If you arrive during a busy time, you may have to wait--but the breakfast is worth it. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., still in time for breakfast but a little too early for lunch. I ordered sunny-side-up eggs, crispy hash browns, sourdough toast, and a ham steak. That ham steak was outstanding--exactly what a breakfast ham steak should be! My wife ordered eggs over medium with crispy hash browns, crispy bacon, and a biscuit with gravy. Her only disappointment was the biscuit and gravy. She thought the biscuit was difficult to cut and the gravy needed more flavor. Naturally, I decided we also needed a pancake to share! It was spot-on, and one pancake was the perfect size for the two of us. Taylor, our server, was fantastic--friendly, helpful, attentive, and easy to talk with. Bottom line: Rocky Mountain Grill is what a classic neighborhood diner should be--good, honest breakfast food served right. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot, give it a try. We'll definitely be back to explore the lunch menu next! Solid 4 stars! Now this is my kind of place! Rocky Mountain Grill is small, quaint, and nicely decorated, with roughly 10 tables. There's nothing better than being greeted with a smile and great attitude. The coffee is always hot, and the Crab Benny I order is consistently 5-star quality... honestly, maybe even better. And for the price, it's hard to beat. Some people may think the place could use a facelift, but when I go to an old-school diner serving food like this, this is exactly the atmosphere I'm looking for. I wouldn't change a thing.

This place is your typical down home diner with more items on the walls, things hanging from the ceiling, and advertising on the table than you have time to look at. This time, we switched it up and went for lunch... and honestly, it just didn't hit the same. The place still has that classic diner charm--walls packed with memorabilia, a laid-back vibe, and a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome right away. It's one of those local spots that feels like it's been part of the community forever. I ordered the Reuben, hoping it would redeem my recent disappointment with a French Dip in Denver. It wasn't bad... just not what I was hoping for. My preference is a traditional rye bread so I thought this would be a winner. The sandwich was decent, but nothing memorable. Fries were another miss for me, but that one's partly on me--I didn't ask for them well done like I usually do. Now, my wife's meal? That told a different story. She went with the cheeseburger and onion rings--and those onion rings absolutely stole the show. Crispy, golden, and according to our server, made with an in-house batter. If you come here for lunch, do yourself a favor and order those. One thing I still appreciate is the unique menu presentation--it's styled like a newspaper, complete with articles, with the actual menu tucked into the center. A fun touch that adds to the diner experience. Overall, lunch was just okay this time around. If this had been a breakfast visit, I suspect the rating might've been higher--that's where this place has really shined for us in the past. The Verdict: * Great diner atmosphere * Friendly service * Onion rings = must order * Lunch (this visit) = just average We'll be back... but next time, we're sticking with breakfast.

My friend suggested this place and specially burnt ends- which Ive never had before. Well this place did not disappoint. Its five star baby! I ended up getting a choose 2 plate which includes 2 meats and 2 sides. I did have the burnt ends and turkey; brussel sprouts with carrots and fried okra. Everything was delicious, the brussel sprouts had no bacon (which is plus for me). The one and only thing I would say is a little more flavor on the fries okra... but thats just me. Put some salt on it a keep it moving. Now they had some corn muffins that were good but huney let me tell you about the butter with the jabanero jam! Wow, wow, wow! The service was great from everyone but special shout out to Matt who was patient and kind even tho we were one of those annoying people who came in less than an hour before close. The manager came by and greated everyone. We really wanted to meet the chef and pay our complements but he was probably ready to go since we were there late. Looks like they have outdoor seating as well. If I lived here- this would deffinately be my go to.

Good thing for me, they are open on Sundays to take all my money (Let's be honest, I was throwing it at them). Okay, fine, I'll talk about the food... YUMMMM. Ordered the brisket & rib combo plate. Meat was falling off the bones and flavored to perfection. Comes with two sides - I got the above mentioned jalapeño corn bread & greens beans. Came with an unapologetically absurd amount of butter - aww, they know my love language. My favorite part is the chewy, sweet pieces of corn they add to the batter. Reminds me of Jiffy... IYKYK. Now the sauce - IMO Texas bbq style. Bold, red and perfect balance of sweet & tang. They allow 2 choices so I selected spicy and regular. Both highly recommended. Lastly, I tacked on a side of their green cabbage slaw; it couldn't be skipped. It indeed is green, has a great crunch and not too creamy. Overall - fantastic flavor, quick service & quality ingredients. My brother is a huge fan of ribs so you better believe I texted him pics to bait him into visiting soon. I ordered takeout this time but we'll visit the restaurant when he comes to town!

But I'm so glad we did because it's such a cute diner, the servers are so friendly, and the food is AMAZING! I had the club sandwich and it was delicious, and the fries are so unique and perfectly crisp! My son had the chicken tenders and the breading didn't stay on well if you cut them up, but it was so tasty!! My son is pretty fussy about tenders and he ate most of his chicken! My husband had the biscuit blowout and he thoroughly enjoyed it and the portion was quite large! My daughter had a pancake with egg and sausage. Everything was delicious except for her sausage, it was super salty. But the pancake was so good! I wished we lived closer to come here more often but this will definitely be our go to spot whenever we are in Guthrie!

I'm not much for traditional fare for the morning meal. I was a little conflicted when I saw that the breakfast Chicken Fried Steak came with toast, 2 eggs, choice of grits, choice of potato or Cottage Cheese. Our server (I wish I had gotten her name!) saw my indecision and suggested I order from the lunch menu. Perfect! Moe's has a new owner, but the menu hasn't changed. They understand that Moe's has had a following for years, and they chose not to change the favorite foods that have kept the faithful followers coming back. There is a smoking area separated from the main dining room by a glass wall with a door. The atmosphere all through the restaurant is comfortable, bright, friendly, and spacious. We are so excited to rediscover Moe's. We will now be part of the aforementioned faithful!

The staff at the counter was friendly and welcoming, which set a nice first impression. However, the wait time was longer than expected -- about 30 minutes for our order. The tomato soup was flavorful but leaned a bit too tangy for my personal taste and had a lot of tomato chunks, which may be a plus for some.
