it was a faulty temperature sensor, which had been replaced by Continental Collision less than a month ago. I also discovered that they had the audacity to affix a permanent advertisement sticker to the inside of my car next to the auto data labels. Terrible service, terrible quality. I recently had body work done at Continental Collision. I am very satisfied with the work. HOWEVER, when I picked up my car I noticed that my wife's orthopedic cushion was missing. We also had a large insulated bag in the trunk that we used for food shopping..also gone. I also noticed my gas tank warning light was on and I was down to 30 miles left until empty. It goes on at 50 miles and it was not on when I dropped off the car. They agreed to replace the cushion if we sent them a receipt for the new one. The cost was $100 and we sent it. It is now several weeks and they have not paid us nor will they return my phone calls. I had intended to bring the car back for some paint work. Needless to say, I will not bring it there. read more

I selected this shop because they had great reviews about the quality of their repair work and they were a Certified Honda shop. The repairs they made to my car (repainted and knocked out dents) were done very well, but the customer service was dreadful. Everytime I contacted them it seemed I had to repeat myself, they lost my file, the front desk staff was rude, Gunnar, my "rep" apparently doesn't not actually speak, he grunts and you're supposed to follow him about... It took 20+ days to get my repair finished. The first time I went to pick it up (it's a 3 hour round trip drive for me) they'd damaged the bumper while it was in the lot and had to keep it for another week to repaint it. Not one time did they ever say they were sorry, or that they'd take care of it... just grunts and me trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. It felt like a bad comedy routine. ARGH... Good body shop work but absolutely THE WORST customer service ever. **** Update, within a couple of hours of posting this review the manager called me to apologize and assure me that he was looking into his customer service practices. A large waste of my time. I received an estimate and was told to call back to schedule service. When I called I had to be transferred to the Georgetown location where I spoke with a new estimator named Chad. I'm really not sure why I needed to speak with a new estimator. Chad said he didn't like the look of the initial estimate because the labor was under quoted. In other words...since I was taking them up on their offer they realized they could get me for more money and tried to change their estimate. BEWARE!!! You will pay more than you were quoted...a lot more. read more

My car needed repairs from a collision and Continental Collision was recommended by my dealer. The pros: Excellent repair work. It's like driving a brand new car! Very easy car rental -- they arranged for pick up to get a car; afterwards, I could leave the rental at Continental Collision. Quick, thorough estimates. Even though I was late to the business to pick up my car post-repair, they kindly worked with me to get it all done. The cons: Unclear communication on when the work would be completed. No callbacks. It's a little scary driving in to their parking lot due to the tight driving space and large number of cars. Also, I agree with earlier reviews that mention no one to survey the work with me afterwards, but this might just indicate extraordinary confidence in a job well done. Overall, the work was terrific. I was a little stressed while my car was in the shop, however, because I wasn't getting callbacks, a seemingly unnecessary oversight in customer care. Tip: Ask about the timeline when you drop off your car. I neglected to do this and assumed there would be regular updates. I don't know if it will make a difference in communication, but at least you could start off with a better idea of what to expect. read more

I was in a car accident with my brand new Nissan Altima. I was referred to Continental Collision by my insurance reps. I was given a timeline of 3 weeks but they could not seem to keep up with the delivery estimate date. I will note that I would rather wait longer and have my car in prime condition than a rush job anyway; I only wish that when these delays happened (parts not in yet, new damage find) that they would have updated me on the progress. I found myself having to constantly call and change up my busy work schedule several times because of the ever changing pick-up date. Other than that my only other complaint is that I was not provided an estimator on pick-up to walk the vehicle with me. I had to ask for one and wait for a while. I don't think its appropriate to just hand me a list of repairs that were done and throw me the keys. Hopefully some changes can be made on that end. At the end of the day it looks like they did quality work on my vehicle. My Nissan Altima was only 4 months old and fortunately looks like new again. Though I had a few setbacks I would definitely use Continental Collision again. EDIT: The manager kindly reached out to me to assess my service at Continental Collision. I really appreciated the focus to achieve excellent service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was hit by a renegade yellow cab a few days ago (only two weeks after I got my car back) so I will be back in the shop very soon and hopefully leave with a better customer service experience. read more

The quality of work is second to none. Estimates in my opinion are a bit steep, though the overall customer experience, quality of work, and Scott all justify the rate. Scott kept me informed throughout my entire repair, and even pulled a few strings to have my tail lights re-tinted! He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy; qualities very hard to find in the collision industry, so I value his feedback greatly. Rob at Continental did the estimate (which came in to the penny) and got the car repaired (good as new) in just a few days (6 day estimate and was done in 5). Incredible service. Friendly staff. Amazing work! I could go on and on about how Continental Collision is fanatic! I brought my Honda Civic in after it was heavily damaged from being rear-ended on the highway. Being in a car accident is never fun, especially when it's not your fault! Right after my accident, I called Honda directly to refer me to the best body shop, and they said Continental! From what they told me, Continental is the only Honda certified body shop in Austin. Continental took great care of me and my vehicle. Pam took the time to explain all of the repairs to me and even helped walk me through some insurance dealings. The staff is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and prompt in returning phone calls. My vehicle was repaired in a timely matter as well. Update: I have not received a direct response from the business, but the traffic situation is much improved. Thank you. This review is based on the business's disregard for the safety of the Crestview neighborhood. Car after car after car is parked on both sides of the street, not to mention they are parked facing the wrong direction. The street is simply not wide enough to accommodate four cars, especially if one does a poor job parking. This creates a dangerous situation for people turning in from or out to Lamar because it's effectively blind tunnel of 20+ trucks or SUVs on both sides you have to drive past. If a car comes from the other direction, then one of us has to reverse, because their isn't enough room to get around the other one. If you are a considerate person, please do not patronize this business until they change they're dangerous practices. They have plenty of land that they could allocate to parking instead of imposing on the neighborhood. I haven't dealt with them directly, but I took my car to First Texas Honda to get my car repainted under a warranty extension program. First Texas Honda was really great to deal with, but they are a separate entity. My beef is with CC. As far as the job I requested to have done, it turned out great. I had my hood, roof and rear decklid repainted and did just fine. I know they had to take off the name badge and a couple stickers I had, but that's no big deal. My problem is with the people handling my car. It's not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but try to keep my seat, mirrors and radio the way you found them. When I took back my car, the seat was all the way forward (I'm 6'3") and the radio was on a station I never listen to with the bass settings and volume turned up high. My main problem, though, is that both my doors are very scratched up in an area right near the handles. That's unacceptable. They also failed to clean off all the wax residue. They thought I wouldn't noticed the huge mess of scratches on my car but I did. Not much I can do now but discourage other people from using their services. UPDATE: I was since contacted by Rick who caught wind of my not so flattering review. I set an appointment with him to take care of the scratches. He felt bad that a worker scratched up my car and monkeyed with my radio. Good to know they have a strict policy of not touching customers' radios. In the name of true professionalism, he offered to fix the scratches and put me in a rental car until it was done. Car was done 3 hours early and the scratches are gone. Although the fixing of my car was a multiple visit task, Josh was incredibly helpful throughout. When the parts sent from Suburu weren't right we quickly fixed what could be, and sent back for the different parts. Who knew there would be multiple styles for the same part of the same year of the same model for a Suburu. They went above and beyond when an extra part was found to be damaged. I am happy with the results, and hope I only see these guys in Costco. If I do get hit again, I will not hesitate to use Continental Collision. read more

My car was in the shop for rear end collision... they took about a month to repair it... way too long and way too expensive. minimal to none communication about the status during this time. I had a small request to get a patch painted for which I would pay extra. My POC, Pam made note of that and said this would be taken care of... It was not touched when I picked up my car. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Getting the estimate and consultation done with Dan was quick and easy, the problems started after I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. Christian, my point of contact for the repair, had difficulty communicating and lacked professionalism. After repeatedly telling him to call me NOT my wife, who did he always call...you guessed it my wife who is at work and unable to talk on her phone. I called him yesterday to verify that my vehicle was ready for pickup this morning, he said he would call me back in 10 min. 20 min later my wife texts me to say she believes they called her, yet again, and left a VM. After calling Christian back, he informs me that my vehicle is ready for pickup. Hooray!! I get there early and see all the great looking cars they've repaired and detailed, they look beautiful. I go inside and the receptionist helps me and tells me that I owe $500. I tell her no, it's $250 and explain that my deductible is $250 etc. She argues with me and tells me I was supposed to fill out paperwork to send to my insurance company. Yet again, I tell her that my insurance company assured me I only owed $250. She told me to sit down and that someone would have to call and verify. 30 min later...and sure enough I owed $250! They bring my car out, 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. I'm expecting a nice clean detailed car, just like the Mercedes, BMWs, & Infinitis I saw when I pulled in. What I got was a car that looked someone wiped it down with a dirty rag, my door seals are white due to rubbing compound, and all the work that was in the estimate was NOT completed! Christian then says oh I guess we need to paint the mirrors too...really??? Do you think??? So not only was car not properly washed and waxed, it wasn't even completely repaired! I drove off very upset and disheartened. I waited a full 30 min before calling to talk to a manager b/c I wanted to calm down before talking to him. I'm still waiting... I brought my vehicle here for repairs based on the dealerships recommendation. NEVER AGAIN!!! Jeff's or Berli's have been my body shop for years, I should have gone to one of them instead. I do not recommend Continental Collision at all. Unprofessional staff and not very detail oriented with the repairs. Well...maybe it's because I brought them a crappy Honda instead of a Mercedes or other luxury vehicle...maybe then the professionalism, completed repairs, & vehicle detailing I'm used to receiving from other shops would have been extended to me... read more

OK. The day after I did this post the manager called me and said they were disappointed that they had not met my expectations. He offered an explanation and told me what he'd done to change processes. And, not only did he talk the talk, he walked the talk. The rest of my service visit was outstanding from the day I brought my car in (my rental was clean and ready to go) to the day I picked it up (a day earlier than they said!!). They walked me thru the repair, had me look at it closely, reviewed their invoice with me, and thanked me for giving them a second shot. While I wish their initial service had been better, this was a nice switch. I will recommend CAG to others because of this improvement and the excellent repair work they did. My car is new and it still LOOKS new thanks to CAG. read more

Update...after posting my review below I was contacted the next day by Lonnie the manager. After we spoke and he explained what happened, it had been a series of miscommunications. He was very understanding and appreciated my frustration. There was a part needed for my car that had not been discovered on original inspection. The part was extremely hard to come by which was what was taking so long. He agreed there should have been better communication and was very apologetic. Lonnie did everything in his power in the next 24 hours to get the part. Today I was able to pick up my car. They did a fantastic job on my Infiniti. He spoke with Rental company and assured me I would have no problems with them. He took 100% accountability and made everything right. I would take my car back to CC in a heartbeat. And that speaks volumes considering my frustration with them only 2 days ago!! Thank you Lonnie! Job well done! I have had a very unfortunate experience with CC. I had an accident on 11/21/16. Not my fault and not my insurance. I have done everything to the letter the insurance company advised me to do. Upon their rec I took my car to CC. I told insurance agent I did NOT want to take car in until ALL the parts were in, so I would be without my vehicle least amount of time possible. Agent assured me all parts would be in before dropping off. He said he confirmed with CC. Spoke with Joshua at CC and he also confirmed all parts would be in. That is confirmation I had 3 times that parts are in!! CC called andtold me all parts are in and to drop off 12/2 and they would need my vehicle for 7 days. I am in a rental which insurance is paying 90% of as well as 90% of repairs. My responsibility being 10% of rental and repairs. Did not hear from CC the whole 7 days. On the 7th day I call to let them know I will be picking up my vehicle. Well ma'am we are waiting on a part, your car can not be picked up today. We are estimating another week and your car will be ready the 16th. What?!?!?! At this point I realize things happen and take it in stride. I'm a somewhat concerned as the rental fee is now going to be more than the 7 days I had planned on. 12/16 rolls around and you guessed it, not ready. Now they are telling me the part is backordered and it will be at least another week. Ok I say, let me come and get it so I don't have to pay any more for rental and you call me when part comes in. Not possible as it is not drivable at this point. Now I'm pretty upset. I have no other choice but to remain in rental which is really adding up now. I call a week later and part still backordered. Yes I know, you can guess the rest of the story...every week same old, same old. Promise to have part in on 1/10. Today is January 10 and they still have my car!!!!! I didn't even bother calling and they did not bother calling me. CC has had my car for 40 days!!!!!! I am beyond outraged. To make it right they need to pay for my rental car minus 7 days. And they should take the hit on the 10% of repairs not covered by insurance. That would make me happy. I gave 1 star because Joshua was really nice on the phone. That is all. I will update if I ever get my car back. Hopefully they will make this right and I can come back and give 5 stars. read more

This company sadly kept my car 3 months for repairs. they submitted to my insurance multiple different estimates over the months. they originally said the repairs would cost half of what they did in the end. My car should have been totaled from the start but since the estimate was far off my insurance has paid the price i paid for my car to have it repaired. This company also convinced my insurance company to send them the checks for repairs instead of me. Which is illegal and I suspect is why the repairs took so long. I understand the process of repairing a car after an accident is complex and has many factors, but the agent on my case cj was hard to reach, was never in the office, and often reached out to my parents and ignored my attempts for communication. The repairs were satisfactory once completed. I do think this shop does good work, but make sure your insurance doesn't send them checks or the work will not get done. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have taken my mercedes to this awful place twice already, and both times something was screwed up after they finished with it. I decided to go back there after the first time because they seem to be mercedes certified and everything, but never again will I trust these people. After bringing my car in after some idiot hit me, they repaired the damage on the outside of the car, but somehow managed to bend my tie rod in the process. I took it back so they could fix it, and they refused to even acknowledge that it may have been caused by their shop, even though nothing had happened to my car between the time I left their shop and when I came back to report the problem. They were argumentative and unhelpful, and I refuse to ever go back to them again or recommend that anyone take their car there. BEWARE. read more

I waited a month and a half for them to fix my car after my collision in November and did not get my car until end of January. Not to mention they ended up putting a used part on my car then continued giving me the run around telling me it'll be ready "tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow." They can't seem to keep up with the delivery estimate. No effective communication, bad customer service. The quality of their work is still a question mark. My car got in a pretty bad collision and was towed into this collision center because my insurance estimator suggested it. My car has been in the shop 7 weeks and counting, including the 10 days to get an estimate. I was told it would take about 3-4 weeks to fix my car. Comes the delivery date, my estimator emails me the day of, to push back the date another week. Comes the delivery date the second time, he pushes it back again! The delivery date keeps being pushed back, TWICE! Over a 2 month period. Even when they had to do the estimate, they couldn't give me an estimate in a timely manner. They also don't communicate effectively. They have failed to pick up 100% of my calls, always sending me to voice mail. They then return my calls either late or never. They do not touch base with me on the process of the car, but rather rely on the automatic text system instead which is not even updated accordingly to the real process. I am frustrated and disappointed. I tried to be patient but I have been out of a car for the past weeks since auto insurance doesn't give me a rental for more than 20 days. I was hoping to have my car back within a month, but it has been almost 2 months and they just pushed back the delivery date again. And from my experience, who knows if they will even finish it this time. read more

Had a bought a brand new 2012 nissan sentra recently. With only 1200 miles on the odometer a 16 year old rear ended the back drivers side corner of the vehicle. The car was BRAND NEW, so i figured id take it to the dealer and use their nissan recommended/certified body shop to have it repaired. Took the vehicle to continental collision... Here is where the fun starts..... They tried to put keystone (aftermarket parts) on the car repeatedly when the insurance coverage specifically covered new oem nissan parts. After making them change this twice, then they replaced the tail light, bumper and repainted the bumper. Fast forward to a few days later. My wife goes to pick up the car and the paint has MAJOR orange peel look to it and little chips here and there on a newly painted bumper.... WTF.... so we make them re-do it and it comes out looking decent. WE pick up the car and immedeiately notice nasty clunking noises on the rear of the car (most likely from being hit in the rear) so we take it to nissan at first. Nissan then puts it on a lift and the fun starts...... The dealership finds missing screws, brackets, HOLES DRILLED INTO PANELS where there are NO SCREW HOLES. So after getting photos and this in writing we bring it back to continental and call the manager. The manager assures us it shouldn't take 3 times to get it right and he would personally over-see this to have it fixed and fix the clunking noise which is most likely a result of the accident. We get the car back, screws are still missing, panel where holes had been drilled in was replaced but brackets missing and still making clunking noises like no-ones business... (even worse now). Continental takes it back to the dealership to diagnose clunking. they cant find a damn thing wrong apparently and tell the body shop its a "body mount". Sounds like bent strut or strut mount broken to me... Down to one vehicle and cant take it in at the moment, which while it isnt their problem however i would have waited the extra day or two or three to have it done right the first time instead of wasting my time and gas repeatedly.... Its a never ending nightmare, dont bother at all with this place. All reviews you read online about it being shoddy are correct, we did our research prior to taking the car here as well and figured with SOME negative that it might still be ok since it was nissan approved for town north nissan. A concrete wall side swipped my car in a parking lot. It was so unfortunate because I only had the car one week. The wall damaged the back quarter panel, rear door and running panel on my SUV. I set up an appraisal with Continental Collision and that took less than 10 minutes. We set a surgery date for my car. They estimated that it would be complete in 11 days. I thought that was pretty reasonable. But it took much longer (this is a good review, I promise). It turned out that they needed to order a new door. That took about 3 weeks. I'm glad they ordered the new door because the safety panel in the old door was damaged and that could have caused the door to not perform in a crash. They knew I had a little one so they went the extra mile and ordered the door. Second, the car looks brand new. Better than brand new. I could not tell the concrete wall had hit it. It looks fantastic and it was detailed better than when I drove it home from the dealership. Oh and the color is a perfect match to the rest of the car. Call me naive, but I was really worried about that. There is no reason to worry about the paint job at Continental Collision. I recommend Continental Collision without hesitation. read more

I'm a little disappointed with the customer service of this place. They came recommended to me by my Honda dealership for some repairs I needed after I was rear ended. I called them to set up an appt 2 days after my accident. I was told someone would be in contact after I emailed them my estimate from Geico. I waited until the following week and never heard. I called and they had no idea who I was and couldn't find my estimate. Then they called me back and said they found it and someone would be calling me right back. One week later I still hadn't received a call. Mean while my bumper is nearly falling off my car. I called again and was told with an attitude the earliest anyone could see me was 3 weeks out. Are you kidding me? I understand if you are busy, but to leave me hanging waiting for a call back is inconsiderate. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Don't go here. I called on Thursday and heard "we're so sorry, we're behind, we'll push it through to get it done tonight, but if not tonight we'll definitely have it ready by tomorrow (Friday)." No call on Thursday. No call on Friday. I called on Monday morning at 7:35am (five minutes after they open), and my call wouldn't go through because they hadn't opened yet. I called back at 9:30am and was told the car would be ready in a couple of hours. I called back at 12:30pm (three hours later) and was told "sorry, it will be another hour or two." I called back again, and was told that it would be ready by 4:00pm. I called back at 4:30pm, and was told it would be ready in ten minutes. Get the picture? They string you along, wasting your time, making you wait on them. It's absurd given how much they charge. read more

We took our truck here because it was hit from behind & they were able to get it in fast! Overall the truck looks amazing, I picked our truck up today & it looks brand new. My complaint is I never met any of the men (Dan & Christian) I was talking to on the phone with updates on the truck & when I picked it up they gave me a list of the things they fixed but NO ONE walked out with me to check out the truck. For the amount of money that was spent on our truck I expected them to show me & make sure I was satisfied. Because of this, I will probably never return. I huge buffing swirls in my hood and it's a black car so they stand out a lot. Brought my car back to them and they elected to put it off on the shop who was doing the clear bra. I suppose they expected for the bra people to fix all of their poor buffing but they did not, only where the bra went. read more

Unfortunately I've had some recent experience with Continental Collision as both my cars have been smashed up on I-35. Gotta love aggressive drivers, right? Thank god for insurance! The first car, my precious Betty Booper the Mini Cooper got into a tussle with a Hummer and was on the losing end of the battle. What a horrible vehicle to begin with, but thank god they no longer are produced for mass consumption. No thank you, ex-govenator! Anyhoo, continental did a bang up job getting Betty back in tip top form. Then my husband collided with a Truck and his BMW was sent in for repairs. Again, good job on the repair. I only dealt with them directly for my car. I have to say I got the distinct sense that the mechanic assigned to my vehicle did not like women in general. He kind of had a nasty tone every time I had to speak with him. He also left me a couple nasty-ish messages. I thought maybe I was paranoid so I had my husband handle the rest and the dude could not have been nicer to him. So, yeah. Not sure what to think. I just can't give an autobody shop 5 stars on principle and I'm knocking a star off for the weird, condescending vibe I got from the mechanic. My brand new 2018 Mercedes AMG GLC 63 with less than 3,000 miles was hit in a very unfortunate incident by a BMW. Long story short my back right quarter panel and beautiful black right rim was shot. There was a ton of internal suspension damage as well as trouble with the alignment. I literally called to book my estimate at the scene of the accident. From the beginning they did their best to keep my stress at ease. CJ got the estimate done ASAP and the work began. Due to the nature of the fix it was estimated to take a month. This frustrated me for sure. What came next was even worse, the suspension sent by Mercedes from Germany was the non-AMG suspension which meant they had to order the part again. I was furious when this happened but CJ literally got the GM to get me a Mercedes loaner from the dealership because the vendor in Germany had messed up. They also let me come back and see my car mid repair while we were waiting on the suspension to come back in. This was awesome because I saw how good the body work was. They didn't have to do this, especially as frustrated as I was at the time. The fact their service got better as the hurdles piled up was impressive and god forbid I'm ever in this spot again I know they'll take care of me. Customer service being perfect aside, the repairs were flawless. Absolutely everything works as it did before the wreck. It's literally like I just bought the car again. I would trust no other than Continental Collision to take care of even the most complex repair on my vehicles...especially after my latest experience. My mother was driving my car and was rear-ended on Mopac. The person at fault had Geico as their insurance carrier (there will be a separate less flattering review of Geico to follow). :) Jesse, at Continental, was great in dealing with this nightmare, as Geico didn't want me to take the care to anyone but their list of approved vendors. Since I know my rights, and I know the reputation of Continental (and the rest of the Hardeman businesses), there was absolutely no choice for us. The car came back looking brand new, and Continental took a negative situation and made it a positive one. I never wish that anyone finds themselves in need of car work and body repair, but if that ever does happen, I will recommend Continental Collision to ANYONE, ANYTIME. read more

My friend borrowed my car and ended up damaging my bumper. I got 3 estimates (Continental Collision, Rebreu Body and Frame, and Roger Beasley Collision) Rebrue and Continental estiamtes were lower than Roger Beasley Collision by about $200.00 I decided on Continental Collision because they were an authorized body shop for Mercedes. I was driving my own car in Austin today, in the midst of a cross-country trip. I backed into a tree and shattered my back windshield, denting the frame around it. My plans were to leave the next day for California. No way i could do that with the Honda Pilot in such a condition. So I drove in despair to the local Honda dealer, who recommended Continental Collision. The accident happened at 1:30pm. By 6pm I had a new rear windshield. The most impressive part is, Continental Collision probably never made a dime on me. They called their auto glass contractor guy, who dropped what he was doing and drove to Continental to bring and install a Honda factory replacement windshield. It was growing dark. Though the Continental Collision shop was closing for the day, sales rep Gunnar stayed after hours, along with the auto glass guy, to make sure the job was done right. Technically speaking, it was the auto glass guy who made the sale, not Continental -- and Continental knew I was from out-of-state and probably would never return there. Yet they treated me as a valued customer nonetheless. Gunnar thought to take digital photos of the damage and emailed them to me on the spot, in case my insurance company hassled me. He also advised me what to watch out for, in order to keep the now-delicate tailgate secure from break-ins. Continental knew I had to leave town the next day. Rather than try to sell me on staying in town and getting the tailgate repaired, instead they hooked me up with the auto glass contractor and sent me on my way, so I could keep my schedule. Continental Collision did what was best for me, not necessarily what was best for them. Isn't that the kind of people you'd want to do business with? read more
